Taco Bell in Maidstone

Everything was good but do wish thay had a Fizzy drink fountain Station up stairs its the only disappointing thing as it is annoying to keep going downstairs to refull your drink

Food was okay, bit bland, but the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired! Staff are all wearing gloves, but not changing them between tasks. Saw one guy outside on his phone, then go in and use the till, then make some food. All with the same pair of gloves on. This shows a massive lack of understanding how gloves work. They would be better off not using gloves and washing their hands properly between tasks but if they can't change gloves between tasks, good luck getting the staff to wash their hands. I won't be coming back here. If you don't mind someone touching an external door, then money, then your food all without changing their gloves or washing their hands, this is the restaurant for you!

I had burittos,chicken strips and fries. And i really liked it. I would recommend volcano chiken buritto. Its a nice place and easy to reach and have a very good customer service and fast delivery of food.

First time visiting taco bell and it seems that takeaway orders are a priority over walk in customers. Food was good.

Ordered online for me and a friend, missing 4 tacos, a burrito and cheesy fries. They put random nachos and one pot of caramel sauce in instead.

Ordered some quesadilla meal thing for my daughter and had the taco to myself. Hardly any meat virtually, no salad, and just a showing of cheese. Took it back and was asked if I wanted that one remaking, my reply "I want what's in the picture" The young lady passed.me to another young lady in charge who promptly got me another made which actually resembled something like the picture shown and was very nice about it as well (a lot nicer than the 1st young lady) Has gone downhill since it opened along with the Chatham maritime branch as well which is a lot worse.

Very friendly staff. We're American and really miss Taco Bell. Although the individual portions are smaller here, the quality of food is very good.

Absolutely abysmal experience I ordered a delivery through just eat and the store changed it to a collection only and I now can't get my money back because of this so I am now £27 down

We were looking forward to coming today but the upstairs was closed and there are about 4 tables downstairs so no point in going. I don't get the point of a having a central town centre location but nowhere to sit. Disappointed.

I wish I didn't like Taco Bell so much! Lovely food, pricey, and the service was rubbish, left waiting for ages whilst they fulfilled Uber Eats orders. One of the kiosk machines wasn't working and the other kept freezing. The drinks machines had various taps with no syrup in them, and the place needed cleaning. Very disappointing, much worse than last time we visited.

I went today and asked for packets of Mild Sauce with my meal, they gave me packets that expired in mid September, mind you we are just entering November now. They claimed because it's 'Best Before' that it's still okay to use! This is disgusting and I have reported it as a health violation. Be cautious using sauces from there.

April 2022: over a year ago, I went to claim my free taco with the app. I loved the food and drink. The staff were so welcoming. To this day in October 2023, I go there, I highly approve of this branch.

Really tasty food at a decent price. Took a little while to arrive and there's a lack of atmosphere. Used to be a Bills restaurant on this site.

Not a fan but the naked chicken taco is different. Better fries than most fast food places but equally soulless. It will always be a last resort but the people were friendly and the food functional.

Great place to stop. We were visiting from the US and were on our 8th day of vacation. It was great to find Taco Bell and the food was just like home.

Callum was horrible he accused us of vaping when we were spraying deodorant and he came upstairs and accused us of moving tables and chairs around but we only moved the chairs which shows that he was stereotyping us due to our age and prior to these accusations he wouldn’t let two of our friends sit down as they didn’t get any food from taco bell but allowed another girl our age to come upstairs without buying food from the shop

Quiet restaurant. No napkins and unfurnished odd bits upstairs. Could have been more meat in the 🌮s we ordered but the fries were nice and bottomless drink is great.

Ordered a taco , burrito , chips and churros the taco leaked greese everywhere and just tasted absolutely disgusting looked like cat food churro was burned and the chips we’re literally powdery felt like it was covered in baby powder and the burrito was worst tasted bland horrible could mainly taste greese and cheese won’t be ordering again

Grubby restaurant with broken toilet seats. Food so, so - served by staff who looked like they didnt want to be there. Regretted visiting.

Me and my partner order food from there tonight. Our chips were stale and hard. My wrap they didn't put any sauce in it at all and my taco they didn't put the sauce in. I literally won't be getting food from them again whilst I'm down this way. Plus my nachos and cinnamon twist was thrown in the bag and ended up all mixed in together at the bottom of our taco Bell bag. Normally when I go taco Bell they are not that arrogant when they put our food in the bag! I'm sorry but we won't be going there again.

Had an item missing from my order. When advising the staff member they knew which item was missing from my takeaway bag. Did they know it was missing?

Order was totally wrong. Girlfriend is vegetarian so ordered one hard and one soft bean taco but got 2 beef, they forgot her chips and my drink so before we left I asked for my cup (hadn’t got to the food yet) and their pepsi is 99% water it tasted like gone off tap water, tipped it out. If I could give 0 stars it would still be a compliment.

First time visiting this USA based Mexican food chain. I was totally surprised coming across in Maidstone highstreet. The branch is very modern and spacious. You feel the neo American vibes. The food is amazing especially if you got bored KFC abd Mcdonalds. I have tried the volcano meal which consists of one tachos and one burritos and some churros as desserts. I would highly recommend this fastfood option if you are bored of other popular options like me

I have wanted to go to Taco bell for many years and finally got the chance. The menu was fairly simple to understand and they had a good variety. I ordered beef tacos with chips and some sort of sweet item which was covered in cinnamon, no idea what it was but they tasted great. Good thing about the place is that they have a good amount of seating available upstairs and drinks are refillable. The staff was friendly and the food was ready quick. I enjoyed it.

