Great pub since Greg took it over he has transformed the Douglas Arms to a pub you would be happy to go for a drink to. Welcoming, clean ,friendly and safe .

We moved to Bothwell about 9 months ago and have tried the 3 pubs in the area. The Douglas arms wins.............its small but the staff and patrons are friendly, coupled with decent drink promotions means its a winner for us.

Great atmosphere and in a great location. Regulars are friendly and happy to chat with anyone.

Very small pub, sports on the TV not really tailored to woman but ok for a quick wine

Just popped in for a few beers as my wife was at a nearby hospital recruiting for nursing staff. Barman Greg was polite helpful and made me feel welcome. Will definitely be back.

Am excellent run pub since Greg and Tammilee took it over. They have made such a difference introducing DJ karaoke nights, live music, a pub quiz, and monthly bingo. The Douglas Arns is back to being the heart of the community where it belongs. There are also new people frequenting the pub which is great. This is my favourite pub.

Nice little quiet bar, not too big, prices are good, sports on the tv and a jukebox should you want to listen to music, nice and tidy inside and a lovely friendly barmaid! What more could you possibly want?

Great wee boozer. I always go there, when I visit Bothwell. Friendly Customers and Staff. Good view of T.V.s , no matter where you sit. Jukebox has a variety of styles to suit all. I wish we had this Pub in Linwood. 😊

Good old traditional pub. Friendly staff and the regulars were all chatty. Older age group. Sky TV, lots of tellys with footy and racing on and a decent juke box.
