The last couple of times I’ve ordered from them, I’ve had issues with my food. With today’s order, I ordered a small create your own pizza with bbq sauce, extra cheese and extra bacon. The pizza had barely any cheese or bacon, and for some reason the bbq sauce was spicy? Which is the first time that has happened. This is the only Domino’s that delivers to my address, and it’s a shame because it used to be really good. Not sure what’s happened with the standard of food 😞

Spent nearly £50. Both pizza were not cut all the way through and some slices were 2cm wide and some were a quarter of a pizza. My pizza had zero cheese. All I could see was the BBQ base. For the money there should be quality control on this and should not be allowing this to leave the store

As I entered the domino's I immediately felt the incredible atmosphere as the throbbing lights filled the dinner like a disco. But there was light brighter than that, Joe. Joe is great. As i entered the store he flashed me a glistening smile. As i walked to counter he warmly greeted me and asked for my order very politely. Just as i finished my order quick as a flash he dashed to the kitchen and made my pizza with such speed that i fainted, as i came to my senses i was met with "thank god your okay i thought we lost you" i was then cradled in his loving arms untill i had the strength to get to my car and get home. I enthusiastically recommend this place as the customer support is unmatched. The food is alright.

I went to this dominoes after a long day at work, as I entered a man named joe asked about my day “it was alright” I said shocked “got fired but worse things happen” you can imagine my surprise when he came around the counter and gave me a long heart felt hug. It was very much needed. Not only had I been fired but my girlfriend had left me when I informed her. This warm embrace was exactly what I needed to keep me together for the coming weeks when I was job hunting, I highly recommend this dominoes to anyone in the area as the customer support realy is unmatched. Boy named joe was very nice he was very polite when taking my order. Honestly one of the best pizzas I have every had he did a very good job. The atmosphere was one of the best I have seen as when I entered I was greeted very warmly by staff. Furthermore I thought that it was very fast service and very well run.

Pizza is good when they get it right, but they rarely do. When making changes to your order it is checked and then Qaulity checked but it's like they don't read the order. I'd say one in 5 or 6 is correct which is very frustrating.

Horrid attitude from cashier despite my continued politeness in response. Behaviour as such tarnishes the Domino’s brand. In short: Cashier tries to charge additional £11 for not wanting extra cheese! For Dominoes customer service: Me: Asked for a small margarita under a £5.99, duel topping, pizza deal. Cashier: You can’t have a margarita as two toppings must be applied. Me: Please hold additional toppings, but happy with just cheese and tomato. Cashier: Over and over, with a nasty attitude…I can’t have a margarita under the £5.99 deal. Me: I ignore the attitude and kill her with kindness. I explain the pizza is for a four year old, he doesn’t like toppings other than cheese and tomato. Extra cheese (qualifies as duel topping) would be too much for him. Cashier (giving me genuine death stares): Rudely snaps “that’s £16.99 then. Me: Asks for the £5.99 version, and just cheese and tomato. I apologise for my lack of understanding why I can’t have a margarita for the deal price and hold the additional cheese. Cashier: Barks aggressively at me “how many times do I need to explain this to you?”. I think to myself—lady, stick your extra cheese…on the side, in a tub, give it to a mouse, who frick’n cares. I’m asking for less than the deal is offering. Me: “I take it you’ve had a bad day?”. Cashier: Turns to the manager, points at me and says “deal with THIS!”. Me to me: Just wait for my next request lady. “This” would like pineapple on my pizza. The cashier had an awful attitude and a horrid personality. Retail is not for this member of staff.

Ordered online. I arrived at the shop 20 minutes later once it said "ready to collect" on the website. On arriving i was told it hasnt even been put in the oven yet. It was not busy and there were no other customers. No apology either.

