Terrible food almost felt sick wouldn't recommend

Shocking customer service. The customer definitely isn’t a priority. Wont order here again.

Food that did arrive was fine however, some of the order was missing, rang Dominos to inform them and they offered to send the missing part out, over an hour later this still hadn’t been received! We called back and were then asked if we’d like the order sent out still or a refund, no apology. Have travelled far this evening so we are hungry & wanted the food. No apology or offer of reimbursement on told of the missed items in a way of goodwill.

Third class people working in this place very bad customer service too rude stuff!

I order regularly from this store to share with friends and family. Management are very welcoming, greet with a smile and are always happy to have a brief chat. The food provided is of the highest quality and matches descriptions. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Chips were raw I couldn't be bothered to take them back

Ordered a pizza and received a different one, tried calling them but the staff was unhelpful and rude.

Great service as usual. Food is piping hot and delicious.

Delivery service is 5* but poor customer service. When I telephoned to complain about my mediocre tasting pizza and the wrong delivery of side order - ate half of small pizza as so hungry but rest thrown away. When I asked why when my order had 6 mins 'quality control' the incorrect fries weren't spotted; only response was sorry - waste of £24 - I SHALL NEVER USE DOMINOES FOR A TAKEAWAY OPTION AGAIN (both local Indian or Chinese are far cheaper and more tasty)!

Can't believe they reduced personal pizza lunch time deal to 2 toppings and wedges are no longer part of the takeaway package deal. Pizza was great however, even with just 2 toppings, but I missed the other 2. Don't even think of parking outside to pick up your pizza, as its in busy road, off a hairpin left turn, so you can easily miss it.

Unfortunately, whilst waiting for our food there were at least 8 members of staff standing around chatting/ giggling- oblivious our food sat on the side waiting to go out for 5 minutes.

I give a 2 star in service because the lady on the phone wasn't helpful at all. We all know that staffs are in a rush but at least speak to the customers nicely!!

Was OK. Worrying hearing the staff arguing (well one of them with the rest was) But with that aside - the food was fresh and delicious .

Waited for 1hrs 20 mins, considerable delay on preparing. However, the pizza was perfect.

They sent out wrong pizza, I called up and they sent a replacement but were rude on the phone.

The 'staff' member I spoke to last night was surly and disinterested. The app failed to connect, thus no deals on offer, and I was told they couldn't help and the store price was the best they could do. £38 for two pizzas and two sides! Where do dominos get off thinking that's reasonable. Still can't get on the app. Had Chinese instead...

I am absolutely furious, ordered a pizza via the phone from Thomas waited an hour for delivery and called to check where our food was, the employee didn’t put the order through. Thomas puts the order through again and gives us a clarified price, which we got the exact amount of cash out for and tells us it will be 20 minutes by this point it is 10:30, when the order arrived at 11 the delivery man asks for 5 pounds more than why was told of the phone. We had no cash in the house and had got out the exact amount, the delivery driver refused us our food. Honestly a joke and completely incapable, useless staff

Friend who's lactose intolerant wanted a normal mighty meaty just with vegan cheese. Was told it's not possible which is ridiculous. Other option was to order a vegan pizza and add meat toppings which would cost an arm and a leg.

Big thank you to the happy smiling blonde girl Sunday morning, isnt it nice to have warm service!. Yes I remembered to bring a bag for my collection, only 7.99 for collection pizzas. For us dominos still the best, and having lived in medway for a time, you can buy a cheap pizza and still are pretty good. In Maidstone it's not possible all the cheaper places are really rubbish so collection from here wins. Meator is brilliant. Keep up the service. Seya next time.....

Pizza doesn’t seems nice. I received different items that I ordered. They keep me waiting outside in the cold for refund until the pizza was freezing cold. And this is what I received 😂😂

One of the worse experience I had. I didn’t even eat it. Delivery was 1.5 hour late. Couldn’t track pizza, it disappeared from screen as if it is already delivered. Had to make a call and tells me 5 more minutes, waited for 15 minutes and made a call says it arrived finally. For god sake who does this to their regular customer. Literally ruined my mood and so annoying.

Ordered pizza online after an hour when I was enquiring where’s my pizza they couldn’t provide me with any informations . Utter joke .

Very rude staff… my card got declined for unknown reason and she put the phone down on me.. when I call back to try again she told me I’m wasted her 15 min and put phone down on me again.. I’m sorry I’m wasted my 4 hours of shift trying to buy ready pizza from u… NEVER AGAIN!! Domino’s have to pay more to staff to get right people working

Pizzas are hot and tasty but unfortunately Dominoes Wedges (not for the first time) are cold in the middle and under-cooked, appreciate it might not be the same for everyone! Ask for you wedges to be cooked properly!

Just had a delivery today and service was exceptional. Despite COVID the order was delivered within 40 mins - I called the shop as the tracker was showing that it had been delivered even though it hadn’t, and the lady on the phone was very friendly and said the driver was new so she would check. He turned up at the door not long after and food was amazing as usual.

Always use this outlet never had any issues good service here

Very busy, but after ordering online and upon arrival told it would be 10-15 minutes, had over an hour wait. When I asked where my order was, they actually decided to make it.

Used the app to order pizza I clicked no cheese. Came through with cheese but swapped it for no hassle. Really good pizza with customer service to match. Thanks Dominos!

I have had good experiences here but my last one was awful, the dough tasted past its best and a bit stale, consistency and quality control are essential in this industry and I expect better from such a well know well established franchise... Disappointing!

Will never ever order from this place again, very rude drivers. They think they making you a favour or something by delivering. If I meet the driver who spoke with me in the phone I will teach him so manners I would give 0 stars if I could

very very disappointed with the way i was treated by the staff. the cookies i received was exceptional but the service sadly let me down. leading my self down a dark and hurtful road because i did not deserve the treatment i received

Apparently they don't speak or understand English and have the cheek to ask what language I am speaking. So unable to order over the phone. Might want to get staff that understand English.

I have order by online 2 large pizza and that was bad pizza was on my life. Paid 27.85 for non cooked row, sogy, non taste pizza tonight. I will never use aging.

I order from this store every couple of weeks, always exceptionally high quality pizzas. Can be expensive so buy the right deals. They have some very good midday lunch deals too. Much easier to order from than any of the other local places thanks to excellent website and app. Usually delivers within an hour, and never have any issues. My choice - stuffed crust, scrummy with BBQ base 😍 Recently refurbished inside and looking very snazzy 👍

Every time I've ordered on a Sunday the food has taken an age to arrive, and been subpar. Minimal care taken, paltry amounts in the stuffed crust and luke warm at best

Late, rude and expensive, absolute disgrace to the Dominos brand - ordered £84 worth of pizzas, took over 2 hours to be delivered. Called their phone number 90 minutes into our wait and after 15 attempted phone calls, the phone was finally answered and the woman was borderline rude, surly and totally unapologetic (perhaps understandably after a night of answering the phone to unhappy customers but abruptly slamming down the phone at the end of any call with a customer is completely unacceptable). Should be stripped of the franchise in my opinion, they're a blight on the good name of Dominos. Needs better management at the very least to bring customer service up to scratch.

Undercooked doughy pizza most of the time. Lady who answered the phone tried to charge us £2 extra for more cooking time. Later confirmed with Dominos head office that she can't do so. Its nice and tasty if you have it though.
