This is probably one of the best, if not the best ,hotels in Ealing. It has just had a refurbishment which had made the rooms and the hotel ambience even better. The breakfast is superb. Just a two minute walk from the Elisabeth line to take you into the heart of London.

Pub review: Wow. We're locals and we just visited the Drayton Court for the second time since its refurb. Can confirm it's a totally different and better place from the furniture, crockery, through to the drinks and food. Highly recommend the ceasar salad and the chicken wings. Exactly what this neighbourhood needed. Finally!

We had our wedding in May 2024. With Mia and Carli we were able to put a beautiful, elegant, our dream vision of a wedding. We flew in our families and had them stay 2 weeks give or take at the hotel, we also had rehearsal lunch the day before the ceremony and wedding party. We stayed at the lavender suite for 2 nights and we highly recommend it. The food was great, the breakfast was delicious and the dinner had great options- my grandmother had a special diet which the chef accommodated for us on our big day! We absolutely recommend having your wedding/ceremony here as they were absolutely worth it, the only reason we didn’t give 5 stars to everything was because we unfortunately were around a management change in the hotel side of things and got miscommunication and forgotten for a bit at the beginning stage of wedding planning but the absolute legend Adam(managerial man) from the hotel side fixed our issue and just mad everything become smooth again. During our wedding we did not get one piece of each of the tier like we asked for previously (each tier was a different flavour) and we had over 10 items disappear; from our wedding cake knife to other items which were at the meeting room during the preparation portion of the wedding night.

The Drayton Court Hotel, was the perfect wedding venue, we had the best time planning our wedding with the team especially Carly! They allowed to truly customise our day to suit us and it was perfect better than we could have ever thought possible. They made everything so easy and fun from food tasting, to booking rooms for us and our guests. On the day we started with room service for breakfast which was delicious, we then had 2 suites to get ready in with our bridesmaids and groomsmen which were stunning to great wedding ready in. The ceremony set up was stunning (they are registered with the council so you can have your whole day there) and they turned the room around for dinner and then again for reception in record time and they really brought our vision for each part of the day to life! Thank you so much for an amazing stay and wedding we hope the renovations go well and we will back for when you open again! We highly recommend the Drayton Court Hotel as a pub, a hotel, and a wedding venue!

Pub with amazing garden but ridiculous Fuller’s management decided for 100 + covers and a wedding two people in the kitchen were enough. Food barely came, hastily put together. The staff did what they could but the food which had been good before was just a major disappointment. And not cheap. Typical poor management you so often find in U.K.. will certainly not be buying shares in listed Fullers PLC

This hotel is very large, and has a huge garden with dozens of tables. The fake grass works well, and gives a good impression as you enter via lots of steps, but it clearly is not geared up for children. We chose this venue because I'm sure there was mention of a play area, but if it was there once, it has now gone. There's an enormous TV (switched off) and some derelict table-tennis tables, but in other respects it's the same as every other pub garden, just bigger. The ordering system on their app sounded like a good idea, but it doesn't include ale - so you have to go to the internal bar (back up all the steps). The food menu is very short - just average basics, and relatively expensive. It all arrived reasonable quickly, and the staff were polite and efficient, but it was all just so-so, and whilst we had no specific complaints, the word we agreed on was 'underwhelming'. There is car parking, but it is apparently for residents only,... Would we go back? Unlikely...

I have been in here for a drink on rare occasions but never for food until today when I came with colleagues for a light lunch. I wanted a bao bun but they didn't have any so I settled for a pastrami and smoked cheese sandwich served with chips. The sandwich was very small but super quality, to drink I had a small ginger beer. The sandwich was £13 and the drink £3.5, the sandwich in particular was too expensive and should have been around £9 in my opinion and the ginger beer was also very pricey for a small bottle.

