Our regular morning coffee stop normally quite peaceful with outdoor seating in decent westher. Has a second hand book area, can be a little noisier on Saturday mornings when a lego session takes place

A nice place to have a break with friendly staff, lots of info available regarding local interests. Plus a good selection of 2nd hand books for sale. A visit to the attached Museum is free (donations are welcomed), and there are frequent exhibitions in the building

It is always well worth finding extra time when you are in town to enjoy a coffee and cake, or lunch at the Museum café. Popular because its very good. I have bought cakes to take away before and the mince pies are superb.

Positioned inside the Download Museum this cafe offers a tranquil spot for those seeking a quiet hot drink or snack away from the bustle of Wantage town square. The cafe has around a dozen well spaced tables, and some seating outside in a courtyard for warmer months. The food and hot drinks are of average quality. Service is competent. The museum includes a large display of leaflets on local attractions/events, so it's a good place for tourists to start their visit to this part of South Oxfordshire.

We have given this coffee shop enough chances now. Having been in the hospitality trade we appreciate the difficulties with staff and keeping customers happy but we have run out of patience. The last

Just popped in, having walked into town on a Sunday morning, for a coffee and bite to eat. We were warmly greeted and swiftly served. The cafe is in a beautiful old Tudor cottage, with low ceilings
