missing burrito from burrito meal and wrong order on other meal. two hour wait for wrong and missing meal. absolutely disgusted. surely it cannot be that hard to put the right food in a bag!!

Fire in the disco, fire in the Taco Bell! Came here for the first time in UK. Experience was as expected for a fast food joint. Makes a nice change to the more established options. Great seating area upstairs that is both spacious and clean.

We ordered a burrito and that’s not what was delivered. As always Taco Bell mess up the order. Staggering really when it’s literally printed for them to follow.

In time after the initial time was extended. Food was good but cold unfortunately!

I ordered my food at 18:00 but it wasn’t delivered until 20:00 the delivery time kept increasing. i had commitments this evening that i had to be late to due to my food taking so long to reach me. I also struggled to cancel the order once i had been waiting for a while so i wouldn’t be late to my commitments. The food end the end was also not hot, i understand the distance can cause this however after waiting for so long i would have expected hot food to be delivered.

still haven’t got my refund from the wrong order being sent to my house

Nice guy at the counter and tasty food

Spend £50+ and only received a bag with chips in it. Called and was told to submit a refund request to just eat - who have denied said refund request twice. Considering this was a treat night for my usually skint partner and I, and I’m now £50+ out of pocket, I’m furious. Justeat customer service is shocking too.

My order was accepted at 19:11. We finally received our food at 21:23, 2 hours and 12 mins later. The food was cold and the Caramel sauce was missing for my for Churros. Our order kept being pushed out to a later and later delivery time like drivers were cherry picking other closer jobs than our. This seems to happen every time we order from this restaurant. I wouldn't mind but we have paid the £3.99 delivery charge and the max service charge and if we received good service we would tip

food arrived on time, but cold, so assume the long preparation time was food sitting waiting to be picked up. also missing a drink.

Manager cannot keep on top of opening times on apps Ordered. Got a call shortly after saying they was closed, and could not cancel it, neither could i. Received a notification after the call sahing i had cancelled it and a refund wasnt possible if i had paid. Saving grace? The lady who called me (not the manager) was professional and a pleasure to speak to.

Not a good experience. They didn't even had hand wash on their two toilets! You need to wash hand before eating. I wonder if they could wash hands before cooking! Lazy service. Disappointing experience.

Delivered really quickly but wasn’t very nice. The seasoned beef was like baby food paste. The churros were all crunch no dough and the cinnamon sweet things were literally quaver crisps covered with cinnamon

They are very stingy on the filling, must have had a tea spoon worth in the taco! taste was nice, but portion size wasn't great.

Flavor was there but ordered at 7:40pm food didn’t arrive until nearly 9:20pm and was stone cold chips had formed a solid mass because of the cheese & tacos aren’t nearly as nice cold as hot everything on our order was frozen except the drinks which were warm 🤷‍♂️ normally a good take out from Taco Bell, don’t know who’s to blame the restaurant or the delivery either way not good

The food was as bad as the service, with the exception of the seasoned fries which were just ok. The Taco was full of oil, the chicken tenders were dry, over cooked and inedible. First and last time we'll be going there. Even my Grand Daughter who recommended Taco Bell did not enjoy her food.

I was really annoyed as I didn’t receive my Pepsi from the meal and also my cinnamon twists. Phoned the restaurant to complain but got no answer. The food I did receive was very nice, however if I don’t get refunded for what was missing I won’t be ordering again!

The food is good although a bit cold, the delivery time was good... But my only irritation is there where missing items! And it's not the first time... Sadly it isn't often I get my full order when I ask for delivery.

We've eaten here before but usually have the crunch chicken wrap which is nice. We tried their new Chipotle grilled chicken burrito. It wasn't very nice - immediate regret - I can only describe it like a whole jar of green baby food with some lettuce and tiny crunchy crispy bits in a wrap. I ate it because I was hungry but really disappointed and a battle to get through being so like paste. We thought there would be chicken strips in it? but never got any only crunchy small bits of something? and a LOT of paste! The wrap was fresh and hot, the chips are always nice - i'm not sure if it was restaurants fault? not made properly? or just a poor choice. Get the chicken wrap its much nicer and has actual lumps of chicken in.

Great place for a quick n hot taco... staff are friendly and quick too. My favourite place for a quick little beef cheesy wrap

Hardly any seasoned beef in any of the taco’s & all 3 were cold because there was hardly a spoonful in each and the chicken was cold burnt dry and unedible very upset and dissatisfied

What I would say is that despite it's ups & downs, Morrisons Sutton Rd has really really amazing & ever-helpful staff! That's one of the reasons we keep on going.

Tony portions.!!!!! Had bigger sauce pot then I have the rice u get and my chicken wrap had more jalapeños then chicken in it.!! Not worth the price u pay.!!!

Tiny portions.!!! I had more jalapeños in my wrap then I had chicken.!! And I’ve had bigger sauce pots then I had on the rice.! I also ordered 2 cheese sauce and only got half a pot. Not happy with this service as had hardly any chicken in my wrap.!!!

Absolutely everything was stone cold. Every time I have ordered from here it has always been cold, regardless of time of day or day of the week. Clearly useless workers. Won’t be ordering from here again, but order from here if you love cold food that is supposed to be hot!

Courier followed my delivery instructions, by leaving it by my door. Very grateful, however the quality of Taco Bell is not worth the price.

Absolute rip off, the food is bang average and wayyyy over priced. I got a burrito for my brother me and my mum they were not burritos at all they were glamorised wraps. Oil all over the food, didn’t get two of the drinks I ordered and didn’t get a seasoned chips. Not that they were anything special not enough to feed a cat in them tiny bags. Absolutely gutted with it. Nowhere near as good as I thought the portion sizes were terrible. Grease all over the place. Terrible just don’t buy any item I feel like I should be paid to eat it.

I am unhappy, I was swayed to get Taco bell tonight because of the churros.. the order had 6 with sauce... this item never came with the order. even more infuriating that I had tried to call Taco bell directly 3 times, all 3 times the calls went unanswered. combined bad experience where I couldn't have a resolution! all together ruining the whole meal!

The box meal is such great value that even includes dessert. It's a shame that the fake meat option wasn't available on my last visit as this is my favourite. The upstairs area has been closed recently but there are a few tables downstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have not had Taco Bell before, I thought why not, give it a try. I’m not into spicy food so I was pleasantly surprised. I had one of their special meats, it wasn’t spicy plus it was delicious. I’m too old to change my ways but I will certainly use Taco Bell again. I grew up with traditional English food. To go for a meal that is not roast this or roast that with roast potatoes or fish and chips is a big deal for me. Taco Bell was very very good. Five star service and food. Thank you.

Gotta be the worst "buritto" I have ever tasted and the rest of the meal was disgusting too. Couldn't eat it. So disappointing. How they have so many locations around the globe is beyond me. Never again

Food was okay, bit bland, but the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired! Staff are all wearing gloves, but not changing them between tasks. Saw one guy outside on his phone, then go in and use the till, then make some food. All with the same pair of gloves on. This shows a massive lack of understanding how gloves work. They would be better off not using gloves and washing their hands properly between tasks but if they can't change gloves between tasks, good luck getting the staff to wash their hands. I won't be coming back here. If you don't mind someone touching an external door, then money, then your food all without changing their gloves or washing their hands, this is the restaurant for you!

I had burittos,chicken strips and fries. And i really liked it. I would recommend volcano chiken buritto. Its a nice place and easy to reach and have a very good customer service and fast delivery of food.

Food never even turned up driver has claimed that it was delivered at 18:37 there was 4+ people in the house nobody ever turned up, appalled
