Domino's Pizza in Carlisle

Ordered a medium for collection and when I got there was a personal. No offer to rectify or offer the small 1 free. Won’t go again

Pizza with vegetables has the original flavor of pizza, but the amount of toppings makes the dough soft and the added toppings fall off, and this is what is wrong with Demony’s Pizza in Britain in general.

Pizza ok dips were bust called told me they were very busy so could I take a voucher to get a dip for next time but would have to phone the next order in if I wanted a free dip. Customer service is awful considering we spent over £50. Is it company policy to deny customers what they have paid for

Awful Domino's. This outlet is the worst Domino's I've visited and this opinion isn't based on a single experience (more fool me). The pizza's have virtually no toppings, sauce, cheese everything is so frugally dished out that the pizza's are dry and inedible as a result. Our last Pizza's Sunday last week were so bad they ended up in the bin.

Pizza was ok but not good value for money - biggest issue was that they would not take cash. Why? Embarrassing when that’s what you have to pay with and it is refused. Won’t be back

Fantastic customer service We had over 20 pizzas and several sides for New Years Eve all made perfectly, ready to collect on time Lovely and friendly team. Nothing was forgotten Amazing experience all around What more can you ask for

really prompt service and fab pizzas and it was a big order too.

Ordered for collection brought it forward 2hrs no problem at all on way out opened door put my order in car as they noticed I can't walk very well Perfect manners food luvley credit to this outlet

I accidentally ordered for london road today even though I put in the correct postcode, team at Kingstown road were nice called up the other store and sorted it, pizza was made fresh, many thanks

Rocked up in person as couldn't understand the online site. Chap in charge was very helpful and I bought some lovely medium spicy chicken pizza and cake pot of hot sauce for £9.99 which was very tasty.

Does what Domino's does. Very helpful staff. Server 1087? was particularly good.

We ordered a medium pizza but got the size of about a small. When you picked up a slide the front comes off. ther is no cheese or sause under the pepperoni and it is 100% the same as a pizza you can get from asada but like 2xmoee expensive.

Order food was ready to collect as soon as we arrived. Food was excellent service was good.

Very nice pizzas for a multinational company. Costs a bit but worth it if you want a fast food experience. Cannot compare to properly made Italian restaurant quality.

Food ordered. App stated delivered but no food has arrived. Telephoned the shop. Staff rude, lied and hung up. Re called the shop. Admitted food had been taken to Gretna 15 miles round trip in error. Passed to another member of staff who lied again stating food re cooked. Food arrived 35 mins after app stated it was on its way. Driver admitted the food was the food that had been to Gretna. Food rejected and sent away. Driver agreed a refund would be given. Driver sent away with the advice that a sat nav may be useful! Then to top it all off the driver wheel spun his car and drove at excessive speed through a residential area. What an utter disgrace !!!!! 0 would be more appropriate than 1 in this instance Dominos.

Ordered some food delivered to a different house and tried to tell the worker and the way he talked to me was disrespectful do not recommend

Ordered chicken combo but received no wedges, pizza was just OK not as tasty as other dominos in the area for some reason. Fast delivery though

They got the order wrong, they re did the order and instead of garlic bread the just gave me a pizza base wit pizza sauce.

Not very nice. Asked for thin base and it came one of those things. Really, really thin!! Didn't taste like pizza.

Opening times advertised are wrong, wasted journey

Placed an order online and was with me in 15 minutes, and tasted great.

Hardly any cheese on the pizzas. Disappointing

Disappointing very little cheese on my pizza and garlic bread "with cheese" no hot sauce on my wings and all the food was almost cold 👎👎
