It's a great PizzaHut take away and delivery kitchen. Always a bit of a buzz around dinner time when locals come and go for their pizzas.

Pizza come hot. Was absolutely delicious 😋. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because a sauce doesn't come as standard unlike their competitors. This of course isn't this restaurant fault, that is a Pizza hut thing. Can't fault the food I received today, will definitely order again.

I came to collect my order which I had placed on the phone, and my collection didn't communicate through the phone properly. However, a very kind and helpful man (Ronak) provided me with outstanding service. He said sorry for the mistake and made what I had ordered. I could have easily left hungry however Ronak was amazing :). (Thank you) The pizza was also very good.

Food didn't arrive, but still charged a fee.

The food was cold. It was brought to the door just in its boxes and not in an insulated bag. Driver claimed it had been in the bag but the boxes were cold to the touch as if they had just sat in his car.

The worst pizza ever. I believe that I am suffering from food poisoning. Dough was undercooked and cheese was very oily. It immediately made my stomach hurt and I couldn’t finish it. Please Pray for me because I'm not doing good. Do not order from here!

Went in late last night (closing time) after walking back from the pub. Very friendly man served us (didn’t get his name☹️) Delicious stuffed crust pizza, brilliant service. I will definitely be visiting agsin

Ordered on Uber Eats and waited an hour just for them to cancel on me, despite the driver being close. I got refunded, but you wasted my time for no reason. Very disappointing service.

terrible delivery, the pizza was turned up on its side to the point it was hardly edible as it was all mashed together with the cheese all over the lid and not on the pizza. I will not order from here again

Rang to order pizza for collection and asked if they could make sure the pizza is cooked crispy as the last 2 times I’ve had pizza it had been undercooked the crust hadn’t even gone brown. (Deep dish pizza should be crispy on the bottom) He replied no as were busy 👍 not being fussy just want my pizza as it should be cooked! I then replied I’d like to order my food as I’d like it please or I’ll just cancel as it’s not enjoyable and he said ok that’s fine, so with that I cancelled my order and will not be using them again! I go there all the time and unfortunately I will never again. Good job dominos pizza is Nextdoor to cook my pizza properly . Bad service 👍 undercooked pizza with the excuse of we’re busy 👍 Wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely fuming, ordered a pizza around an hour ago and it still isn’t out for delivery will not be ordering from here again.

I've given this Pizza Hut 🍕 a try a few times and I've always been disappointed. The Pizza Hut out in Ipswich is pretty good so I don't really understand what's going wrong with the location here.

I had a fantastic experience with Pizza Hut’s delivery service! The food arrived quickly and was still hot and fresh. The pizza was delicious with the perfect amount of toppings and a crispy crust. The delivery driver was friendly and professional. Overall, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. Highly recommend!

Disappointed.. we’ve ordered a loaded chicken supreme pizza, and sadly.. we’ve got a normal chicken supreme pizza. What was even more sad, is not that we paid more for that pizza, or that the fact that was semi burnt, but the fact that I called the shop to tell them, just to be careful in the future to not repete the mistake, and he said that he put the 3 types of cheese on it, doesn’t mean he needs to put more cheese.. I guess.. he doesn’t know what ‘loaded’ means.. He was very rude. Shouted at me just because I told them that I don’t think they’ve sent the right pizza. I didn’t request other pizza or a refund.. I just wanted to be able to order again in the future and make sure I get what I pay for.. It’s not the first time I order that pizza, and that was definitely not the loaded one. My husband doesn’t even want to hear about Pizza Hut again. Good luck..

Took ages to be delivered/accepted bya driver. Driver said it was delivered before it was so we thought it has been delivered when it hadn't. Delivered without the drink that we ordered too. Overall, not impressed at all.

I collected my pizza and the whole place stank of cigarettes, there wasn’t anyone at the counter when I arrived and no instructions what a customer should do upon arrival. The pizza was very dry even though I was on time collecting it.

Went into the pizza hut to collect an order on my way past had to wait over 35 minutes to the when I eventually get my order I get home and my both my pizzas are both wrong

Boxes were not sealed. Ordered 4 garlic dips and was given 4 sour cream and chive dips. Food quality was very good.