The worst experience ever the girl who manages with the red hair and the glasses is so rude after she sends us stone cold pizzas then hangs up the phone saying I was screaming at her because I called to say the pizzas we're Stone cold she finally said she will send some more out after she spits on it. Constantly late and going to wrong house, when I had a problem ordering a pizza for a child who doesn’t eat cheese for a party rather than offering a gesture of good will they still charged me. I never complain because I feel the drivers are not paid enough and yet the manager thinks treating loyal customers like this is good for business. Last time I’ll order from Thames ditton dominoes. I ordered my food and I got a their dessert pizza and it came but it was just the base. There was no chocolate on it at all. Very disappointing they got my whole order right just not my dessert? Shows they take the time and the care for their customers

I've order the pizzas from Dominos in Thames Ditton I placed the order at 20:40 .After that I received a iMessage with the information that the driver is on the way. Unfortunately nobody delivered my food. I had to call to Dominos and asked what happened. I was informed that the driver couldn't find my flat and he came back to the store. For 3 hours nobody called me to inform me that.. I called again and they said me driver delivered to the wrong address!!

We were in a hurry and we only had 10 mins to spare. The staff were very accommodating and they managed to get our two Pizzas ready for collection within the 10 mins we had requested. Would highly recommend.

Really poor service, ordered a pizza on the 16th it was incorrect when it arrived, I spoke with the manager Josh, who offered a free pizza next time we order. Rang today to claim it and was told we don’t have an account with them so there’s nothing on the system. I have proof of what I ordered and when I ordered it, but they seemed uninterested. Really disappointing. Won’t use Thames Ditton Dominos again.

Day: Sunday 05/06/22 time roughly around 8.30 2 pizzas... This is what they sent? Not the 1st time but many times which i always avoided but this is bit too much.. Please do quality check before sending out pizzas, poor drivers have to go through the grief because of the staffs laziness.

Very disappointing experience. Although they were very polite and tried their best to rectified the situation, but it was just too late to fix it due to the activity for what the order was made for was finished.

To be avoided at all costs! They have such scant regard for their customers that they will happily send out a pizza with a large portion missing. A disgrace, and the last time they will see my money!

Worst pizza delivery experience of my life. After waiting over an hour I called to find out where my delivery was, advised it was out for delivery I accepted the delay and continued waiting. Almost 3 hours after the order was placed and countless unanswered attempts to contact you I had to succumb to ordering my dinner elsewhere. If possible avoid. Disappointment almost guaranteed. 0 stars.

I would rate this at zero if I could . Waited more than an hour although the delivery period was 30 minutes as informed by email. When the pizza and nachos arrived the nacho order was incorrect and had jalapeño on it plus hardly any cheese and was burnt and inedible the pizza was cold. Absolutely appalling for £20 plus , if they were unable to deliver in the time frame they should block orders if they are too busy . Attempted to feedback and get another pizza nachos via phone no one answers I doubt there is even a landline in the building. Won’t be ordering again and will deter others from ordering because it’s a waste of money.

This is the worst Dominos I have ever used. They never answer the phone. Recently ordered a pizza and it was incorrectly ordered to Thames Ditton. I immediately call to correct but no one answered. I must have called 20 times. In the end I ordered at the correct store in Cobham and had to pay again. Worst service of any pizza company. They are a disgrace to the Dominos franchise. How are they allowed to get away with this?

Worst delivery service ever. This branch takes orders online, takes money and do not deliver on time. They don’t even care to pick up phone. You are stuck once you have ordered.

As our nearest pizza delivery, we order from here about once a month. I don't think I've ever received my order 100% correct and I've given up calling to get a refund each time because they never answer the phone. Some mistakes are minor, like missing a topping I requested but others are a bit worse like using the wrong base or not delivering my drink or sauce. Would avoid this branch where possible.

Terrible! Just ordered a pizza and got the complete wrong one sent! Have tried to call 5 x times just for it ring out. Complained to head office now and so angry that I’m leaving this review. Outrageous and unacceptable to order a meat free pizza only for it to turn up with chicken on!!!

