Staff terrible ! Unfriendly, and just seemed in really bad mood terrible customer service! very dirty around sugar table !

Giving one star as cutlery given was dirty

Have been here daily while my daughter is in hospital always busy so can understand staff are rushed and frazzled! Came today it was very quiet but the girl on the till was so unbelievably rude! Very disappointing when you’re already at the hospital daily in stressful circumstances!! This review is relating to todays visit only!! 4/11/23

Nice little Costa located within the hospital. Foods ok, cakes, muffins etc. Coffee is great as you'd expect. Atmosphere is ok, but again it's just a coffee shop situated within an atrium space around the corner from the hospital pharmacy.

Got a bacon sandwich and wanted butter on the bun charged an extra 40 pence my partner wanted tomato sauce for her sandwich extra 20 pence I’ll never buy from there again absolutely disgusting rip off place

Costa as normal is costalot but you get what you pay for Tuna melt was so nice

The service was atrocious, they were too busy talking between themselves to listen to what you had ordered . Will not be visiting that one again , will walk around to the Leazes block where they listen and are pleasant.

Standard Costa Coffee shop. Situated on level 1 in the New Victoria Wing opposite outpatients. Can get busy at times resulting in a bit of a wait. Plenty of seating.
