Filthy place, far manager robbed my food

Used for many years, improved hugely over last few, happy with quality of food, staff, delivery and service.

Yesterday I ordered Twisted dough balls, Fries & kickers. Twisted dough balls are really tasteless this time. But previous times it's really good. This time I feel it's just flour. No taste. No cheese, no salt. Only flour. And it's not the golden colour as your website photo. It's completely white colour and there is not enough baking. French fries are not fried enough and it's like boiled potatoes. Not feel fried. I ate Kickers. before it's good. But this time it's just chicken pieces fried with breadcrumbs. I paid £26 but was completely disappointed. I never again order from Domino's.

Despite all the bad reviews listed on here we had a good experience. We pulled up outside the shop and ordered online through the app to get the best deals, the app updated us on the progress and it was a smooth and efficient process. All the food was hot and fresh, no complaints at all!

Worse pizza takeaway around leatherhead.. Don't waste you're money!!

Lucky the lowest is 1 star. Worker serving me was very rude and messing around and his was being rude and I said how much he said that's £500. Told my mum and we went back in the store. The manager has the same IQ as a lemon and told us to get out when we asked if this was how his customers were treated. 0 stars never coming back.

Feel sorry for the drivers and other staff as the manager has the IQ of a lemon and can barely string a sentence together, no wonder the place is run so badly

The stuffed crust pizza was so yummy I ate it all. Will be coming back for this pizza food.

Update 14/01/24 Pizza didn’t arrive, no evidence of driver on cctv. Phoned leatherhead, woman insist ls they tried to deliver. Asked why the driver didn’t ring the Ring door bell or appear on CCTV and she actually argued that he’d tried to deliver . Worst Dominos . Horrifically expensive for terrible value for money poorly made pizza. They now charge extra for delivery . Leatherhead is not a good dominos. The scarce mattering of ingredients are thrown in the middle of the pizza, which arrives lates and Luke warm. What’s worse is the stupid delivery system that still doesn’t use What3Words which would solve all issues of having to stand outside trying to direct them to my house and would stop pizzas getting cold . This happens every time but oddly every other delivery service finds it or used the what3words words app. I’m going to try again in April and see if they’ve take any comments on board (but I suspect they won’t) I’m told by ex staff member that at least four of the 5 Star reviews are by members of staff.

Ordered through the app to allow for a discount. Luckily, we live across the road. Upon getting home and to inspect the Pizza, my partner found that she had mushroom on hers to which wasn't ordered. She immediately called them, the chap on the phone was ok, but after our request to remake both pizzas so we could go and change them. They refused and said they could only remake one. This is awful, not only would my original pizza be cold by the time we'd got the replacement, but my partner would of been eating alone. Went to the store directly returning the pizzas and requesting a refund. Now, a 5 - 7 day wait to see if the lad actually processed it. Will update accordingly.

Rude staff. Called to put in order and requested extra sauce inbetween the bases. He said no that’s not possible because they are busy and hung up

Awful experience trying to order a pizza that they owed me for messing up my order last time. I was put on hold but could hear everything they were saying and slagging me off.Sounds like it’s run by children who even order a bag of crayons in a wax factory

Two Awful pizzas delivered this evening. They must have run very low/out of cheese and sauce aswell as a couple of less essential ingredients. It didn't taste like domino pizza, it didn't look like domino pizza, it probably wasn't domino pizza. Really poor to take payment but not explain why the pizza was so very dry and flavourless.

Ordered to collect. Paid for extra cheese and extra pepperoni, had same amount as standard. Also it was burnt with hardly any cheese. Pizzas are getting worse. Very poor branch

Poorly run run store just take a look at what was delivered as part of a £30 meal deal. The pizza is large but the toppings and cheese is clearly from a small pizza or maybe whoever made it ate some of it themselves. Rang up to get it resolved but told manager is on a break and call back when less busy. If this is what they're sending out to customers and how they respond when called I dread to think what their food hygiene is like.

If I could give no stars I would, tried a new pizza buffalo chicken for the first time and thanks to Lewis my last. Pizza was drowned in hot sauce which ruined the pizza so just had a sloppy mess. Rang the branch to complain but Lewis who I spoke to was rude and claimed he made the pizza to exactly how it should be made which is awful and he hung up on me. I had exactly the same problem with my order before the pizza was just dough and cheese. Awful food and awful customer service wouldn’t spend 1p more with them. Placed order of pizza and chips and it came cold.I phoned and spoke to will the assistant manager and told him it was cold all he kept saying was it was delivered on time .I knew that but it is cold can you send another ,he said no but you can have it off your next pizza.what a joke!

This review is not based on the quality of the food but solely on the awful customer experience I received. I called the store to get information about deals however after 2 attempts and staff being unable to hear me I decided to go directly and place an order. After choosing the pizzas I promptly got the right amount of cash ready but was informed they do not take cash only card payment! I was pretty much forced to try a card payment knowing that I had already experienced issues earlier that day, reason why I had ensured I had enough cash (given our local lack of cash machines). No other customer were waiting and 2 managers were present yet zero effort was made to try resolving the matter. I was simply told ‘I should have known as Domino haven’t accepted cash payments for months’. By then it was past 9.30pm and despite me offering various solutions their best suggestion was to go to a different pizza restaurant!!! I did and my next review will highlight the difference in the customer service experience and willingness to keep a happy customer!

