I’m regular Costomer of Domino’s, today I rang them as a always for make a cheese burger pizza 1 man answered the phone he told me we don’t do cheese burger pizza!!! I was sure they do. So I rang them again, second time one lady answer me I asked her about cheese burger pizza she told me yes we do and I did explain for her wats happened she said ok I do for you np . I went there I did collect my pizza when I arrived home and I opened my pizza it wasn’t cheese burger pizza 😡 so I rang them again, she told me ok I took wrong order but she didn’t told me any sorry or ... Anyway I didn’t eat that pizza and I returned just for 1 cheese burger pizza I west my 2 hours time . And they make a very very bad night for me . This store have a very bad Costomer service and they staff attention is without any respect ✊ i don’t want get them nothing from them forever, and I’m not recommend it to nobody 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered Tomato and cheese pizza for my children and it hardly had any toppings. Cheese was absolutely scarce and thin and the garlic bread and nachos had more tomato than cheese and they write 100 % mozzarella !! What mozzarella 😐 !! Daylight robbery !!

I was staying in nearby Hotel and decided to order delivery. Delivered very quickly and it's hot. You can't ask for much more from takeaway.

We ordered two pizzas. One didn’t turn up with the other and to be honest the one that did turn up and we paid for extra topping we couldn’t see anything added. In fact it was hard to spot the chicken. Very disappointed. When the other arrived slightly warmer a bit of topping at end of pizza then rest all dried up. I would never ever order or pay for this crap again. Going forward I will make my own. Dominos you are let down.

Received one pizza short and both pizza’s once delivered lacked toppings!! Around the edge was the toppings but most of the pizza was just cheese! Very disappointing and will not be ordering again!

I would just like to say thank you to all the bolton bury branches who have delivered to us during the lockdown .takeaways are the only pleasure at the moment so thank you so do much

We used to order quite regularly from here but it started to go downhill so nowadays if we are treating ourselves to pizza we usually go for Pizza hut. On Friday, I really fancied Dominos takeout though. Our food took an our to arrive. It was only slightly warm, all 3 pizzas were overcooked and the crusts had all gone hard and crunchy. I ordered potato wedges but instead received chicken strippers- great for a vegetarian! This was not £30 well spent at all and we won't be bothering again. Avoid.

Ordered over phone. Ordered pizzas, chicken strips, wedges and drinks Grandaughter are chicken strips, two hours later was violently sick as chicken was not cooked

From being excellent service and good food this branch has absolutely gone down hill. Very disappointed from the staff being unhelpful, poor customer service, very unhygienic ie rats/mice spotted around the back of the shop which is very concerning! Waiting to be served on the counter even though the food is ready - card machine not been working for 2 weeks on the row, list is endless. Place is a shambles!!!

Pizza good, dip good and arrived in 30 mins. Will definately order again if in the area and hungry..

The service was quick and didn't have to wait long for delivery The pizzas were really nice too but I did feel they were overpriced. I really enjoyed the cinnamon fingers dessert I would suggest going on google and looking for discount codes before ordering to save yourself some money

Good selection of pizza toppings, price a bit dearer but always ask for a good deal or coupons available all the time. Few seating inside for quick bite, delivery available, in rush go for quick collection, menu posting with this review

I frequently use this Dominos for delivery in the Bolton area and I have never had a bad delivery yet. I usually always order online and my delivery is usually with me in less than 30 minutes, drivers can usually find my address with the instructions I leave them! Love the pizza, but I especially love the garlic bread pizza, possibly the best I have tasted from a take away pizza shop. I did once order to collect, it was easy enough, placed order online whilst in Salford and collected on way home some 20 minutes later. Although parking was a bit chaotic at the back of the shop. I also find the shop premises inside to be clean and tidy and I like that you can see the pizza made, so you can judge for yourself how clean it is. I can usually always get a good deal from this shop with vouchers that come through the post or are on the Dominos website. Last delivery arrived quickly with a friendly member of staff. Thumbs up!

Had an o2 offer for a £1 personal size (7") pizza. Just enough for 1 person! I had cheese and tomato classic crust with reduced fat cheese and it's very tasty! Made right in front of me and ready within 10 minutes. I will definitely be returning, and possibly ordering a slightly larger one!!

This is basically what you expect. Not bad pizzas but extortionate prices. One good thing about this place is the speed of service.

All good, fast delivery, we ordered to a hotel as well and it was unusually painless he rang us and brought it to reception. Tasty pizzas some of the best I've had in a while.

Went to order pizza on 9/5/15 gave order and noticed the workers did not use gloves or wash hands after preparing diffrent pizza also handled pork to never eat from here dirty and uniforms of staff dirty

I ordered my meal online and ordered dips and the kickers combo ( £6.50 just for the combo ) when it turned up I only had 6 potato wedges and a couple of chicken kickers, for £6.50?! And no dips, it shouldn't matter the price I paid for the dips, it's the fact they weren't there. So I rang back up and advised about the lacking combo and no dips. They said they'll send out some more, 40 minutes later I get a new combo box but again...no dips. When I rang back up the second time to advise they yet again forgot part of my order I got nothing but rude remarks. Being in a wheelchair I only get my dla once a month and as a little treat I thought a nice dominos would be lovely, it's not so easy for me to get out the house. I'm so disappointed with this these people. Quick enough to take your money but not so fast to mend their mistakes, if they mend them at all.

The best pizza I've had in a long time was quite expensive but we'll worth it. Il definitely be going again

Staying 2 nights in nearby Rothley, we decided to eat at the Pizza Hut. This was a good choice - good service (well look-after by Matt G.) and well-prepared food. Well worth a return visit next time that we are in the east Midlands.

I dread to think what the inside is like behind the scenes? this is disgusting and has been reported to enviromental health!