The place was so dirty it was unreal. Staff were rude and beyond unorganised. Food order was wrong, no idea what they were serving and who had ordered what. When asked for the drink we had ordered got nothing but sass. It wasn't even a peak or busy time it might be maidstone but this was a joke. It really seemed like they just didn't care. I'd advise to avoid like the plague.

Had food delivered. Was cold and dry to eat. Worst thing was they never sent the drinks or fries we ordered and was told by a rude member of staff to complain to just eat as it was their fault. Just eat do not prepare my order the restaurant staff do surely. Waste of time complaining to just eat as we will never get our drinks or fries we paid for. Poor quality. The food is getting worse over time but ti's still a great easy quick service real fast food for once. Still miss the dulce de leche caramel sauce just doesn't hit the same :(

It was the first time I’d eaten at any Taco Bell, the food arrived after a long wait! I had the double cheesy bean burrito which I really enjoyed, my husband had a beef burrito with ‘extra beef’ this was very small and lacking much beef at all, the chips were tasty. On the whole the food was good but nothing to write home about, the actual premise was like a youth club, only I think they all worked there, even the ones not in uniform were hanging out behind the counter, at one point snogging a boyfriend and running in and out of the place. There was rubbish everywhere and service was slow. I’d probably eat at Taco Bell again just not the Maidstone branch, badly organised with no one in control.

The packing was pretty bad. Again, the caramel syrup which we received was opened and nothing was inside

Food was too salty and just not great. Ordered medium meal and the portions were equivalent to a small meal elsewhere. No napkins. Doubt we'll be going back.

My first time in a Taco Bell and it was not what I expected. The food is reasonably priced and the service was good. I would probably not eat there again though but, that's probably an age thing.

Really enjoy eating here, definitely one of my favourite fast food chains. Feels like great value for money, and the food is always very tasty. I think they could do with hiring a few more staff as the kitchen appears to struggle sometimes. Would recommend a visit

Takeaway order. My mrs decided order. Not my idea because the brand has such bad rep. They lived up to it. Cold chips, filthy tasting burrito & just very poor quality product. Couldn't find meat in one of the products. I didn't eat majority of it because it was shocking.My mrs was left upset and hungry because it was so rubbish. We didn't leave complaint and no response, as expect out money back. If we were eating in, we would asked refund.

My daughter loves this place. Fast, efficient, not the most authentic Mexican food, but for fast food is a great alternative to 'the norm'.

Order online, my order was missing some food, only came with 5 chips, the food was loop warm at best, called up to ask if they could just deliver my missing items and was spoken to with attitude. This has gone down hill

Got to Maidstone after driving for an hour as it is my closest Taco Bell. l arrived outside Taco Bell at 21:40, as it is advertised that they close at 22:00. Upon arrival, I was shocked to see that the doors were closed and locked shut. I questioned whether this could be due to being understaffed, but low and behold at least six staff members emerged from the kitchen just to stare blankly at me whilst I tried to get into Taco Bell and out of the torrential rain. Shocked at whatever ‘manager’ would allow this, and will absolutely not be returning here.

drove my best friend from ashford to maidstone taco bell before she moves away as it is her favourite food. we showed up at 9:30 (only chance we had to go was when i had finished work), half an hour before they were meant to close, and the doors were locked. staff inside were incredibly rude to us, never returning back here.

Lovely manager, Chris. Sorted out any problems we had and was funny. Along with shannon i believe her name was, absolutely amazing. 100% recommend

Short staffed or unready for the lunch rush... Not fast food but good food

The service we have received today is less than agreeable. Not only were we disappointed by the food, and when attempted to receive a full refund due to this disgusting occurrence, we only received a small cost that arguably does cover the cost of the food (through deliveroo) but is not even close to covering our disbelief of the hygiene levels. During these financially tough times, money is extremely valuable and when treating ourselves to lunch, we expect our money to be valued accordingly, not pushed aside and hygiene ignored.

Food was delicious although portion sizes were a little small. Good price for a quick family lunch.

Can’t order sauces on deliveroo and TB never give you sauces with your order. This makes the food 3 stars because I think TB hot sauces are what makes the food good.

I took my daughter's there for our first time, the food tasted nice but was nothing like the advertised article, very little filling to say the least. But over and above that, the premises was really nice, but lacked any form of management.. there were kids upstairs sitting on tables, throwing chairs around and litter everywhere making our dining experience unpleasant. Will I eat here again, I don't think so.

I had never had Taco Bell before so was rather excited to try it . I was very disappointed in the food we got. We got tacos and they were tasteless, cold and I'm not even sure they put any filling in on mine , it looked like it had been scraped out. On plus side it was a fast delivery and on the Minus it means it was very much the shops fault it was cold.

Was a bit skeptical of trying it over in England as the American one I tried was really good. Here, I was impressed with the quality of good on offer. It was a bit annoying as there is a self service but it was blocked off, as there was too many people in a small area. However, the design inside the place was really good. Different to just plain white wall paper

Where as, the price for the burritos price is as little as £1.99. The cheapest combo meal is as little as £4.99. Also, and lastly the bundles meal price is as little as £3.50 It is one of the best fast food chains to open in Maidstone, Kent, it is going to be more popular than McDonald's, KFC and Burger King combined. Due to the popularity since it opened.

I’d been looking forward to having a Taco Bell as you hear so much of it from America. When I visited it was clean and the staff friendly and attentive. The problem was the food. Tiny portions with bland flavours - it was like something a child would make for you with a receipt from the internet.

The food is not tasty at all, such a huge disappointment. Tacos and burritos are absolutely tasteless (we tried chicken and beef). Cinnamon twists are such a weird thing, just little pieces of foam covered in sugar. Never again.