Driver got lost. First time that's happened in the 2 years of living here. Therefore food was lukewarm at best. Could live with that, it was one of those things but I paid for extra toppings on the pizza and they were missing not good enough.

Didn't give me the correct order. I ordered a Chicken Supreme with xtra toppings. I received a basic margarita with xtra toppings, no chicken, no mushrooms, no peppers & no onions so not a Chicken Supreme. No wonder it was in good time because it wasn't a full pizza.

The delivery window changed. 3 times. The pizza was delivered warm to cold. I had to reheat it. Really unhappy. PS tell the delivery guy to wash his bag. Disgusting.

After ordering on the app, it's always ready in about 5 minutes, so quick and pizza seems to be amazing following a bit of a downhill decline. Definitely back on the up and the young man with long hair and girl who normally work here a really friendly and efficient!

The order was an hour late was obviously cooked some time before it was delivered and part of the order was missing. I have sent the order back ans require a full refund

Restaurant completely messed up my order. So now I'm waiting for just eat to help sort it out as the restaurant wasn't helpful at all even tho they are the ones that messed up. Won't be ordering from pizza again.

Missing food and wrong pizza bases!

Great food but need to improve on on-time delivery.

Food arrived late and they sent the wrong pizza. We had no way of correcting the order as it was a meal deal where you choose your own pizza. Luckily we are not vegans or vegetarians otherwise we would not have been able to eat the pizzas that were delivered.

Got the completely wrong order. Branch then un able to help as it was through just eat. No one to speak to so waiting for an emailed reply and had to order food from else where.

Food was good, but dips were missing, that I paid extra for.

No items on the order were as ordered. One pizza was ordered with no garlic crust - came with garlic crust. One pizza requested mixed peppers - had mushrooms instead and had to be thrown away. Tear and share came as the "beyond meat" version.

The website gives incorrect prices. The £35 deal started at £38.99. So we left it and went next door to dominos.

Late evening visit after theatre. Very friendly and quick serving. Pizza in our opinion better than the international brand next door.

It was horrible he had the pizza on its side and all the food had slid to one side and the delivery driver was rude, I'd like my money back .

Pizza Hut was brilliant. just eat shocking service for delivery, we tried contacting just eat and they told can’t do anything for an hour food finally arrived an hour late. Luckily food was hot

Shocking! Delivered the wrong pizza and a piece of garlic bread was missing! Have to send an email about it…… so I’m left with a pizza which I can’t eat

My food was never delivered. The driver arrived at the wrong house after entering the wrong address (the full and correct address was given to him). He was rude on the phone and never called back to help me understand where my order was.

Delivery 1 minute after earliest estimated time. Could see when on route and near to us. Really pleased and food nice and hot and exactly as ordered.

Charged 55p*2 for tiny plastic dips that normally come free, wasn’t in a hurry but was very late and didn’t answer phone when I tried ringing. App gave no update either , just wanted to know I had not been forgotten

Not the first time we’ve had a late order from here

macaroni cheese was just melted cheese with literally six bits of macaroni mixed in, (i counted them), and the pizza (for the second time in a row) wasnt cooked fully, cheese hadnt been properly melted. And the cookie dough was cremated so it tasted foul.

Ok so Pizza Hut is usually rly good and I love it but I ordered a Texan bbq and they have me the most opposite pizza on earth not bloody pleased. This is what I received

Really helpful staff after an item was missed, instantly contacted me and arranged for it to be delivered, friendly and efficient.

Pizza was so greasy it was dripping. It was soaking through the box. I’ve had pizza from you before and it’s never been like that.

Took my order AND my money and then called me and told me they wouldn't deliver to me yet still took payment. I was told it would be refunded straight away and I'm still waiting from yesterday.

It came before time, the hot and pizza was delicious.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was fresh and ok but the other one was dry and sure that was not cooked in the day. The poor quality one was send in different box format (Xmas box). Hard to believe this one was not taken from the frozen from few weeks ago. Very dissatisfied looking at the price and quality offered which clearly doesn’t meet the minimum standards for all of the pizzas in equality.

Ordered for 7.35pm- but delivery confirmed for 8.05 delivery-hadn't arrived at 8.30 - so texted and told would be 8.45. Arrived just after 8.45 with apology. Food was piping hot and tasted great but unfortunately bit too late for us so didn't enjoy as we had hoped ☹
