I ordered a pizza tonight. It had a huge hair in it!! I could have thrown up. I rang the shop, total confusion. Such poor understanding. They suggested there was no history of my previous orders, I have ordered many times from this shop. I had wrapped the hair in kitchen roll, but unfortunately knocked it on to the floor and couldn’t find it again. Was offered another pizza which I 100% refused and I will never ever get one again. They hung up without saying Bye or anything. No refund.

I use the collection service. It's always very quick and on the ball.

Absolutely disgusting we rang several times about non receipt of order. Couldn't understand the man in charge and he was no help. Couldn't find order then .miraculously found it said he would send it with a free item . Still waiting after 24 hours . Kept putting tbe phone down . Absolutely disgusting service. Should be shut down .

Poor customer service, unhygienic and no gloves during making of pizza.

Overpriced, tastes a bit like cardboard if you like that sort of thing.

Was given wrong order, told to call back on same number, upon call back I've been fobbed off for over an hour straight, kept getting told to call back in 5-10 mins, eventually they just stopped answering Been back on phone with the supposed manager, raising his voice shouting, telling me I need to give him the details I've already given him multiple times, very arrogant and honestly did not even seem like the manager. Horrendous experience, still haven't gotten my food as in the end he just hung up

So, I ordered 2 pizza’s late a couple of days ago they arrived on time no problem with the driver he was chatty and happy! When we opened the boxes they were the wrong pizza’s. We tried them as it was late also I understand these things happen. Unfortunately we didn’t like them not going to say what they were as that might put people off. I called the shop to see if we could sort something out however the connection kept going off…. I called into the shop last night to advise what had happened and honestly I couldn’t have asked for any better service. All theee people I spoke to were polite, kind and very understanding and apologetic. The manager and I came to an understanding were we were both happy! Delivered to wrong address. Put the phone down multiple times. Spent £30 and received nothing. Rude and vile staff who accused us of getting the wrong address. We knocked on our neighbours door and they knew nothing. Delivery app tracker said it was on the street across from us and never came down our road. Lied about saying the rang. Nothing of the sort. Poor service poor delivery and rude staff

Been ordering here for about 3 years now every so often, mid-tier pizza but usually you get what you pay for and I like the sides so not too bad. Ordered a pizza today and it might have been the greasiest pizza I have ever seen, ate one slice before almost throwing up, still have an awful taste in the back of my throat and just taste an absurd about of grease in my throat. Called to ask for a refund and the service was confusing, had no idea what the person was saying, didn't understand what I was saying either. Was put on hold and took about 5 minutes to get my point across that I just wanted a refund and not a new pizza. They organised someone to pick up the pizza I had (for quality check I imagine) which did happen and was fine. Haven't been refunded yet though so hopefully I get the money back soon. Won't be ordering here again though, was an absolutely disgusting pizza and service was just disappointing.

AVOID- Where do I start, ordered 19:10 took an hour for delivery, food came and 2 items were missing, calling dominoes we asked for the missing items to a rude worker insisting we get them next time we order? lol how would that even work, you order something you receive it, how do you know I'm going to order again? or that you would even stick to that promise, after finally telling them we want it now, they have apparently sent a driver to come deliver the missing items..... Its been half and hour he's still not here. A complaint will be going to head office and hopefully they can sort out the mess they call a business.

Most Disgusting service I’ve ever received. Shop full of students and think it’s acceptable to send out pizzas not cooked. Then not even apologise for the inconvenience just demanding I return pizza back to the shop. No sorry no nothing. Absolutely avoid. Manager needs to sort himself out.

Considering I’ve been to a few domino’s across the country, even a few down south, this place was the best hands down. Everything was cooked perfectly, wasn’t overly sweet which I find Domino’s pizza can be depending on the place. But I was pretty impressed.

Undercooked. Too much sauce makes the pizza soggy. Hawaiian pizza had mushrooms in it. The staff are really badly trained. Not going to order again.

Got a takeout from there it was a bit of a nightmare to order over the phone so ended up hanging up and getting my wife to order online. Which cost me about 6 pounds cheaper than what the lad was charging me over the phone. But they do gluten free food so my daughter enjoyed it and will go back .

Never order from here, the lady on the phone answers the call with “yes” .. when she gets confused or has to take a long order she hangs up, even then she takes you to pay but doesn’t even type anything in and says declined, your supposed to here a beep on the phone as I have heard every where else. This lady is very lazy at her job and does not know how to deal/manage with customers at all.

Lovely man who served us, just wish the staff paid more attention to the order. I ordered a small pizza and they forgot the garlic sauce. Also ordered a small garlic bread and found they gave us round break with sugar dusted on top. They are now closed so can’t get a refund.

