Best domino's I've been to, A proper sit down restaurant with friendly staff and tasty food.

Really terrible. No toppings on the pizza and little flavour. Order somewhere else.

Can't recommend to anyone domino pizza, 9.99 with two topings, that's ok, price not that bad, but taste was bad and sour. Go go pizza much better taste and more topings

MORONS..brain dead and lacking personality

At first we had to wait around 15 minutes just to place our order whereas the person on the till was not busy at all and there was no one besides me and my friend in the whole place. Later on after taking our order the guy rudely said it would take 40 minutes for the order of 2 person pizza and 2 garlic breads. Is it real to wait for 40 minutes for a fast food. Unbelievable.

Could do with a bit more focus on people sitting and waiting for orders. Had to chase, only to be told that my order had been sitting there for ages.

I had a £30 order that was promised to be refunded to me due to an incompetent employee making an error regarding my delivery details and I’ve yet to receive it 3 months later

I ordered from here tonight and this is how my pizza turnt up. would like it if i got my money refunded as this is not worth my money!

The best pizza ever !!! My daughter fave is the BBQ Ranch she can have this pizza everyday if given the chance..

Friendly staff, food was pretty good. Got a take away from here waited for about 10 minutes and the food was ready pretty quick service.

Purchased small two topping pizza , pepperonian ,ham. 3/4 of ham carelessly dumped on one slice leaving other slices with no ham . Arrive home had to pick ham to spread out over pizza. Lazy or don't care or both.

The cashier's behavior was not good and he was not smooth in dealing. I ordered and made a mistake. He made the order and made a mistake, and yet he refused to change it

The workers' behavior was very bad, the service was unacceptable, the food was beautiful, and the food was not classified and was repeated many times

Ordered from here for my kids. Didn’t turn up. Called the store and they resent it. Still didn’t turn up. They went to the wrong place ?? Asked for refund. Still waiting for two weeks and no refund. When I call I get passed on from person to person with no help. I’ve paid for something that I haven’t had and it’s starting to annoy me now.

Delivery stated between 35-45 minutes But it arrived in 20. That was a bit inconvenient as I was balls deep in the wife at the time

Decent Place, lovely staff, good vibes and you can eat in there, it’s almost like a community centre, it’s great

I tried to access the website of the amazing Domino's pizza, however the website denied me entry. It remained a simple "access denied", which is intolerable, I do not accept any more disrespect like that.

Very disappointed with service We ordered a personal pizza and a garlic stick to dine in but we observed that the pizza dough was not looking fine so we checked the date written on the dough trays which was mentioned as ( 13/05 -17/05). As it was expired we informed the same to the store manager, rather than solving the issue or changing the dough he started arguing that it was best before date and they can still use it . But the condition of the dough seems that itz already expired as itz has turned little dark. Forget about refunding or changing the dough he started arguing. Very poor costumer service and i have will think twice before ordering as while i saw dough was expired and they didn’t change it I can’t even imagine about the same being delivered .And itz not at all about the money neither i asked for any refund itz about the health and safety and the way you provide service.

I sent the pizza back with the driver untouched , called the store and they refused to make another veg pizza because they deliveried the pizza I ordered . Manager was rude and unhelpful . Absolutely disgusted by the store managers behaviour . I mentioned how many times we have ordered from Dominoes and on many occasions they have made mistakes with the order . One occasion I made a mistake , I was greeted with this disgusting behaviour

A nice place with friendly staff members. It is also easy to put through online orders with many great online and offline offers. The store is very clean and an easy access to the toilet for the customers. Shall visit again!

Great people work here so fun talking with them in the 2 minutes I waited and entertained on the phone.

Lovely staff that work here, and the food was made and delivered in a very timely manner. Perfect for the late night cravings of a student

James was so helpful and the pizza was amazing and he told us about all the deals very lovely man Jenny was also amazing and made sure the shop was very clean and she had a Lovely smile Aaron was very speedy with the pizza 10/10 making skills

Good quality food, mainly pizzas, at decent prices...especially if you order pizza on "2 for 1" Tuesdays or use one of their "specials" on any other day of the week.

First time ordering a dominos and it was incredible. I ordered online and it was so easy. The delivery was quick and very efficient and the driver called me to let me know he was outside my accommodation, would highly recommend.

I'm lactose intolerant and I actually managed to order a meat pizza with vegan cheese and it wasn't like pulling teeth.

Fast irddr processing time and good location.

First visit here. Premises were very clean and bright, not at all like the ones in Wembley! Staff were friendly too. Only issue was that my pizza was left sitting on the shelf whilst we were waiting in the shop, it took 40 mins from the time of ordering. They seemed to be more focused on deliveries. I had to ask whether it was ready. I did get an apology though and the pizza was lush.

Good customer service friendly staff, their pizza slices can sometimes be off, but mostly they get it right. Unfortunately, due to the new annoying yodelling adverts they do now I probably ain't gonna be buying from them any time soon again.

I've ordered from here a few times, the food is usually very good and the delivery drivers always really nice. Unfortunately tonight, they've delivered some burnt cookies. They are totally inedible. Should never of left the store, especially since according to the app they do a 'quality check' before items leave.

Very good, but the mushrooms were a bit sloppy ish

Ordered my food twice both times they charged me and didn't actually take my order even when I had called to ask if they had received it, they couldn't help. website just messes up every time and they act as if it's not their responsibility to fix this issue.

Paid for pizza via the app, had a text to say it was ready to collect. When I went to collect it was told by staff it wasn't ready then told no order had been placed even though I showed staff the collection and confirmation text and bank app to show money had been taken. Staff said they could not do anything and may not be able to get money back. Not going back.

This place is great, in a convenient location for uni students and the collection deals are great! The staff there are friendly and the service was adequate, the prices is of a normal Domino's but there are quite a few deals on at the moment (especially for students). The shop is quite big and can fit a decent amount of people in. They do close the shop at 11pm which is a bit misleading

Ordered collection via app, 20mins wait. Turned up 25mins later, told its not ready and app says collect. Took them 15mins to realise they didn't have my order. Walked out an hour after ordering my pizza compared to the 20min wait. Order from fratton...
