Absolutely awful. I ordered a veggie supreme (something I alway have) and it was dry with hardly any cheese on it. I’ve been up since 3am with a heavy stomach. I won’t ever order from them again.

I've kept this private but no longer. I ordered two large pizzas, ate half of each about 3.30pm. At 4am i woke up with my mouth watering like mad, straight into the bathroom and for the next 7 hours i was vommiting. Those pizzas were the ONLY thing i ate that day. I reported to Cheshire East council. I have no idea wha if anything was done. I have not touched a dominos since.

Going physically into this chain, I was met with hard stares. For context other chains in Stoke-On-Trent are much more welcoming, like Tunstall. It's ironic because Congleton is a nice town, but not the Domino's. There's obviously a terrible case of workplace politics. No idea what the actual pizza is like here, but read the other views and they'll tell you.

Once a month I order a domino’s from here, the only SLIGHTLY bad experience I’ve had was when a vegetarian supreme pizza we ordered had some ground beef on it… But the pizzas are always nice… not the best for value, but still nice, I don’t think I’ve ever walked in there and they’ve smiled at me, but they always look rushed off their feet so I’ll excuse it.

Friendly staff, did not wait long at all for food. Pleasant food as always. Overall a happy customer and we always order from this branch

Went into Domino's pizza Congleton tonight as after looking at the online menu we needed a dairy free pizza ,but all their pizza's online dairy free are vegan. No problem the Manager handed us a allergy leaflet and was very helpful and we ordered a meat pizza but with vegan cheese. Absolutely gorgeous. Thanks Domino's.

This branch has gone badly downhill. It used to be very good but the last 2 times there has been very little filling on the pizzas and they had a good 2 inches round the edge with absolutely no filling at all. I won’t be ordering again unless the management changes for the better.

don't eat this ever in life it has hair in food and service terrible. buy maccas instead or kfc much better and worth money.

I had my grandchildren over christmas so on christmas eve we had a dominoes pizza i think they are very exspensive when it arrived ir was not very hot so it spoiled the taste

Ordered the Catalan chicken and chorizo, opened the pizza and straight away realised there were no peppers,onions or chorizo as stated on the menu but just chicken and sour cream. Pizza was average probably due to the lack of toppings, service was good as always, I’ve never had a bad experience before this

Ordered pizza over the phone with a light covering of cheese but it came with d -light cover of cheese which is extra cheese so be careful ordering over the phone -they have offered me a free pizza next time as an apology as my son hates cheese and didn’t eat any on Halloween

Customer service is disgusting placed a online order using the 50 % of order using online code which they wouldn't except phoned with in 1 minute just to get manager to say cant have that code unless you spend 100 pound so said cancel order only to be told driver at door now is it just me or are they super quick and can make and deliver a pizza in one minute complaint went to head office with the same answer so this domino's don't deserve my custom or anyones else's

Rang and rang and rang. Wanted to place an order no one picked up. Shocking. Do have gone to hot spots. Your loss

I’ve had a couple of collections and not had cause to complain. Food is hot, it’s always the standard Dominos pizza, staff were fine, I can’t really fault it. I collected both times and they were ready really quickly.....no issues from me.

Terrible food, no cheese on either of the Garlic Bread or the Pizza... we ordered the new Buffalo Chicken... arrived without the hot sauce on.. so was basically chicken and pepper. Fantastic. Bilal the driver was extremely rude. Won’t be and wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from here...

Very disappointed with the food from domino’s! Usually of a high quality and always look forward to it and this time the pizza was unappetising, the cheese was solid it was inedible and overall made the pizza taste vile!! Has put me off!

Pedí una pizza de tamaño grande desde el almacén central de Northampton y recibido un medio. Contacto la tienda y hablé con el director y él era extremadamente grosero. Me dijo que era imposible para la pizza que tamaño porque él hizo (Persona por sí misma o que? ). La cuestión no fue resuelta ya dijo que no podía hacer nada al respecto, ten en mente que ya había medido la pizza y también, de sólo mirar era muy evidente. También he notado que todas las pizzas grandes normalmente vienen con una caja azul y medios vienen en rojo. Pero eso no es todo, para empeorar peor había un largo de pelo al otro lado strand dos rebanadas de la pizza. Este fue el peor servicio al cliente que he recibido. Absolutamente repugnante. En condiciones poco higiénicas y poco profesional, lo cual fue una mala combinación.

We got a large pizza, it was better than expected after reading all the reviews. It was ready quickly and what we wanted. We placed the order in person and waited while it was cooking

Es difícil conseguir el orden correcto incluso cuando usted orden en línea. La comida es improvisado y sin duda no hay relación calidad-precio. Sugiero encarecidamente que metiéndome en la carretera a tesco y una pizza. De acuerdo a los papeles a eso lo Domino's hagas!

