Doorstep Desserts in Charnwood

Myself and my partner got a milkshake a sorbet and a strawberry cookie dough that was meant to look relatively presentable but in my opinion I’m not happy in the slightest with the appearance of it or the flavour it too then literally 5 min to make which I found bizarre

We placed the order and were told the order according to the website would be delivered at 17:45. At 18:15 the order had not arrived so was 30 minutes late. We called the Restaurant. We were told the driver had left 15 minutes ago so we knew he had left late anyway but the restaurant staff refused to acknowledge this. During this call the driver arrived and we took delivery. We offered feedback to the staff member on the phone that it would be courtesy to let the customer know they are running late. The staff member then stated that the driver left on time, which is not true as the staff member stated originally the driver left 15 minutes ago which would mean the driver would have left at 18:00hrs a whole 15 minutes after the delivery should have arrived t our door. There is a big discrepancy between what the restaurant commits to as a delivery time through Just Eat and what the staff state on the phone. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. All they needed was to apologise. But it was too much for them.

Absolutely shocking, poorly managed business. I have never experienced such poor customer service or rudeness towards a customer. After spending 2 hours waiting for our order, and calling multiple times, we were violently shouted and hung up on by both manager and owner of the store for making a complaint about our missing order, both of which lied to me multiple times and hung up when caught out. They purposely declined a refund out of spite for our complaints. I would strongly recommend anyone in the area to simply make your own desserts, as this business is an absolute embarrassment of an establishment.

Got the unit send rang the bell a few times but no response. Seems like they were were so busy that all the workers were in the back packing and making the food to takeaway. At first I was not very impressed because I had to wait around for a staff member to attend to me. However when the staff did attend they apologised and they took my order quickly and and I'm very swiftly try to make my order so that I could take it away. They were very pleasant and cheerful and once again apologised for the delay and being busy.

food was ordered paid for and driver arrived via Uber service and called to say here came to collect and he had gone. tired to connect with Uber nothing so called the shop as they obviously deal with the regular Uber drivers on a daily basis. They were rude not interested and said write a bad review if you want. I would not use this shop again only for their bad service and lack of help and empathy very rude. If their food is as bad as there service perhaps it was jsut as well we didnt receive it!

I am a big fan of this place, easy and simple ordering process, delivery is always on time if not earlier, food is always 10/10, best place in Loughborough for deserts (in my opinion) I used to order from them quite a bit but it starts to take it's toll on the old stomach after a while lol! I would recommend the biscoff treats any day of the week. create your own desert which is called DIY I think, easy and simple! You can create an account and collect loyalty points which is brilliant, you can get discounts off your orser which everyone loves. menu is wide and vast which gives you a lot of choice. their goods are all fresh! just wish they'd open up a shop to eat in as there shop at the minute is very small but clean!

Was really excited to try something new in Loughborough! Very creative, especially with the rotating choco kebab and the different unique and delicious selection of desserts!