Had reason to visit the pub last weekend for a friend's birthday drinks. Got there around 5pm and the first member of staff who served us was friendly enough although we were stunned to be charged £24 for 2 drinks. This set the tone for the rest of the afternoon/evening though, to be charged ridiculous prices for drinks and the service just went down, whether we were ordering inside or outside. At one stage we ordered 3 portions of chips to share on the tables we were using, 20 minutes later someone came over with 2 portions and I said we'd ordered 3 and she said the other coming was coming. 30 minutes passed and I sent hubby back to find out where the 3rd portion was, at those prices we weren't going to forget them. He was told quite bluntly that they would be with us shortly, really? Does it take more than 30 minutes to do another portion of chips? They had clearly forgotten them as they were piping hot when the arrived whereas the first 2 portions were lukewarm at best. Our group of over 20 (that came and went during the afternoon and evening) must have spent well over £1000 during the course of our visit but not one person in our group felt that they received good service from any staff member. Another issue we had was that staff were really slow at removing empty glasses, at one stage I counted over 20 empty glasses on one of the tables near us which we were moving the empty glasses from our tables to make room for our new drinks! I wish I'd taken photos of the table with the empty glasses, it looked like they would start gathering moss! Our friend who doesn't even live in the area seems to like having his birthday drinks here and has done so for several years now, next year, we'll actively suggest he chooses a different venue! I've only given 3 stars as the beer garden is quite nice and we enjoyed the background music that was on.

The stay was really great! The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, the style quite classic. We had a bathroom with a shower adapted for disabled people if necessary. The service is top notch, with water available, a coffee machine and tea. The big +++++ of the hotel, beyond the very nice setting, are the breakfasts. You can order one dish per person in addition to the traditional rolls/juice/yogurt. The products are quality, the cuisine: excellent. Savory side: all typical British dishes. Bacon brioches, omelettes, available with and without meat. Sweet side: the cinnamon brioche with yogurt and fresh red fruits... Crazy!!!! In short, don't hesitate, we were won over. Please note: it's zone 3, but it's well worth it because the West Ealing stop is right next door and with the Oyster you're sure to optimize your travel budget. Enjoy!

The Drayton Court Hotel- West Ealing, London We booked the Drayton for our wedding reception and after party on 27th of January 2024. We had booked only 2 months before and unforeseen events then left us even less time to plan. Thankfully, the events manager, Mia, guided us throughout the whole process with patience, warmth and humour, commenting that it was the most last minute wedding she had ever done! On the day, as Mia reassured us several times, everything was more than fine…it was wonderful! After a lovely civil ceremony at Pitzhanger Manor we brought all our guests over on a red routemaster bus which was able to park outside the main entrance. We were warmly welcomed by Helena the receptionist, and shown downstairs to the Ballroom- where we literally gasped at how gorgeous it looked. With its chandeliers and mirrors, and set up by the team with candles, flowers and white tablecloths, it looked stunning. We enjoyed prosecco and canapes on the heated patio before sitting down for a fabulous 3 course dinner. All the guests commented on how delicious the food was, how efficiently it was served, and how lovely the staff were . The big round tables made for very lively chatter among our guests while they dined, watched happily from the long top table by us and our wedding party. The ballroom was perfect for the after party too. It was intimate, yet spacious with its own built-in sound system (DJ’d by our son!), disco lights and private bar. With chips, sausage baps and wedding cake for energy everyone had the best time dancing and having fun. When the party ended many of us were able to head upstairs to our lovely luxurious rooms, or to hotels, homes or the Elizabeth line nearby. Last but certainly not least it all turned out to be not only affordable, but truly excellent value for money. So all things considered I would highly recommend the Drayton as a wedding venue , especially for local couples, and send our heartfelt thanks to Mia and the team. Naomi and Steve - February 2024

