We got the combo kebab for just shy of £13 which was 2 options of meat. I had 3 small chunks of Shish and tiny amount of chicken dinner! However we had it before on normal kebabs where the regular, medium and large - mean 1, 2 or 3 skewers. Pretty normal and only £13 for the large which is about 6 chunks of chicken on each skewer! So, you would think the combi would be at least 2 skewers of Shish and some dinner not something that’s smaller than their normal small Shiah for the price of a large. I’m not going into quality as the skinny fry’s were cold and like they were found in an air fryer, and the kebabs, well most of it ended up in the bin - dry and inedible! Not good!

Customer service excellent food was very good Small cod & chips was very tasty & a generous size delivery was also quick & easy way to pay without giving card details over the phone it came very well packaged

We came in on Friday 9th August with a big list £117 great service lovely haddock, cod, fish cake, battered sausage and chips. We ended up coming twice as we muddled the order and missed 3 meals lol thanks for the drinks and will be back next time we are in Dorking! Many thanks Will.

Good size fish & chips and friendly service. The batter was a little greasy but still nice and crispy, chips were average. Certainly one of the better chippies in Dorking. Unfortunately, like many other takeaways, they have adapted to try and appeal to a larger audience by offering kebab, burgers and other types of fast food. I'm not a fan of the "we do everything takeaways". In most cases it shows in the quality. Fortunately here the fish & chips were still good quality. Cannot comment on the kebab, but not sure I want to order kebab from a fish restaurant called sea breeze either!

Ordered 2 large cod & 2 medium chips. Packaged as 1 fish & 1 chips per box. Chips didn't seem to be equally portioned, 1 was more like small. Both fish were huge though. Chips were very crunchy and not as good as normal. Delivered slightly earlier than expected, but as it was lunchtime, that maybe why. Arrived hot which was a bonus, as we are 15 minutes away at least.

Managed to deliver on time during road closures. Food was a reasonable temperature. Warmer than it would have been if I had collected and then driven home , as we do live a 15 minute drive on a good day. Fish was decent size and good quality. Chips were nice too.

Ordered a lamb donor kebab last night Saturday Cost £10 I’ve never ever seen such a low amount of meat ever, for the sum of £10 When the guy delivered it to my door I thought maybe it was the wrong order Because when he passed it to me The package was so light !! I couldn’t believe the lack of meat for my money It was over cooked in parts It’s getting a bit annoying when your order food And pay your money expecting maybe a fair exchange for your money But unfortunately as a lot of places do Not a fair exchange for my £10 I would say the amount of meat Cost wise was £2 if I was lucky Come on sea breeze do better for your customers If you want them to come back again !! Not at all happy with your lack of food for my £10 !!!!!!

fantastic staff terrible food, burger was like warmed up rubber and Kebab ...well no pitta but on chips so not a kebab but sooner meat n chips, sooner was dry and rubbery but let's not get into the miniscule amount of tasteless chilli sauce, I tried them a couple of years ago and again tonight, but I'm afraid never again. Just hope their fish and chips are better than their burgers and kebabs.

Sea breeze has improved massively recently! Food is fresh and so nice and the staff are so lovely and make you feel welcome! So glad I tried it again as we stopped going for years but food is 10x better now!

Missing items , wrong items , food stone cold , disgusting and they refused to deliver the rest of it or give a refund for what they got wrong . Eventually after arguing for 5 minutes they hung up on me. Disgusting restaurant that should be avoided at all cost .

Absolute disgrace of a company and please don’t anyone order these thieves. Didn’t delivery the chips which were the main part of the order . Ordered a medium kebab and they delivered a small . And when I say small I mean small . The most pathetic thing I’ve very had delivered. They refused the give me a refund or deliver my missing order. Disgusting place.

Shocking good delivered we were delivered under clocked chips, dry and tasteless veggie burger, over cooked saveloys and scampi and the wrong tub of ice cream. Not sure how you can fail or the most basic of items let along one drink missing and the 2 litre soft drink was 1.5. Feel cheated out of money and good food. Disappointing

Ordered 2 chicken shish yesterday, 1 was edible just about, the other burnt and dry..?. This place is so inconsistent.... £8 For a small portion that turns up bitter and burnt...don't bother

have had good food upto last week, seems to have gone down hill, chicken and mushroom pie was awful just tasted very salty, and burgers we had were nowhere near as good as previous one's very disappointing

Food was tasty , I was given a free kebab to compensate for previous order issues, which was nice of them. However the chips were still crunchy and not that nice at all but the fish was really big and tasty, kebab tasted good but pitta bread hard. I’ll order again in the future to see if these issues are resolved as this is a very responsibly priced and friendly fish shop

Compared to yesterdays fantastic food this was awful. Chips hard, looked tasted old, kebab was on it side in the bag (packed like that not delivery drivers fault) so the chilli sauce leaked over everything , meant we had hard chilli chips and cod . Chips were chucked in with fish instead of separate. Fish was very nice but again chips were practically inedible.

Rock salmon, chips and chicken shish were better than excellent . The prices are the best for miles .

Food really fresh and good value, Katie and Florence serving were really helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, all in all a great experience will definitely come again.

