Pizzas are greasy but great for party food

Ordered 13 pizzas on a Friday night for my son and his hungry mates. The order arrived piping hot in 45 mins. I was really impressed.

Absolutely useless. Wrong delivery, missing items, over an hour late and with cold food. They don’t even bother to answer the telephone. Last time I use this shower.

The workers were screaming at me and throwing pizza at my face. The chef was smoking and there was grime on the floor. One worker chased me with a knife. Truly disgusting.

The food was great, just as expected wings and pepperoni dough balls but they forgot the dip, had the order ready when I got there but I had to explain to them what I'd ordered. Decent guys but come on it doesn't take 10 minutes to find 14 wings and then forget the dip. Will come back for the food not the service

Best Pizza for miles with exceptional staff.

Ordered a delivery, took over an hour, lukewarm food. Did call to chase the order and they did apologise and offer a refund but we shall see if that materialises

Absolutely awful!! I brought myself and my son over to this place and the manager was acting very strange, he kept licking his lips at my sons feet and proceeded to ask for his shoe size. By no means is this acceptable, dominos please sort your management out!!

Consistently take much longer than estimated delivery time. £2.50 delivery fee now too, only few mins away.

Asked for tomato base instead of bbq and some how got a mix of tomato and bbq. Wasn’t cooked properly so cheese Wasn’t melted and the bacon was still raw. Only giving 2 starts because the place was spotless

Tried to use the Flyby but sat in the car 20 minutes and then had to go in anyway.

Worst customer service I ever seen. I have ordered pizza a and sides and it did turn out that we had only pizza! Something happned on their website !!! Staright away called to them to amend this order and we have been cut off !!!! Unbelievable

Was a very busy but from from ordering to collection only took about 20mins so very about about that. I do prefer delivery but collection isn't too bad if it's anything like the short time I had to wait.

Probably an off day for them but they messed up our order and forgot the sauce. They promised to refund the pizza at least.

We didnt enjoy the pizza at this place..usually we like dominos pizzas but this one was disappointing..too less salt in pizza and veggies like tomatoes tasted raw..

Chucking it with rain 🌧 on the day: Provided EXCELLENT DRY SERVICE IN THE MOMENT/ didn't stop to eat this evening as got to collect new car lift has arrived cant wait. Usually good but last night was awful! Order took over an hour and 15 minutes. After an hour when I called to find out how much longer it would be I was put on hold and never spoken to again. The food was sloppy, almost not cooked long enough. The food was room temperature, I think it was sat in the delivery drivers car too long. If the food did indeed leave when DOM stated it took 40 minutes. Pizza sat for 40 minutes before delivery is always going to be awful. We threw most of it in the bin! Won’t be ordering again.

Terrible service today, get the order wrong then charge for the replacement! Saying I asked for the pizza that way. There is no way I would as I'm allergic to what they sent! Disgraceful, never had this from any other domino's location

Usually a very good place to obtain pizza in the area, and would usually recommend. Today is different, pizzas arrived lukewarm and I have seen more cheese on a Tesco value pizza. I understand that the lockdown might be affecting business but to save money by reducing cheese is not the way to go.

Much improved delivery service recently, more drivers it seems now I am actually getting my pizza within the timeframe !!

Pizza arrived 40 minutes after dispatch according to the app and 1 hr 10 mins after order. Our order was cold. Tried to call to complain; telephone rang and was hung up without being answered. Not good enough.

They don’t answer to the phone After I go there to order only 1 person was working and he ask me to wait 30 min because has to make 3 pizza’s before 👎👎👎

Great food staff need a bit of urgency and time keeping needs to be sorted

delivery times massively underestimated. Used twice and you need to double the estimated delivery time. Don't answer the phones, and when they do they cut you off.

Order over an hour ago, won't answer the phone to ask how long it'll be, it's been out for delivery for 50 mins!

Estimated time was 30-45 minutes. Took over an hour. App to tell you status of order didntd change from "being quality checked", even once delivered. Food was cold. Gave us the wrong drink. First and last time I'll be ordering a Dominoes!

Best pizza in the area. Prices are a bit steep but they usually have decent deals on to keep the costs down.

Terrible food just not prepared or presented correctly at all this place has no passion the staff are rude when you complain you don’t get no where or it seems there deliberately difficult or play games with you being sarcastic and Obnoxious and if you are lucky enough to get a replacement it’s the same if not worse which makes me think they do it deliberately but anyway who noes plenty more pizza places out there and from now on there where me and my family are going

Pizza was late, only started making it when I came out collect it. Staff seem dead inside.

Ordered almost 3 hours in advance, pizza is currently over half an hour late, no word from the store at all and the tracker even says it's delivered! funny that! I wouldn't bother ordering from here, take your hard earned money elsewhere EDIT - Arrived no less than 5 mins after posting this and the pizza was great so bumping it up to a 3

This Domino's chain is by far the worst I have had to use. Issue after issue with the quality and customer service. Latest visit myself and over ten other customers were ignored for over 20 minutes whilst the staff shouted at eachother constantly in a foreign language, Pizza cold and not all amenities are present with order.

When they say 5 minutes, they mean 55.

Domino's in a whole are great but this one seems slow and the dough wasn't cooked enough the last time I went

Two major complaints. They don't answer the phone after 10pm, and they no longer stock black olives... I mean c'mon! It's a standard topping!

Nice 1.99 deal for a personal pizza. My daughter liked it. Flavour is always consistent with Domino's.

Absolutely shocking service!! We ordered our pizzas at 7pm via internet, 7.20pm it said it was out for delivery. 8pm, still no pizzas. We rang up and some idiot on the other end of the phone said it will be a further 10 minutes, no apology. We waited a further 20 minutes and still no pizza. We rang up again and the same tw@ answered the phone, we cancelled the pizza, we got no apology again and the kids went to bed with empty bellies. Oh, and we only live half a mile away! Joke!!!

When they opened they were good. Last 3 months they have been terrible. 3 failed deliveries. When i finally got through, manager didn't care and only offered a refund after waiting 1hr 20 minutes. Avoid

This company is a complete LET DOWN. They kept on asking for my house address and my name, and tried to scam us for £89. Then the employee then tries to make excuses by saying "oh, I'm only a trainee, I'm sorry." I'm disgraced, utterly disgusted.

I have just called up to order 3 medium pizza's and get 3 free... not impressed by the customer survive as the man on the phone was a trainee on a Saturday night!! To add, he then told me that it is only buy one get one free if I collect!! So I wasn't impressed and it went from £89 to £44!!!

Awful. No1 has any idea what they r doing and serve stone cold pizzas. Waste of time and money. Veggie pizza ordered had veggie sticker on the box, with chicken and ham on.... not acceptable and no apology from the plonkers behind the counter. Only lord knows what Murdassa was doing, hopeless breh