Been ordering from here for some years now and first time ive left a review! Always go for a meal deal as it works out alot cheaper. Im happy to pay extra ordering here as i enjoy what i get. Foods always well prepared and hot. Theres a female delivery driver who always say hello to my dogs when i answer to collect. She loves staffys! 😁 all n all it tastes lovely and the staff seem lovely. I will continue to order from there.

Rang for a delivery sunday night. 1 large pepperoni pizza 1 tiny garlic bread & 5 garlic dips. £38 . It was all tasteless soggy & very overpriced. I guess the bin enjoyed it. Will stick with unos in future.

2 of the worst pizzas we have EVER HAD we paid £30 for the buy 1 get 1 free deal on collection plus added extras garlic bread and wedges got home and we were so disappointed with what we were given pizzas were burnt but cold and did not look fresh at all we have had better frozen pizzas from super market will never use dominos again disgusting.

The worst Dominoes in the North East. This is the only dominoes that deliver to my house, every 6 to 9 months i try again to see if something has improved but they have been dreadful for years! Consistently get the order wrong, it arrives late and cold yet under cooked. I too have been promiced refunds or money off next time only to be told theres no record. Honestly go to South Gosforth.

We ordered pizzas for Birthday party fro Dominos store Heaton chillingham road n it arrived 1 hr late even after my 5 calls to track order.. food was good when it arrived but v poor delivery service …

Listen to these negative reviews. I just got blocked from the app and website because I said I was complaining to Head Office about the awful service I had received. I was neither abusive, nor was I aggressive, so I can only imagine this was to prevent me from complaining. Nice try, but here is the complaint and the evidence attached. I received a call from my driver that my food was here, I said 2 minutes and when I went outside, the driver drove straight past me in a white car. I quickly called back and she said I had been "too long". The screenshots prove I was exactly 2 minutes, before calling back and asking me why she drove away. I was and still am very annoyed because she drove right past me, as I waved at her. Apparently, she had been waiting there for 10 minutes and it was my fault. Can someone explain to me how any customer is supposed to know a delivery driver is outside and waiting for them, without a knock or a phone call? I also clearly requested a call in the delivery notes box. I assume delivery staff assume customers are omniscient. To make matters worse, I explained this on the phone to the store and was very upset about this, because it makes no sense and I was being blamed for something that was not my fault. The staff also started to imply it was my fault and I kept explaining that it wasn't repeatedly (I was transferred to 3 different people). I told them I would complain to head office, because I do not appreciate being blamed for something that wasn't my fault and on top of that being spoken to so rudely by the driver, being treated like a liar and being stuck on a street corner in the freezing weather... Avoid this store. As promised, I have escalated this complaint to Head Office, I also record all phone call conversations for when instances like these happen. So in addition to the evidence I've attached, this is not a scenario where it is your word against mine. To treat a customer poorly is one thing, but to block them from your website and app to prevent them from complaining is next level shameful service. AVOID.

The order takes more than one and a half hours to be delivered. This is unacceptable. Hire more stuff or something!

Arrived an hour+ late cold, told it would take 30 mins to be re-delivered. Went to the store in person (which I only live a few minutes away from) and a member of staff told me it would take 30 minutes to make a pizza, which we know isn’t true. Repeatedly told me it would be 5 minutes on the phone, which wasn’t true. Emailed head office to ensure my refund is being processed as he didn’t touch a computer after asking for one in person. Went over the road to a competitor and it only took 10 minutes. Rude staff, lie to customers about delivery times order from another dominoes or different franchise.

Got the be the biggest wast of 35 quid in my life so little topping cheese not on really there just do yourself a favour go to papa John even any pizza shop really even go to Iceland save yaself a few quid and have the same enjoyment out of it

Pathetic service. No one picks up call. Pizza gets delivered after 2 hours. Very rude. I would say try the one opposite to them 😉. They are marvelous.

Rarely comes as orded, even if one's right by chance another's wrong, ordered a few times from this place because we order... it's wrong then months go by and we order again like it was probably a mistake shouldn't happen again? and then it does some how, Expensive for not getting what you asked for...

I've had three pizzas from this dominos which weren't cooked properly, had to blast them in my oven to make them edible.

Since when has wanting a thin and crispy pizza turned into just getting a large tortilla wrap with a thin coating of tomato purée, wafer thin and I mean translucent ham and the driest of dried mushrooms . Would love to have said pizza dough was under cooked but the whole pizza ingredients hadn’t even seen an oven maybe topping had been grilled. No idea🤷🏻‍♀️£17. 1st and last time for dominos .

Just love these Pizza's.. Fantastic taste and the topping are unreal, burger pizza is a MUST twice a week min. Delivery is super fast.. Sure these use a chopper. 5☆

Very poor service and one of the most disappointing pizza I have ever had the topping looked like it had been dropped on from the top of a tall buliding, staff cheeky and inhospitable. Don't visit expensive and not worth it

Didn't receive my free garlic bread as part of the first time registration promotion. Totally average pizza as it was sloppy and runny. Bread was under cooked. Disappointed as its normally quality pizza. Will actively discourage friends from having this branch.

