Domino's Pizza - Bracknell - Birch Hill in Bracknell Forest

Thanks Chris bro :) I came in to order a bunch of pizzas for people working on election day and I appreciated Chris bro being humble to me when I felt speechless. Raza :)

After waiting over 1 hour for the delivery, it was cold and missing the extra toppings I had paid for. Called to complain and told me it would be another hour to get a replacement out.

A new branch that replaces the failed Burgerholic site in Birch Hill. I popped in to order a pizza to collect. There seemed to be several staff in there working in the kitchen and a couple of riders waiting to take deliveries out. The pizza was good but I noticed that front of house service was lacking. A gentleman came in after me and was waiting there for a couple of minutes before anyone acknowledged him, yet it's not like you can't be seen - you are in direct sight of all kitchen members. On the left is a TV monitor that shows the status of your order. Mine counted down, then said ready. I waited over 5 minutes from it being "ready" to actually getting my pizza. Staff need to pay more attention to walk-in customers in future.
