Domino's Pizza in Guildford

On 17/02/25 at 21:40, as I chose the wrong deal,I had to cancel the order and the staff (a non- British man with beard )took my bank details and promised me that, I will get a refund within couple of working days. But still I haven't received the refund. When I try to contact the shop, they disconnected the call and never attended the call again.

Great food fast delivery would use again

I cannot speak about Domino's as a company, as the Merrow shop is the only one I have ordered from, but really poor food and service.

Pizza had been transported on its side and was delivered at 6:30pm as in the picture. Called to complain and was told a replacement was coming. Still waiting at 9:15.

I love dominos pizzas, however I have on numerous occasions had issues with my order, often with the wrong toppings being on my pizza or once being delivered a completely different drink because they didn’t have the stock of what I had ordered. Just today I ordered 2 pizzas, one was a veggie pizza but both pizzas were meat and now myself and my partner have had to eat separately. You aren’t able to tell the delivery driver at point of delivery, you have to contact the store who can be difficult to get through to at peak times. Don’t get me wrong, they have always compensated me - either replacing the pizza or giving me a voucher (which cannot be used on the app so you have to phone to order, again can be difficult to get through). I don’t normally write reviews but having issues with the order more often than not is not acceptable in my opinion. I wish I could order from the other store in Guildford but they don’t deliver to me.

Ordered a pizza which arrived burnt. I called up and they said they were busy so would give me money off the next pizza. When I next called to use this they said they had no record of it

What a fabulous service and fantastic quality of pizza. We ordered 12 pizzas for a tennis club juniors evening and they delivered hot pizzas on time-thanks to the team. We will definitely use you again as all the pizzas vanished very quickly.

Pizza was burned. Staff too busy talking to each other to serve me so left me waiting while my pizza sat there getting cold. Ignored by 4 staff.

Excellent friendly service. Ordered a pizza to be delivered at a certain time. Unfortunately the wrong pizza arrived. I called the branch and they didn't quibble. Straight away they sent out the correct pizza which arrived hot and fresh. Good service recovery!

Ordered my food and Cinni dippers never came with the icing, impossible to eat without the icing and it’s dry so rung up and was told 2 dips were sent out for the inconvenience. Closing time was 10 mins away and dip never turned up obviously said it was coming knowing I couldn’t ring back as they were closed. Had to chuck it away as it got cold and hard

Amazing place, best store in Guildford, great manager, amazing customer service skills and beautiful food!! Must try!!

Two hour wait for on line order. Pizza dry and shrivelled up with top stuck to lid of box.

Pizza was half hour later than informed. Informed by text that food on way, after 30 minutes I called the store and was greeted by a very rude male who simply said food is on the way and then hung up on me. Very poor service.

Just ordered 2 pizzas, the 1st ones that showed up well completely wrong and looked like they had been sliced like a child. I rang up to complain and they were very polite, apologetic and helpful. They sent out 2 replacements...these replacements were cut perfectly and the toppings were correct, however, the bottom of the italian based pizza was sooo greasy that the pizza was soggy and inedible. Had to bin it. Very disappointed!

I got a delivery tonight and the driver with the glasses is lovely so nice and polite feel like the drivers don’t get enough credit but overall pizza was amazing

Bought two pizzas deals for a picnic with the grandchildren, yesterday (24th April 2021) The premises were spotlessly, service was excellent and the pizzas were delicious. To be honest a pizza is a pizza but the service was top class and guided me through the options

I’ve ordered a few times from Domino’s in Merrow, and it has always been good but tonight’s pizza was out of this world, which prompted me to write this! We ordered two large Meateors and I’ve never received one so perfect - all the ingredients were just enough and was presented wonderfully. All the staff I have encountered are wonderful and the delivery driver even a apologised for not being able to find us (even though no one can!) Amazing, 11/10!!

Usually okay service but today received wrong pizza! ( Not sure how you can confuse Hot & Spicy and Cheese & Tomato!! They don't sound the same). Call taker in denial of course, although would send replacement pizza but I decided no thanks! Don't want any unwanted surprises on the toppings. Waste of money and very disappointing!

I'd been put off Domino's from another nearby location for a long time after a couple of bad experiences, so was very pleased to discover this one closer to me. Used them quite a few times now, very happy indeed.

Terrible service, beware of ordering from here as their drivers aren’t delivering pizza. Ordered from the Epsom Road shop, via the app at 3pm for a 5pm delivery. Didn’t turn up although app showed the driver leaving the shop at 5pm and driving in the vicinity, but sitting stationary in a local car park for half an hour before driving off again!? Asked for a refund from the manager of Dominos Epsom Road as nothing arrived. She said they couldn’t do that as the pizza had left the restaurant. They acknowledged and could see via the app the route the driver had taken and how they had gone to random places and sat stationary for half an hour at one spot and 15 minutes at another. Finally said they would refund the £30 but would take 14 days to do so and there was nothing else they could do. Asked if they could send out a new delivery and they said it was busy and would take an hour. Not easy to explain that to young children excited about pizza treat on a Friday evening! Something very dodgy going on with this franchise of Domino’s and their drivers. Be very wary of ordering from them.

We've been going here since it opened and we've never had a bad experience. The staff are always so friendly and nice and the pizzas never fail to please. This is the best Domino's!

Based in Merrow and no delivery to merrow?

It is what it is, overpriced pizza! BUT the service is excellent, delivery quick and super reliable. Always a kids fave.

Staff are helpful and quick producing some superb delights for your take away or eat in.