Decent pizza if you don’t pay full price

Ordered 2 pizzas a month ago which when we got home we realised were both completely wrong as well as cold. We were told that they couldn’t deliver to our area but we could get our next pizzas free. To no surprise after ringing them today they said that there was no previous orders on the account and that I am unable to get anything. Shocking service

Absolutely dreadful experience. Ordered on the app. Took a payment twice and twice failed. Had to reorder then wait a futher 30 minutes for food. Guy on the till was helpful to a point. Even admitted the app was "full of bugs"

Very Rude and Arrogant Team Members who take order. When you call them if order is wrong they say "What you want me to do!". Delivery Drivers are very nice polite and humble. I feel floor team need to learn something from Drivers. Disgraceful absolutely dislike to order from here. Have to go all the away to gosforth to get pizza. Shame

Would have posted 0 stars if possible. Ordered tonight and had to ring after an hour had passed with no delivery and was told food had left 15 minutes ago (we could have walked and collected in that time, lazy getting delivery I know but why was my pizza on a tour of heaton?!). Unsurprisingly two cold pizzas then arrived 10 minutes later. Could be forgiven if this was the first time this had happened, never had a problem at other dominos stores but will avoid chillingham road branch now.

Dominos constantly have great deals on pizza that can be found online. Ordering online means you can just go to the store and collect when ready. The food quality is consistent as I’ve used this store a few times now. The only issue is parking as the store is located on the busy chillingham road which does not have a great deal of parking. However do not let this put you off as many deals can be delivered.

I use Dominos in Heaton once or twice a month at lunchtimes only. Their collection deals are great value but if I'm honest I wouldn't like to pay full price so I'm therefore reviewing them at the prices I pay. Ordering is simple, food always hot and ready for the time arranged. Food tasty and as described. No issues with orders therefore they get the top possible rating. If I was paying full price maybe only 3 to 4 stars. Heading there soon :-D

Why and how this place is trading is a mystery by far the most disorganised establishment I have known, to cut a long story short they sent us a pizza with raw dough and the box that was supposed to contain chicken strips had wedges in. After a lengthy conversation on the phone they tried to fob us off with £10 credit for a future order, doesn't fix the fact that the food that was sent was raw and wrong, after 4 phone calls and 4 HOURS !!!!! (Our order was placed at 18.42 and the food arrived at 22.50) the food arrived almost as bad as the first attempt but stone cold, and inedible please please do not give these clowns your money

Why is this place allowed to be open a true domino's offers great food and great customer service. Please someone from head office sack them, and employ a good team! Guy on phone threatened my wife. We both had sickness after food plus wrong order

Consistently get the order wrong. No idea how as we always order through the app. More hassle than it's worth ringing them and telling them as they tell you they will resend the correct things but they never do! Ended up with 3 lots of desserts when we ordered 1 and none of the sides we ordered. Will not be using again and advise you to avoid if possible.

Absolute terrible customer service. We are regulars and get the same order every time which totals £30.58 but we always get a good deal so when we rung up they said O can give you £10 off your order which totals £20.58 but when I went to collect they tried charging me full price and started calling me a liar saying that the person I spoke to never said that. Unfortunately I never got both the people's names as they had a strong accent. I will not be ordering from here again.

It's a domino's pizza. What else can I say? Parking is an issue. Would also recommend ordering online if you are picking up, as the queues get big. Right in the heart of student accommodation. Very popular

Wouldn't even give one star but have to , the pizzas where dropped at the door pop not brought and DAVE the driver was swearing his head off absolutely fuming everything was freezing but that might of been the fact he was standing out side for 5 mins 1st

The taste isn't anything to shout about and there was actually more sauce on my pizza than cheese

ordered my food, after an hour it hadn't started baking. called them up and they had got the order numbers wrong, the person i spoke with was clueless and it took ten minutes until he got the order right and told me it would be another half an hour wait. I have been told that i will get 50% off my next order but whether this is true or not i don't know.

Staff not very friendly, pizza average, parking poor

Abosulutely rubbish drivers and staff very rude and abusive drivers.. they threw the pizza at us when asked about y they were late. Food took a long time to come. Delivery driver was rude. Said he had forgotten my drink and will go back and get it. I'm still waiting 3 weeks on. When I called the store to ask they just hung up on me.

Cancelled an order 3 weeks ago and got told my refund would be in 3-5 working days. As I just stated, it's been 3 weeks. No form of apology or compensation has been put my way, now I've been without £40 for an unacceptable amount of time. It shouldn't be this difficult, also it's a huge shame because Domino's standards of customer care are normally so high, not this time unfortunately.
