Domino's Pizza in Surrey Heath

Ordered a pizza. It was delicious. Went for Pepperoni, Jalapeños, Minced Beef and Green Peppers. Cheese and tomato was generously spread.

I think the last time I was that unwell was NYE about 15 years ago.. the chicken wings did me over. Threw up an expensive dinner. Lovely jubbly.

Colleague Arun was friendly and he helped me to choose the right pizza.

Just Asked for two personal pizzas one with chicken and peppers other with pepperoni and peppers and one medium With chicken and peppers, I get home and all the pizzas are pepperoni and chicken... how does that happen dominos, I even told the guy as he was making it I don't want pepperoni I want chicken 🙄

Mugged off and told no dip available owing to a recall, so couldn't order any. Pizza arrived with 1 tiny dip, so clearly could have ordered some. Driver clueless. Waste of another £20, the only topping I had was one of disappointment.

I’ve only ever collected from here. It is quite reasonably priced especially if you download the app and get all the discounts. Always generous with the toppings! The staff aren’t the friendliest but it’s a minor issue.

Popped in for lunch whilst working in area, personal pizza 2 toppings. £3.99 Banging would of gotten more stars 🌟 but there was no garlic sauce in box. But great pizza 🍕

Mostly takeaway, very good flavor, good reasonable price for what you get. The good thing would be if they had pizza with a cheese crust, the pizzerias here don't have it, in America it is common and I think it would be great to also have the option of 12 pieces, not just 10 pieces, since we have large families and we want a 12-piece, here there is no general. The place is accessible, busy, orderly and clean, it is only for take-out, it is not for eating there and you must pay by card only.

Just picked up two personal pizza’s for my son and his friend - Domino’s you are taking the p*ss I have never seen such a small pathetic pizza for £6 each What a joke This is one local resident of Frimley Green that won’t be returning.

Constantly missing stuff off orders

Collected pizza for our daughters birthday for dinner! Well they were cold and zero flavour soggy chicken strips soggy wedges! Really poor, ended up throwing it in the bin! Waste of £42!

Ordered a pizza for collection last night turned up after 15 min to be told my pizza got stuck in oven so needed to be made again. So they did and had to wait another 15 min so left with pizza only to get home and find the stuff crust I ordered was not a stiff crust considering I payed an extra 3 pounds for it is a joke

Always order for delivery food Is good and delivery is fast. Friendly service and good food. Recommended.

Worse than rubbish!! Collection orders are meant to be buy one get one free but instead they charge inflated prices. They don't take cash. Complicated terms and conditions. Went to the friendly chip shop next door instead.

Very friendly, food is up to the Domino's standard and the place is kept nice and tidy at all times.

Food arrived really quickly and lovely and hot. Absolutely delicious

Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were delivered and driver was surprised one was missing. Third was delivered, clearly produced in a rush. Little topping and large expanse of crust. The other pizzas were not up to there usual standard! Quality should be consistent and all your order delivered as a single delivery!

Park ok for a short visit. Very basic play area. Paths well trodden. Cafe not worth a visit - only serving tea/coffee, no ice cream in freezers. 18-hole crazy golf area - only bit of fun. Will not be visiting again.

Food seems spot on. Unfortunately delivery driver was unpleasantly rude and blunt. We understand we are "just another customer" but paid good money for our weekly dominos. Will try papa John's from now on.

The owner is of a highly ethical values and generous spirit, he sent free pizzas to all the staff at Frimley Hospital. My wife was overwhelmed by this kind gesture during a time when no one had shown much support. Thank you very much for your kindness and generosity. Mustafa

Pizzas arrived - our small create your own had onions on it instead of sweetcorn... wouldn't be a major thing except I'm expecting and onions currently make me sick. Our last order, our vegetarian pizza had a piece of chicken on it!! There is no quality control here... super annoyed... having to pick onions out of my meal now.

Pizza was good..I was bit surprised to see a guy inside the pizza making area who seriously lacked personal hygiene..his finger nails were literally overgrown, hair was greedy and long..did not look as if he ever shaved, there were other employees in kitchen who were chatting to him but no one actually said to leave the area. And the worse bit was this guy was actually folding the pizza delivery boxes....I am not sure if he is also involved in handling food in event of staff shortage, if it is so I think people should report to environmental health to the local council..

asked for pereponi on my piza, only got round peaces of ham. complaned but got larfed at. went parpar jons insted.

Staff don't seem to care. When I arrived the place stunk of cigarette smoke and all the staff were out the back with the door open. When the pizza was finally ready it sat on the hot shelf for ages as the 2 staff that had returned had a "not my job" attitude and I had to wait until a 3rd person arrived to hand over the pizza

Most of the time okay, but this time ordered a chocolate pizza and the chocolate was all over the box (inside and out), asked for a replacement and second one was not as bad (only inside) but not much of an improvement. Complained again and they wanted to send another but just asked for money back.

Thick mushy base with too much barbeque type sauce which was really sweet, not great.

Domino's pizza seem to have gotten better over the years in my opinion. Some of the deals are good.

Horrible customer service , i just wanted to change my order to another branch they wouldnt let me. I asked to speak to the manager and different person came on each time like wow everyone claimed to be managers ! Rude and disrespectful people. They really need lessons on how to speak to people. Will not be ordering from you guys ever again ! Head office will know about this. The Russian or polish lady i spoke to sounds like she loves her job ...

Bad customer service. Had an issue with the website but my money had already been taken. I called the shop and asked if they had received my order. They hadn't! I recieved a number to call to resolve the issue at hand. I still wanted to order and pay over the phone. The man on the other side explained that they couldn't do that but could send a link to pay. I was trying to explain the I didn't want to do that as I've already been let down by the website but I kept on being interrupted and spoken over. I literally had to tell the guy on the phone "Be quiet! I'm the customer." I really hate having to do that but there's absolutely no excuse for rudeness and made to feel like you're custom isn't valued. For this I wouldn't recommend dominos at frimley green.

Good pizza because it is Dominos, but there is no place to park, so collection could be tricky sometimes.

Bar far the best pizza we have ever had...excellent service and quick delivery...highly recommend

Good pizza, fast (15-20mins) delivery (except Saturdays!) Manager very helpful with deals for large orders. Online ordering very efficient. Use this place all the time!
