Always amazing, we have never received anything other than consistently good food from this place. Generous portions, nice staff and delicious every time. Highly recommended 👌

Can't review the service or atmosphere as had the Chinese delivered. The delivery man was friendly. However... This was my first time ordering from this Chinese and I was well and truly disappointed. I ordered 2x chicken chow meins and 2x salt and spicy chilli pepper chicken.... it's mine and my partners favourite dish so we thought we'd try a different place to normal. The chicken chow mein tasted like it had been cooked in dirty oil and had a burnt flavour to it. The salt and pepper chicken had near enough zero flavour!! I normally demolish my Chinese but I couldn't even finish it - and I was hungry!! The best part of this Chinese was the free spring rolls! Will not be ordering from here ever again that's for sure!!

My favourite Chinese in Bury. Only downside is £7 delivery to Thurston is a bit steep!

Our regular takeaway, never had a bad meal from here and the value is excellent. I especially recommend their kung-po King prawns, satay tofu and beansprout chow mein.

Best chiense in Bury by far use them 24/7. Plus you get points with your order! But I've just ordered a chiense (monday) and the website says its open. 4:30 to 10:30 but nobody answering phone and goggle says closed. I'm not sure why the website has allowed me to order hopefully I'll get a refund 😭

This is meant to be "Shredded Crispy Chilli Beef" More like onions in sauce! The Crispy beef is pale and there was more Onion than the Crispy Beef! 1st and only time I will use this place Also bear in mind the prices have NOT been updated on the website, so you will be paying more than you think

It is the best chinese take away I have had so far. Dragon Palace has always been my first choice for take away in Bury. Even when they moved the place to the other end of the town, I went there especially to pick up my orders. All items on the menu I bought over the years were really tasty, and the rice noodles were incredibly well done.They never gave me any dish that has gone bad or had any hair in it. It was all nice and fresh. Even though I have now moved to another town, I still drive to Dragon Palace to buy my beloved singapore vermiceli and my super juicy but still crispy salt & pepper tofu. Well done Guys!

A very friendly place and good food

Having tried all of the other Chinese takeaways in town, this one is by far the best. House special fried rice my partner has, is stunning and my chow mein and sesame toast are fantastic. Do not understand the bad reviews, food is cooked fresh and always delivered on time

The bbq pork tasted like it was cooked 5 days ago and had a bunch of brown sauce dumped on it to hide that fact.

After trying different takeaways in Bury st Edmunds, I have to say this is by far the best. Always consistent, friendly and food is fresh. Can't understand all the negative feedback about waiting for home delivery. It's freshly prepared food and in my opinion good things are worth waiting for..

First time ordering and was not disappointed great service all round placed a timed order and was not many minutes late will definitely be ordering again the food was great 👍

Our favourite takeaway. We love the vegetarian options especially all the bean curd options they do. We order from here regularly and always enjoy our meal. It often comes within the hour and is always hot!

Well where can I start. Phoned order through at 4.40 thinking delivery would be within the hour 🤔 what a joke that was 2 hours later and no food so once I could get through I was told our order was then leaving shop driver would be about 15 mins,40 mins later food turned up and what a waste that was, food is disgusting no taste bland as cardboard would've been better with toast!!!!! No way be ordering from you again there's better places out there with proper tasting food!!!!

Singapore noodles were just lo mein noodles in a strange tasting (maybe teriyaki-curry mix) hot and sour soup was different but excellent spice due to sliced chili peppers in the dish... Probably won't return

Asked for Singapore rice noodles and got ordinary noodles. Hubby's cheiwmain was very watery .we through most of it in bin.we always have had good food in past .very disappointed

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered at the weekend to a friend's house, food late. I could smell the delivery driver over the food which was a bad sign. if the staff aren't clean , I can't imagine the kitchen being great. Food was not the best but just about edible... Until I found hair in my food 🤢 avoid this place unles you like that kin of thing.

Make sure you check the prices just ordered And tried to charge me nearly £5 more than the menu price but apparently its the computers fault and the new menu on the counter is wrong

Delivery time 46 - 60 minutes took 2 hours and three phone calls to arrive was not that hot and food quality was not great would not recommend this Chinese to anyone there are a lot of better ones in BSE don’t waste your money will not use again

Order placed at 5.45pm 29/1 for delivery in 60/90 minutes. Tried calling 30 times constantly engaged. So drove 4 miles to find out what’s happening only to be told it’s waiting to be cooked at 7.35. Then asked why over 2 hour delay. Told very busy however while in takeaway no calls asked why said he had taken phone off hook. When I asked how could this be good customer service. Guy on front desk said I was getting stroppy. 0 out of 10 for effort and another Chinese takeaway get my £600/700 per year. Todays order was £45.00.

First order as just moved to Bury. Was very nice, hot and nice flavours. Ordered a big selection of dishes as a family birthday treat. Ordered on line but did ignore delivery time but came 40 minutes early plus ignored note on no mushrooms. Would ordered again.

Excellent food and delivery very quick

Ordered food for delivery, waited 90 minutes to call and be told the food was being prepared. We were told that they didn't know when it would be delivered so we drove to collect the order. Whilst most of the food was okay, we were missing items. We then tried calling them for an hour to try and address the issue and couldn't get through. Overall a pretty awful experience. Clearly taking too many orders without being able to handle them. I won't be using them again.

Very very disappointed with this Chinese, we have used this Chinese on several occasions and over time there standards were slipping, the final time of using was delivered over an hour late and the when it arrived it was cold with items missing, so I phoned them up to be spoken to very rudely, so will never be using again, appalling customer service.

Firstly the food was very good and would of been 5 star review for that alone however i ordered online and it said 1 hr delivery and took 1 hr 40 mins i called about 15 times to find out where my food was and got line busy every time and the website just said pending order. If you dont mind a wait i would highly recommend the food

Waited over an hour for our food, when food eventually arrived it was tasteless and blande. Don't recommend.

I have always enjoyed the food when it was at the old address but i ordered food from the new premises last week and was really disappointed because the food arrived almost cold even though they are now closer to me than before.

Followed from old premises to new ones. Staff always friendly and helpful. Very clean premises and super tasty food. Well done Dragon Palace. Kevin.