Shambles doesn't come close. Look elsewhere if you actually want any food to ever arrive

They messed up the order - delivered one pizza as "create your own" (with nothing on it) instead of a half and half pepperoni / farmhouse. When I complained they said it was my fault - and that I'd have to pay for a replacement. I'm pretty sure I selected the right stuff on the website, but in putting the "deal" into the basket I think it might have scrubbed it. Anyway - the end result was negative in terms of pizza and customer service.

Shocking we tried ordering a half and half pizza but due to covid they don't do half and half pizzas. They also don't except cash anymore but the delivery drivers love it for a tip. Any way my son loves there garlic pizza bread so unfortunately we have to get that but this time it had all blue plastic in it. Went back in store showed them it and they couldn't of cared less I was so shocked I just asked for a refund! Well 4 weeks later and still no refund and head office stopped returning emails. So many different pizza places about we won't return ever again.

Delivered early by a nice young lady, the pizza was cooked perfectly, still hot and tasty ! Totally recommend

Polite staff on phone and at door. Quick delivery time. Order Accurate. Reasonable price. Food lovely and hot. Everything tastes delicious and fresh. Highly recommend. I am fussy but this is really good.Xx

Ordered a buy one get one free deal which came with bbq sauce not tomato sauce which my grandsons don't like. Domino's replaced immediately for me. Great service Domino's, thank you.

Put the wrong pizza in the box, left me on hold for 10 minutes then told me I'd have to wait an hour for a replacement... Great service from the useless children at Dominos

Gone down hill. As a long time customer, I am getting fed up of the constant inaccurate orders that I receive from this branch. Tonight I ordered a meal deal with 1 large and 2 personal pizzas. One of the pizzas should have been cheese, olive, pineapple and sweetcorn. Instead I got this... no cheese and a portion or chicken. How is it possible to make such a mistake? Ruined our meal as my daughter was very disappointed and couldn't eat it. I phoned the branch and asked for them to collect all pizzas and refund the meal. They refused and only offered a £10 voucher against my next order. Will take the matter further with the franchise owner in the morning. Suggest you avoid and try one of the other pizza delivery companies in the area.

I do enjoy my Domino's, But not from this particular outlet, Staff have absolutely no customer service skills, Rather than rant and rage about there condescending service, I recommend you continue eating the lovely Dominoes Pizza, but not from here, atrocious service for the 20 seconds I was in the establishment.

Have used domino's pizza in Leatherhead for many years. Their pizza's used to be second to none, but unfortunately the service has dramatically worsened. Poppings awful and have to phone and complain every time. Today was the first time in weeks I've ordered from them. Won't be happening again soon

The best Domino's pizza I've ever had. No excess oil dripping everywhere, no cornflour dust where it shouldn't be, toppings spread out exactly like the marketing picture, perfectly cooked and cut. Even offered extra dip. Absolute dream

So ive orderd from here twice i can say ive had a couple of issues late pizza and a pizza that turned up like it had been walked over. But ive got to give this 5 star to the young manager who has gone well out of hes way to help me. great customer service skills thank you.

You guys should make a pizza with pickles on it. Dang, I sure do love a good pickle. Love the pizzas though, just feel like you’re missing out on a great topping. I know you do gherkin slices but they’re kinda WACK. I’m talking full on pickles with the juice and everything, in all their glorious girth. You could even do a pickle stuffed crust, that would be dank!

Quick & easy in store ordering & collection

Second time I have used Dominos Leatherhead and twice the order has been wrong or very late. I did get a refund but it's not great service for such a large chain.

Elderly driver was 1h20m late despite repeated calls to the franchise. When challenged about the stone cold pizza he was delivering, he turned *extremely* aggressive and made us feel very unsafe. Dominos should be ashamed to be sending this sort of person to people’s homes.

Not bad, occasionally drivers get lost trying to find address but pizza normally arrives hot a d quickly.

Order was not delivered. We were not informed. They were very rude on the phone. Just did not care.

When order last night took 3 hours to get to me then it was all cold

Having ordered Domino's regularly for over a decade disappointed at Leatherhead store. New to area and twice arrived cold, this evening again arrived cold, soggy and guests even commented dough did not taste fresh and tasted off- hope not! Had tipped driver again and order did arrive correctly and fairly quickly. The deals are good too, just a shame not the quality expected or always previously experienced with Domino's.

Excellent Customer Service. Pizzas are quite personal but we love Domino's and the new Italian base has won over my wife. Using the App (very good app despite the user) I ordered a collection but from the wrong store. The Leatherhead store could not have been more helpful in resolving my problem. Thank You.

Delivery was fast, pizza hot and great quality, even managed to find our house no problem, even though we are in the middle of nowhere!

I ordered my pizza a bit too late and the website didn’t tell me so. I went up to the store and they very kindly made my pizza as the order didn’t go through but I had payed, everyone was so understanding and the pizza was so yummy! Love it there, everyone is so understanding and kind x

I never thought dominos pizza will be dat bad in leatherhead.....I av orderd one large pizza one garlic bread and potato wedges and cookie deal last night....instead I received 2 garlic bread one large pizza and potato wedges...pizza and garlic bread was pathetic

Sometimes it's good, sometimes you swear you will never ordered from there again. Some of the staff is friendly and it's just a shame that because of the ones that dont care, they are all catalogued as bad.

For a stupidly high price for even a plain pizza now it is poor. Over half the time I have ordered the thin and crispy base it is soft and if I pick it up it just flops over.

You get what you expect and it arrives on time.
