Dragon Palace in Newcastle upon Tyne

Has to be one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Customer service first class. If I'm back in the area I will definitely be in to get more food. Quickly prepared and tastes excellent.

Attempted to go in for lunch today during work. made the grave mistake of asking for a panini style sandwich to be toasted and recieved a lecture on how fresh the bread was and that it shouldnt be toasted etc etc. In the end i just left as i wanted lunch not a bread based education. It was surreal to say the least.

Great place for a quick bite. Fairly priced. Some good deals available.

We came here at 3:30 but it was closed.

I pre ordered drinks. We sat for nearly an hour with nothing. Was told it wasn't on pre orders list, but i had email as proof. Eventually got our cocktail tree. They tasted very watery. Staff were lovely though. Got two platters of food. Half wasn't edible. We spat it out. It was vile. Prawns cold and slimy. No taste at all. Not worth the money. The Grinch was just daft. Made it feel tacky which is a shame as the dancers were fab and the singer. Just think it could have been more professional. Felt like a kids show. However there was a fab atmosphere in the room. But wouldn't go back
