Domino's Pizza in Maidstone

Domino's is the best pizza chain, a regular customer. The Barming store has The Sizzler pizza which is our favorite. Also have tried all their sides, recently had the Korean BBQ wings and Double chocolate and caramel cookies which were good. Their garlic dip is too good.

Delivery pizza, easy ordering & payment. Pizza tracker showed the delivery driver going completely wrong, going along a lot of unnecessary roads.

Had nice meat feast pizza delivered tonight. Arrived nice and hot. Chicken wings and sauce also tasty.

Called up to ask for a small change to my pizza which was just ignored. Annoying as I don’t like my pizza now. Seems the team can’t follow a simple instruction..

Ordered two large pizzas. Received one large pizza and sides.... Horrible customer service. They did not even try to sort out the problem..... Never gonna use them again... Thank you for ruining my Saturday family evening.

Very bed experience with barming brunch, ordered pizza and waited for almost 2 hours... always late.... not recommend

Very bad experience talking to the manager over the phone. Been a client of this branch for nearly 2yrs and not sure whether this one incident should stop me from being a client anymore. The incident is this, as always i ordered for the usual 2 large veggie pizzas with dominos herbs on both of them and a large extra dip. Half-way through we felt the dominos herbs werent there, only to be later realized it wasnt added enough. But before that incalled the branch to check whether it was added. The manager was connected and she was simply rude in her tone stating..."i know i added them. If you want we can make fresh pizzas even if it was half finished, but if we found later that it was added, we will register in our system that you LIED"....... Then when i stressed it might not be the case, again the response was "probably thr herb wadnt enough, so i need to order twice the herbs" What sort of a stupid response is this? Btw in 2yrs of nearly buying pizzas here for nearly 40-40 times and being the first call as a feedback that they forgot something, i expected a courtesy of taking it as a feedback. Im not a begger expecting some fu&*%g free pizzas here.... In short the so-called Manager needs more training on how to respond courteously. Expect the franchise owner to hear the recorded call (if it was) as they usually do for "quality and training purposes", as to how i asked her queries/sought clarification and how she responded. Btw the 3 star is as i mentioned earlier is for past good experience.

Ordered online said payment unsuccessful but the money has come out of my account, call and they say the money will come back in the next couple of days. No order but money taken surely thats stealing will never go to Dominoes again.

Some Dominos are hit and miss, being sparse on the toppings, dry or nearly cold on delivery. Not so the Barming place. The pizzas are almost always hot, with plenty of toppings. I often customise my pizzas and they always turn up with exactly what I wanted and they often do deals and promotions that make take away pizza more affordable. Delivery is prompt and I've only ever had one issue with a delivery (damaged) big dip) the delivery guy offered to go back and get a replacement but it seemed trivial. But he did offer. Overall, one of the best Dominos places I've tried and I've tried a few!

Amazing service. We obviously usually walk over as we live so close. But due to COVID19 we had to get it delivered. The driver put an empty box underneath to keep it warm left it on our doorstep went back to his car and called us to let us know he had delivered. We felt awful as we would have given a tip but are unable to. So my husband called the shop to thank you. What strange times we live in. Definitely recommend Dominos.

Have used Dominos regularly for some time, but sadly it is now time to look elsewhere. Orders have become increasingly unreliable, with 'extras' missing. Last week was the final straw. With an order costing over £50 for 3 pizzas, we expected a quality service. Only 2 pizzas were delivered and when we phoned up, there was not a word of apology, never mind any goodwill gesture. By the time the 3rd pizza arrived, 45 minutes later, the other 2 pizzas had been eaten - so much for eating together. What was delivered looked as though the ingredients had just been launched at them, to the point where we couldn't make out where the middle was of the 'half and half' pizzas. Time to move to our other local pizza supplier which has very good reviews. Shame, Dominos. If you cared about your customers you would retain their business.

Best pizza place in Maidstone. Never had any issue and the deals are great.

Deceptive NHS discount policy. They now only do 30% discount and don't take NHS cards. They take a blue light card instead which is confusing and only point out the policy change once you have ordered. Sneaky and deceptive. Also got the order wrong, but keeping the ground beef on when requested to remove it and didn't add the jalapeños I asked for. Not hindu friendly.

Buy one pizza get a free hair. Last 2 pizzas I've ordered has contained hair, not my own of course! To happy 2 times in a row is not acceptable and has put me off buying dominos

My experience there was great and they gave me my pizzas quite fast. Inside, it looked very clean and modern.

I ordered 3presonal pizzas and asked for a Galic juice. She received me a pound of money, and then my husband told me why the previous one did not collect the money? At this time, I asked the waiter that we did not collect the money. She answered me: I don't need to tell your why im off for her ! Than i asked to see the manager ,she told me she is . How bad sevice is ?

Nice food, but expensive and had to wait a while for food

Ordered pizza, was a fast delivery but the girl on the phone put me on hold straight away as soon as she picked up without telling me how long the wait was so that wasted my time. Had to put the phone down and ring again. The pizza delivered was sloppy and done without effort. Half the toppings were on one side, the other side was empty like I ordered half and half. I have a photo which I will try to upload.

I have had a bad experience with Dominos as when I call in to the store they just laugh at your request and I find that quite annoying as they should not do that to their customers.... they also laugh at you and ask if you are joking ... also they hang up the phone on you when you are explaining why you want it on your pizza

Ordered pizza online at 6.30pm & paid. Expected to wait about an hour. An hour & a half later I rang & was told to wait another 15 minutes. Rang after this time & our order couldn't be tracked! Then told to wait for another it was 8.30 & they sounded very busy. I asked for a refund which will be in 3-4 working days.

Only gave us half our order, called them up and then they were extremely rude, didn't apologise, questioned us and then decided to send out the remaining order FOR AN HOUR WAIT!

As all domino's are the menu is confusing and expensive.

Love Dominos anyway and this is a very good takeaway for the brand. Food always piping hot and good quality. I always order by phone then collect as ready within 15 mins even in busy times. Highly recommend this branch of a popular pizza chain.

Generally a good delivery service though it can take a while when busy. Food is great as you would expect.
