Domino's Pizza in Reading

I ordered a delivery of pizza and bbq chicken wings. I received dry wings instead (apparently I ordered hot and spicy wings, either way they were bland and so unappealing I couldn't eat them). The pizza was over salty and I couldn't eat it, so overall I didn't enjoy my meal and I am £21.78 ( including delivery charge ) out of pocket. I contacted Domino's and the manager was very rude, I told him I would write a negative review because he wasn't trying to be understanding or reassuringly. He said he didn’t care and shouted and swore at me before hanging up. I am aggrieved , upset and very disappointed. I've never been treated like that before and I will never order from Domino's again.

Dry pizza not enough cheese or sauce and cant pay with cash. Really gone down hill not the same as it once was

Usamos mucho esta rama y generalmente son bastante buenos. Anoche, el conductor decidió por alguna razón que no podía molestarse en salir del auto para entregar. Nos llamó (a pesar de que estaba a solo 10 pies de nuestra puerta principal) y nos pidió que saliéramos a buscar nuestra pizza. ¿Qué tan vago puedes ser?

呢度嘅Pizza普普通通，同其他許多咪到時基本上一模一樣。啲醬有啲怪甜，啲芝士落得好重手。其實佢比比薩客好食少少但係又唔及正宗意大利餐廳的比薩大概就在中等地方吧

Please order from this store if you want to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to eat, be threatened by the driver, eat burnt under cheesed over cooked pizza. Hung up on the phone, spoken over and treated without respect. Dominos have really out done themselves. Staff wouldn’t recognise good customer service if hit them wack in the face FYI - please sack your delivery driver. It’s UNACCEPTABLE to drive off with the food I paid for by card - How dare I complain about the freshness of the pizza. It’s UNACCEPTABLE to threaten me and say “I WILL F*** YOU UP” and swear while driving off with my food. I finally get food redelivered - to get that in the picture. Unsure if uncheesed and or over cooked. Doesn’t look like fresh cheesy pizza. I’m done- I’m never ordering from Dominos again. It’s shame, as the pizza can be good when done properly. I really hope senior management read this and realise incompetence of staff is loosing them customers. FYI dominos complaint reference 555871. RUDE SARCASTIC staff, received the wrong items, inedible disgusting completely burned pizza that I had to throw away. All that was offered was a bloody free tub of ice cream next time. What a joke. Will never, ever eat here again. Papa John's is way, way way better.

Got Pizza Express from Deliveroo for ages but tried Dominos again today because our work restaurant was having problems. It was just a burnt mess to be honest. Glad I only spent £5.99 for collection. Still too much for what I got though ☹️

Were having a weekend with friends and thought we would have pizza with a few beers as we catch up. But the service from Domino's was shocking, our pizzas turned up at 9.30pm when we had ordered them at 7.30 and they where only warn at best. We tried to call the shop to find out what was going on it, but they didn't answer until the pizza's turned up. Very poor service

I’ve used this domino’s once and the pizza never arrived, this was after the delivery driver assured me that my pizza was on the way. I got in touch with the store the day afterwards and they gave me vouchers to redeem the pizza on the condition I collected the pizza from the store which is a number of miles away from where I live meaning I would have to go out of my way to correct their poor service. Looking at the other reviews for the store on here I’m surprised that the Dominos franchise hasn’t got involved as this store is clearly not up to their usual standards for delivery and service.

E va bene anche provare qualcosa di diverso. Senz'altro un insulto alla cultura italiana della pizza, ma direi da provare. Particolare il cheese nella crosta.

Every time pizza was delivered very late. First time person at telephone was very rude, next time person was helpful. Doesn't change the fact that delivery was always late and under weird circumstance.

Ordered a delivery last week via the website at 10.40am for a 12.30pm lunchtime delivery. Phoned at 12.40pm to see where it was to be told that they were busy & it would be 1.5 hours for the delivery because thaey had a backlog of orders that had been received before mine- Really??? There was no reasoning so in the end cancelled the order & asked for a refund to be told that it would be processed by Head Office & would take 3 days!!! I wont be bothering them again- sick of poor service levels!

Have ordered and eaten from here a few times as it's our local, their collection offer of buy one get one free is good value other than that its a rip off! Shop seems clean and I'm happy to order there again. It annoys me that when you phone they always answer with HOLD PLEASE!!! Get more staff to man the phone if its busy! My only other issue is Domino's staff parking their car - FOR DAYS ON END - on our street which is a couple of streets behind the high street. Parking is limited in our area and business' taking up spaces for delivery vehicles for days on end is a joke - seen a uniformed dominos driver get out of parked car on 3 occasions.

Poor service. Poor customer service. Sent me a message saying the pizza was ready, Domino's is 5 minutes down the road to me yet it took a further 20mins. Ice cream melted and pizza was basically cold within a few minutes. Call to report this to the restaurant and they said I was wrong! Waste of money!