Always cold and unappetising and always items missed of and when you ring they offer next time you can have it,or you can go an pick it up yourself, when you ordered delivery and leave the cold items you did get to get even colder, well when you have paid for it you don't want it next time, you might not even order next time as the food they sent was disgusting in the first place so why would you try again, £20 for a pizza that hardly has toppings or cheese and is cold and looks like its been used as a Frisbee. Never again. Don't waste your money

Vivimos en Congleton pero estoy poniendo un enfermo de la falta de este lugar para conseguir un pedido sencillo! Una vez más, nuestra casa de pizza sólo para encontrar su mal! Traté de llamar para hacerles saber pero nadie contestó. Tanto como me gusta a la compra local de campeón, creo que ya es hora de dar!!!!

This place has gone downhill,the pizzas look like they where made by a young child they are usually dry and look like they have sat under the hot pass for way to long.very rarely get the order right.never on time always late and if you order on line you have no where to state allergens. This place need to be retrained in all areas very dispoitting for the price

Hicimos un gran pedido con este lugar. Después de una hora nos llamaron para preguntar donde estaba y nos dijeron que había un problema con cajas y fue en el plato caliente. Otros 30 minutos más tarde y todavía no hay pizza. Llamamos y nos dijeron que era para la entrega. Después de una película entera había todavía no hay comida. Cuando llamamos a pedir otra vez nos dijeron que había sido entregado a alguien. Nos acabamos cogiendo un reembolso y ordenar de otro lugar ... horrible servicio horrible y muy desorganizado. No orden desde aquí de nuevo. Simplemente refuerza por qué nos dejó de pedir desde cualquier Dominos, ya sea en casa o fuera.

Por supuesto, los precios van a ser alta! Allí el mismo cualquier Dominos vas demasiado! Encantador personal amable, la comida es siempre caliente y siempre lo que pedimos y si no la gerente tipo de inmediato y lanza un chapuzón : p que he ido a este Dominos desde que comenzó el nuevo gerente, no quieren un diferente gerente para correr congletons tienda. En conjunto es fabuloso.

I really love Dominos pizza and for a long time before this branch opened actually thought this site woul make the perfect spot for a local Dominos. All I can say is the service is consistent. Consistently poor. If you love cold, late pizza then this is the place for you. I am so disappointed with this branch and if you have the gall to complain the staff are amongst the rudest people I have ever encountered. A real shame, this could be so much better with some better management.

Me and my partner love a good pizza. But this was disgusting. Domino's is my favourite place usually. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides which come to £33. It took 45 minutes to be delivered which is absolutely fine. However, once it had arrived. We opened the boxes up and started eating immediately. One of the pizzas was hot, the other however was freezing cold. Cold to touch. Not even lukewarm. The side order of chicken strippers were also cold. My boyfriend especially isn't one to complain but we phoned back and complained about the temperature of the pizza for a poor response: "they can't be cold they come out of a bag". - was she accusing us of lying? They were stone cold! Not only this. The wrong toppings were on the pizza. I ordered a tuna delight which should have tuna, sweetcorn and red onion on. This pizza had sweetcorn, red onion and tomatoes. When we mentioned this her response was "yeah it shouldn't have tomatoes on". She offered us £5 off our next order. Said we just had to tell them next time. Which isn't good enough as 1. We wanted confirmation. 2. I was left with a cold tuna-less pizza and cold chicken strippers. 3. She was rude 4. We won't be returning again!

Always use here if we are in Congleton and have never been disappointed with the food or service. Pricing on the other hand is shocking. I am gluten intolerant and the price of my pizzas are horrific. And to add insult to injury there not available in any of the special deals. Come on Domino's sort it out.

Ordered some food at 5 ish and requested for it to be delivered at 7. Called the store at about 7:15 and they said it was out for delivery. Just after half 7 the food finally arrives only for it to be cold and hard. Usually good service but really didn't enjoy it this time.

My wife collected a pizza on her way home last week for the kids dinner. We wanted to get the pizza delivered initially but we were unable as they don't do delivery. The offer was good with a family deal but halfway through my youngest sons pizza he found a long hair ( which I assume is a female hair ). It couldn't have been any of our hair as all my sons have short hair and my wife's is the wrong colour but also was "woven" into the melted cheese topping. I was away with work for a few days so I didn't see this but if I had I would have phoned the store and complained ( she's not like me - just wants a quiet life whereas If I order something I expect a certain type of quality)She decided to leave it but I guess we won't be ordering dominos again

Always like a nice Dominoes pizza - tasty and filling - toppings can be ordered how you like them and nothing too much trouble

the pizzas are ok for a large pizza organistion but there are nicer ones to be had from small independents.What is annoying is that they do this buy one get one free all the time which is great if theres more than 1 of you. As prices are almost double that of other pizzas elsewhere it does even it out with bogof. For single people it seems a waste so why not reduce your prices.