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at throughout Scotland and England. I splurged for one of the suites to let us enjoy the end of our vacation a bit more. We ended up in the Passport to Pemlico suite. It feels very spacious. Everything looks very modern. The bed is one of the softest we’ve had on our journey. The room has a loveseat and a desk along with an armoire, a safe, and a fridge. They have everything you need to make coffee or tea. The bathroom has a double sink, shower, and the most beautiful tub. We don’t have the option to use a tub at home so I was particularly excited about this — tried to search out bath bombs and everything. After our first full day in London, I was ready to try it out. I started the tub filling, and after 30 minutes on full blast (which was more like a trickle), it was only filled about four inches. I didn’t have the patience to wait anymore so I opted for a shower instead. It was too late to say anything to the hotel staff about it. Everything else in the room was great except the fridge hadn’t been cleaned. Someone else’s partially used drinks were left in there, and something had spilled and not been cleaned up — it looked like maybe ice cream? We made it in for the included breakfast, and it was lovely. They had a cold buffet as well as a hot menu you could order from. Everything we had was great. We also had dinner in the pub one night, and it was delicious. It is located roughly 4 minutes away from the nearest entrance to the Underground so we were able to get everywhere we wanted fairly easily. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

For the price paid we had a great Xmas dinner with my family. The pub, though being crowded, had staff deliver stellar service from start to finish. The main standout was the sheer amount of sides they gave with the turkey main course. One can get full and yet there will be enough roast potatoes, brussel sprouts, parsnips and cabbage leftover. Additionally the dessert and mince pies were great too. The turkey portion though was small and felt a bit dry. That was a tad disappointing. Other than that the experience was positive for us.

Missing items on plates, waited 20 mins for a Yorkshire pudding that was dropped. 1 person on tables order was wrong and it took the kitchen almost 40 mins to Get food back out. Absolute sham in the kitchen, all rest of staff lovely but look stressed, and exasperated. It’s fullers, so I would imagine that there isn’t enough staff cooking. Bit cheeky they make you pay before you’ve eaten too.

Extremely disappointing. The staff are very friendly however disorganized, one of 6 meals were incorrect and took over 45mins to rectify. By that point everyone had already finished. The customer service is the only saving grace as after a long while we were offered free drinks as an apology. The only thing lacking seemed to be management. The food was brilliant however my only critique is the roast potatoes were so salty they were inedible. Possibly preference but it felt like a weeks intake of salt.

Disappointing Fireworks night. Bought a family bundle ticket, which insinuated you got pizza/hog roast included. Firstly the table was dirty and rather than clean it themselves, the staff gave us tissue to do it ourselves. I ordered drinks first, a cappuccino came without sugar and when we asked for it the sugar came sans spoon. When we went to order food, we were told the food wasn't included in the £17pp. Rather misleading as The Drayton does an aray of delicious food, we would have ordered a roast or fish and chips, but as pizza and hog roast were on the ticket, we believed that was in the cost. When I explained this to the bar man, he said he would give me a house wine or beer for the confusion. I ordered 3 pizzas, 1 coke, and 4 house wines. I was charged £71. I brought this to the attention of the manager who said, "Oh, he's added another bottle of wine to your bill , stick your card in." No apology. My mum went to the bar next, and the bar man, rather than apologise, was rude and only seemed bothered about impressing the young, pretty bar staff with his exaggerated retort. We did speak to a staff member who got the manager for me who was attentive, compassionate, and friendly ( young blonde lady). The fireworks were sad and lasted around 10 minutes. We didn't want to pour more money into this business to wait for 4 hours with young kids between shows, and so we left. It felt like the night had so much potential, but the attitude of the ginger bearded bar man and manager let it down.

However, we still had a problem with the location because West Earling is really a long way from central London by public transport. The lovely little details in the hotel were such things. Books and a DVD cabinet that you could take everything with you into your room and a small refrigerator for ice cubes that you could also use. The hotel's own restaurant was also really good. As a hotel guest you got a 10% discount and the food and drinks were really tasty. If you booked breakfast, you got a really good meal in the morning and could order from many delicious dishes from the menu and also have drinks, cereal and bread from a small buffet. I just think the hotel is beautiful and would definitely come back!