I had a fantastic cod and chips from here last Friday. The cod was skin off and a lovely fresh big piece of cod, and the chips were very tasty. Good value for money and a very good product.

Walked in to get an easy takeaway.... Ordered and 25 minutes later finally got the food....then when we got home where to start.....kebabs where was the salad so minimal it wasn't worth it, chilli sauce tasted of salt!, keebab meat was dry not freshly cut...we didn't eat much as it was not nice. Adult burger was pretty disgusting, 3 bites and they wouldn't eat anymore, curry sauce had to be heated up in microwave.. Kids meal, chips luke warm but got a free hair.... total 😞 disappointment. The young man serving was rude and I saw him blow out flames on a burger on the grill thankfully not ours...we will not be back ever. Total waste of money...

One of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Chips undercooked and raw. Fish was horrible and small. The entire experience was awful.

First time back in a while now. Last time I thought the quality had gone down hence my reluctance to return, however we decided to give it another try as the staff was always changing and I’m pleased to say the old quality was back again. Generous and tasty. Again recommended.

Scampi both burnt and soggy, which you might be forgiven for thinking hard to achieve. Such a shame, they used to be really good but have gone way downhill.

Lovely customers and great food! Staff are so wonderful to interact with and you can see the food being made fresh. I think the setting is nice and quaint and the restaurant is clean and trustworthy

Quite honestly the worst Kebab I’ve ever had

One of the best fish and chips I have had. Got regular Plaice and Cod for me and my Dad with large chips. Great portion size plenty for the money. Both agreed super meal many thanks be back soon

Preordered haddock, chips, peas and ice cream arrived at agreed time. Perfectly cooked fish, batter, crispy and delicious. I really enjoyed my supper tonight. Hagen Daz ice cream a real treat. Thank you …… as the man said, I’ll be back.

Chips were under cooked. The spring roll frozen in the middle. And the mushrooms so overcooked couldn’t bite into. Partners kebab he did enjoy.

First time using this chippy, a bit disappointed in the portion size, large cod not so large. Chips very disappointed as the portion did not even fill the Styrofoam tray. Pity pictures can't be added to review.

Well this place has gone down hill. 2 hours wait for delivery. Obviously been sitting on the side, stone cold when arrived. Told 5 minutes every time I called.

Fish was dry, but batter was soggy, how do you manage that? Pie was drier than a dry thing in a desert. Could not tell the difference between the curry roll and the spring roll. Chips were OK. Everything was just luke warm. Told it was on the way but took 30 minutes to arrive (1 mile). It was either sat on the side for ages before delivery or sat in a bag while other deliveries were done. Just disappointing overall.

Took 1 1/2 hours to arrive and everything was cold. I only live 2 miles away. Never again.

Our order was due between 19.35 and 19.55. I tried nearly 50 times to phone the restaurant and it was a constant busy line! I received a text to say not long your order is on its way at 20.03. In the end We turned up at the shop at 20.30 to be told he left 10 minutes ago! It only takes 5 mins. We were at the restaurant for 5 minutes at least before the driver phoned to say he was there so he clearly didn't leave 10 minutes before we arrived. my daughter took the order in! They have then had the audacity to say that the food was delivered at 19.40! I have phone logs of the times I've called and the time the driver called and also ring doorbell footage to show what time he arrived! I understand places are busy but to take the phone off the hook so you can't contact to get an update. I even tried the online help option that said they would text an update which didn't happen. We placed the order at 18.50. An hour to wait was acceptable, but nearly 2 hours when the order contained food for children and not being able to get in touch with anyone is NOT acceptable or even showing decent customer service skills.

Avoid at all costs!!! Food was absolutely vile. Quality of food has completely gone down hill. What once was a very good fish and chip takeaway, it definitely isn’t no more. Chips were undercooked and frozen in the centre. Yet chicken burger was so over cooked, eating cardboard would have been nicer! Don’t waste your money!

we never received our order after £30 and an hour and a half later…. We are BEYOND angry. Phoned the delivery driver and he wouldn’t give us our food? Not sure why you would hire him in the first place so unprofessional and hoping we get a refund if we can even get a hold of the restaurant???!!! Never eating here again.

Came here for a takeaway this evening, really cheap meal for what you get. Friendly staff who did the order quickly. Chips nice and hot and plenty of salt and vinegar given.

I go here and it's fair or miss. Again today it's a miss. I've paid (now a higher price) for chips and I can eat...none. All overcooked and hard, and with an oil taste. If I knew in shop I would of refused them. I went to the shop as I have no food here, and now I'm still going to bed hungry. Other times they are nearly raw. But at least I can heat them up..at the cost of energy oven bill cost which isn't great. I'd rather that than be starving though. I could of written many reviews about these incidents in the past but this time not having one edible chip in this order has made me more angry (hangry). It's a very basic requirement not overcook every chip so they aren't rock hard, and the oil taste to then shows they haven't done it right, why aren't they checking before putting it out as suitable? Bad staff training for not realising the batch quality is not edible, makes unhappy customers. The cost of my expensive petrol and this meal is a big waste. Gave this place so many chances too.