Just had our usual order of Texas bbq and veggie supreme, the veggie supreme only tasted of tomato purée, inedible. Called and spoke toDominos Thames Ditton, when I said our pizza was too strong with tomato purée the chap said “oh was that the veggie supreme?” I said yes and I told him it was inedible. He said there is nothing they can do and then hung up on me. After years of being happy with Dominos Thames Ditton this is really bad customer service. Maybe change in management? Wouldn’t rush back

I love domino's but this branch is a joke. I recently moved to the area and our first order was an hour late and cold, second time was okay, third time my chicken poppers were uncooked and pink inside, domino's customer service generously offered a refund on the chicken poppers only. Would avoid, better off going to pizza hut.

Ordered loads from this store over the past few years. A few times now they've forgotten bits of the order. Each time they've dealt with it well and redelivered missing items. Ordered today and they missed some sides. The guy on the phone was extremely polite and apologetic, and arranged redelivery and even threw in a free gift to apologise. Very professional and we'll keep coming back because of it.

Very polite and very accommodating creating pizzas the way you ask for them. They come hot as well unlike other companies who send cold pizzas. Thanks guys and well done to you for giving us hot pizzas. Tip: if you order for children you might want to ask them to reduce the red tomato sauce to the pizza which makes it less strong in taste for kids. They can accommodate this and jelly has been superb in helping recently and my kids love them. Thx guys

Order a pizza from this branch, and 1H30 later the pizza arrived! This was a super fast delivery,! I couldn’t expect better, the only downside was that everything was cold! Well this was my last order from this branch.

0 stars!!! My husband ordered the pizza at 8pm- the pizza arrived at 9.50pm! It was cold! The delivery guy knocked at the door harshly and as I opened the door started shouting at me saying he has been ringing the flat 6 times (there was not a single ring), once i managed to speak finally my husband came out to ask him for his name and he started walking away swearing under his breath! We called the store and the manager didnt seem to care much (apologised but you could hear there was not much in it). The service we have recieved has been disguisting! Its not the first time we have ordered from this place- and not the first time the order took so long and arrived cold. But this is the first timr the delivery person has behaved in this manner.

Totally preposterous and I will not be using this branch ever again. We ordered the pizza at 5:30 Pm and requested for it to specifically be here at 7:00 Pm. It was 7:34 the pizza hasn’t arrived. I rang up, it took five calls for them pick up. Once someone answer the phone I received nothing but attitude. The excuse was we are busy, “what can we do”. He wasn’t sorry and was very nonchalant about the issue at hand . One would even say wasn’t taking his job seriously. i ordered a pizza and waited half an hour for it and then found out apparently someone else had taken it! Will never order from this dominio’s ever again. They lied to me and said that I had gotten the wrong number and then my mum called them up and they told her it had been delivered, a disgrace for the domino’s community, you should be ashamed.

The manager took my order and was so polite after a problem i had last time i had £10 on my phone number to use this time. The staff were so friendly and i collected this time they were up for a laugh and a chat and told me all about working for the company. Very friendly staff and amazing pizzas.

If you are really wanting to enjoy a nice fresh warm dominoes pizza, then its worth driving an extra 10 minutes to the one in cobham. The thames ditton branch delivered one hour after my scheduled time, the person on the telephone line intentionally hung up when i complained and the driver said he did not know how much to pay. The pizza itself was rather mediocre, the stuffed crust was nice but the plain margarita was disgusting, the tomato sauce tasted like it had been kept there for weeks. The store at cobham does a superb margarita pizza

Decent pizza that most of the time the order is correct. Delivery times are often misquoted - especially during peak times. We've taken to go and collect our orders now. You get them quicker, hotter and often there are better deals to be had. When there have been issues - they have resolved satisfactory. Reading some of the reviews - I suppose it depends on who picks up the phone.....

Rude and unhelpful manager. Got a pizza delivered and it was stone cold. Called the store to complain and was told that it was delivered in time so there is no way it can be cold (in other words calling me a liar!) he refused to do anything about it. I would NEVER use them again!

I've never had any issue with the customer service they have always been polite and verified any mistakes, the food always arrives hot and within the time stated so I would personally recommend this dominos