We booked a table for food the first night after we had been travelling it was very noisy. We were entitled to 10% discount which we appreciated even on drinks. We were charged £9.90 for 2 drinks which we thought was reasonable for London. The next night we were charged £15.13 the next night which I queried. The explanation was we had been charged for a half pint of coke each not a splash and was refunded £1.83 on my car but realised this was not enough couldn't be bothered to argue so just didn't use the bar again 😕

A comfortable stay in a lovely room and with friendly staff. Good food, both breakfast and dinner at the attached pub. With a short walk to the Elizabeth Line, we'll certainly stay again, rather than bothering with Heathrow Airport hotels.

Love love this place and stay at the hotel often but other than the fab hotel breakfast have learnt to not eat the food on offer at the pub sadly.Given it 3 attempts hoping just unlucky but 3 all three meals so bad - Pizza - worst Margarita - nice base but just a load of Tom purée with cheese - had to leave it …. Fish n chips- fish batter really dark brown fatty and overcooked Chicken burger - bun literally burnt ( black in parts ) and chicken dry So sad as cannot fault atmos or staff - food pre covid times was okay and ate there if tired but past year just so so bad - wish they would sort it out but 3 chances is my lot so it’s drinks only and eating out if staying here. Hope they will sort it as otherwise a perfect venue to relax and stay at.

I walked passed the place after a visit to the Royal Mail depot on 22nd April 2023 and decided to come in for a breakfast. It was about 9.45 and the bar area was empty, I was greeting straight away with a warm friendly smile by a lady with a long ponytail, through your the stay an other lady with curly hair was also very warm and friendly when she delivered my food! A very well done with the service. The food was beautifully presented, and it was truly enjoyable. For a full English breakfast @£11 I personally think it’s warm it and I will certainly return again!

Always clean and tidy. Never had to ask for tables to be given a wipe down once, bathrooms are always in a good condition when I've visited also. Pros: - Friendly and welcoming bar staff; - I want to say there's a decent selection of drinks because there is but I'm an ESB drinker myself but I will try something new next time! - Quiet with a nice buzz most of the time. During the football though, the place is lively; - Food is good. It comes out presented well, tastes great and is always hot. Well priced food for West London also. Cons: - Service can be slow. It's slow when you're at the bar most times (sometimes you're left crossing the other side to find someone or there's literally one person serving and about or so of us waiting) Food service can sometimes be a tad slow but it is worth it.

No indoor service due to COVID-19 restrictions so we waited in the cold for one hour between ordering and receiving 3 expensive burgers and a club sandwich. Although the garden was busy the majority of people were only drinking, not eating so there was no reason for such bad service. When the food arrived it hadn’t really been worth the wait.

We had breakfast here whilst staying in one of the rooms. We were given a menu to pick from with vegan options and a nice variety such as Egg Benedict and Smash Avacodo on sourbread as well as the usual full English breakfast which consited of poached eggs, 1 sausage, bacon, mushroom, a hash brown and beans along with toast and juice plus a hot drink. It was served in a time manner.

I happened to stay at Drayton Court Hotel during a business trip and decided to go to the bar for a glass of wine after a long day. Unfortunately they had an event in the garden and for some reason I could not understand they were not serving wine in wine glasses! They offered to give me a wine that costs £10 a glass in a plastic cup! This was a horrible experience that of course I refused and I am not planning to use this bar anymore! If you ever visit this hotel, I recommend that you check with their event schedule otherwise you might be ending drinking wine in plastic cups!

The food was lovely and decent portions. Wesley (?) the barman/waiter was very helpful and accommodating. The assistant manager however was incredibly rude, abrupt and made arranging the meal in the first place very difficult. She really put a dampener on our evening with her unnecessary attitude. Everyone else was lovely.

One of the best English Breakfasts I have ever tasted! The products are fresh, homemade, and you really feel the quality on each plate. The atmosphere of the place is warm and authentic, which adds to the pleasure of the experience. Only downside: the wait is a little long (around 1 hour), and the lack of reservation complicates the organization a little. That said, the wait is worth it. A very good experience overall, I recommend!