Each time we used to order from Dominos they'd answer the phone and immediately say "hold, please" and we'd be on hold for 10 minutes. Unfortunately phone ordering was the only way for us as the Dominos website doesn't think our address exists. Last time we ordered my partner paid by card over the phone, but when the driver arrived (late) he said we needed to pay cash and denied we had already paid. He phoned his boss and my partner agreed to pay by card over the phone but said we had already given card details and stressed that we didn't want to be charged twice. 10 minutes later, our food was Then stone cold when we got to eat it. And guess what? We did get charges twice and Dominos haven't got back to my partner despite him contacting them, so we're having to make a claim through our bank to get the money back which shouldn't have been charged twice. Wont use this branch again - avoid!

I called and ordered cookies which came up perfect ! I then ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and asked to have quite a thick classic crust with not to much sauce. Well it came up exactly how I had asked and better! It tasted amazing. The staff was so helpful and the employee that took my order was so lively and accommodating just to make sure my order and my pizza was correct!

I ate from there a couple of times and I have to say the pizza is good, but not Domino's good. And the price is the same. Thus if it is not a hunger emergency I would avoid this place.

I am a big fan of Domino's pizzas. I tend to order on the Two for Tuesday offer. Delivery is normally prompt and where there have been any issues with the pizzas they have been dealt with both promptly and satisfactorily.

So you pay £2.50 to get a stuffed crust or a base called the Double Decadence. The double decadence is meant to be 2 very thin bases with a cheesy garlic sauce inbetween. This one however had no sauce in it whatsoever so we called up and explained the situation. They were more than happy to make another which when delivered, had said sauce in the middle. However...this is not the first time this has happened. We've ordered 3 since then all having no sauce in the middle. So again we called up and explained and again they made new ones. The pizzas taste good, the service is brilliant, all they need to do is make the pizza right the first time round and then they won't lose money having to make another pizza to satisfy the customer. It's a waste of my own money and my time and a waste of their time. It's unproductive.

This is like every other Domino's, with the grand exception that they offer a Double Decadence crust for an extra...

I have ordered a hot vegetarian pizza with jalapeno and it was tastefully hot. You should definitely try this one. My only regret was that i have ordered the medium size, i should have gone for the large one

Dominos siempre es un buen lugar para conseguir una comida para llevar. Estamos aún encontrar una buena comida preparada china o india en nuestra zona, pero pizza es un sólido.

timo. Casi nadie por encima pero con un montón de pasta de tomate. Lidl £2 pizza sabe mejor. no volveré a una Dominos otra vez.

Lack of topping waited an hour and a half standard has dropped 17 pound for a rip of crap pizza ow dear ...... Some ones pockets must be full ...as my tummy is not.

Our order took 2hours and 15mins to arrive and when it did get to us it was extremely cold. I phoned the store and found them very rude and they kept hanging up on me, when I finally spoke to them they mentioned to ring back at 10pm and they will process the refund, I did what I was told and phoned back and again they were rude and was hanging up on me, I got no where . I've never been treated in such poorly manner. Avoid this domino branch extremely unprofessional. Food was awful. Bad customer service

Having heard good things about this Domino's I decided to order from this one over the other two in Reading tonight. Typically of the Domino's brand, there was a £10 charge to have the franchise logo printed on the box. Despite the fact that, at most, it takes about 15 minutes to make a pizza, it did not arrive for at least an hour after I ordered it - approximately half an hour after the website said it had been dispatched. Either the driver keeps a portable incubator in his car, or the website was lying, for the pizza was surprisingly hot when it arrived, and tasted the same as you would expect from a Domino's. The driver, unfortunately, did not seem to have a basic grasp British Road Law, or indeed the Theory of Gravity, because as well as being on the phone whilst driving, he also jumped out of his car before it had stopped - not realising that the car would not stop just because the driver had evacuated, prompting him to have to stop the car again before being able to give me my pizza.The food was all you'd expect to get for Domino's, but considering the extortionate prices the franchise charges, you would expect faster (and more competent) service. The only real thing that stands out about this Domino's is that they are open all night, rather than the usual "11am - Late" stance of Domino's Takeaways (as if "late" is a time, and as if 11pm could be called late).

Always a pleasure to buy pizzas here.Not much else to say really..Never tried the delivery service as we always collect the pizzas, it takes no more than 10 minutes to make them....

Being an American it doesn't compare to the chains there, as they significantly stepped their game up. This place delivered a hot and good pizza but it wasnt the best thing I ever from Dominoes.

As usual, a great Pizza. Domino's always delivers great pizzas! This is one of the best pizza places there is.

This is a great place to order from and you can also watch your pizza being made if went to collect it. The online ordering is great as well. I recomend for a family night in!!!

Love Dominos, this is your standard Dominos. This one visits Reading university and gives out free pizza for freshers. Regular vouchers through the post and open pretty much 24/7. On ocassion they do forget the order so make sure you check it when it arrives.

Good but I'd hardly class it a restaurant!

apart from the other 2 reading dominos its the best pizza in town

Texas BBQ is good but I haven't really liked any other pizas from here.
