Noticed they had a 'Nduja Pizza , love this Italian spreadable Salami Sausage - well wherever this one comes from I'm pretty certain that it isn't Calabria - if you can imagine a flat bread spread with cat food and Tabasco then I am thinking this would be close - Avoid at all costs ! It is that horrendous , whoever did the NPD work on it needs shooting immediately . Also their prices have risen considerably and you now cant get the 50 % discount unless you use an App which not all of us have access to . Complained to Dominos H O and they blamed the store as Franchises - so now you know , if you want to pay approx. twice as much as Giovanis do for their quality sit down Pizza then buy from Dominos in Crewe -

Ordered what I thought would be a good deal before going to work for the night, as I often did. However before even getting out of the gate I was hit with a nasty shock- some extra sauce would cost me around £2 (for clarity, I mean extra sauce drizzled over the pizza, not a dip.) This was news to me, as normally I have added two extras free of charge, but ho hum, dominoes never lets me down. Fast forward to 15 minutes after my allotted delivery time, the driver arrives and thrusts a suspiciously small and cold pizza box and a warm drink at me and makes a dart for it. Upon chasing him to the car to let him know my side was missing, he 'pseudo' checked around before telling me it was not his fault and to call the store before peeling away. Hey ho, accidents happen, dominoes never lets me down. Then as instructed I contacted the store, and once I had convinced whoever answered the phone that I wasn't lying and had actually ordered (do people even try this?) He told me in a manner and tone I am very familiar with "I am too busy now so if you want another, it will be at least an hour and a half, and probably cold again." Oddly enough, I didn't want to relive the anguish of being thrown a cold pizza, which I sense he had guessed before saying it. So this far I have paid over £20 for a warm coke and a 5-7" pizza. Hmmmm. Maybe dominoes does let me down after all? So still pretty unhappy, and now about to leave for work hungry, I wrote to the apt channel via the website, where they assured me via automated message I would be contacted within 5 days. Almost exactly 5 days later (to the minute I ordered) I received another automated message, promising me that HO would investigate the matter with the operations team (???) And thanking me for my feedback. This irked me, because surely one of the ops team could have simply queued the message to be sent a little earlier, no need to make me wait another 5 days to be disappointed AGAIN. At no point was I offered a refund, which would have solved my issue- I get that things don't always go to plan, (I think we've all done a stint in food and bev) but the concept of service recovery must be completely foreign to these guys or its not 'en-brand' Overall, as someone who is pretty laid back and understanding of things like this, I will now go out of my way to make sure other people are warned before ordering from dominoes, and naturally I will never go back. £20 for a warm drink and a cold pizza- perhaps the attitude from staff and lack of operational efficiency was the freebie there, who knows. If you want a pizza, go ANYWHERE but dominoes; most every other establishment will be more than happy to fulfill your order, and deliver it hot.

Ordered for myself self and my family, usually very nice but tonight shocking. Order consisted of chicken wings, chicken kickers and large hawaiin pizza. It came it was all cold so rang the store, with an apology and replaced food. 2nd round, food even worse than the first cold inedible just awful again rang the store. Spoke to so called manager Abdul who basically said I was the only customer to complain so whatever he would refund me, told him I'd be calling health and safety trading standards etc to which he replied go for it then hung up. Utterly shocked and annoyed no customer service. I will be notifying relevant people. Abdul clean up on your customer service and manners.

Ordered a pizza - Not hard to get that one right, well according to the guy on the phone a bubble exploding caused the 4"x 4" topping-less dough that dominated the pizza - Could be true, but the right angle in the crater seems odd for a bubble. (See picture) Either way who ever boxed it really shouldn't have bothered. Didn't want an exchange, or even compensation as i had already (due to previous bad experiences) decided to stick to my guns in future and refuse to order from this store. Anyway - i have always believed what sets a company apart is how they deal with problems, not by not making them at all - We are all humans. Excerpt from the website "We sometimes make mistakes but we want to help make it right. It is always best to contact your local store before making contact with Domino’s Customer Care Team, to ensure faster and more immediate care." Couldn't agree more, but perhaps the staff and manager should be trained in this, as after the guy on the phone, with the tired bored voice eventually put me on hold to speak to the manager for 5-10 minutes while the topping-less pizza went cold, the call was taken off hold and promptly hung up on. Either they believe we won't complain further - Or just don't care. I tend to believe it is the latter. Won't be using them again, likely not using domino's again.

When turning up. We got straight looks and no one said a word. One member off staff said the amount without even looking at me. Had his head down the whole time. After me saying “keep the change” nothing else was said then left. Incredibly rude, I think I’ll just stick to my diet next time

Thought I'd treat myself to pizza, big mistake. When pizza arrived it was cold had to be put in the oven which didn't taste the same, total waste of money will not go again.

I love Dominos,however few times when ordering a pizza i got the wrong one with different toppings... Happens really often mixing peoples orders.

Ordered pizza through the website and it advised it would be 30mins. 2 hours later and 17 calls to the shop, no sign of the pizza or someone answering the phone. If the place is closed, even though I saw a delivery car today so it shouldn't be, why are you still able to order online!!

We Came in at 5:30 and it’s now 7:00 and we’ve still not got our pizza it’s shocking somebody has been waiting 2hrs 30mins absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it. 🤬🤬

Not a cheap way to eat Cheese on Toast (what else is Pizza ?) With the special offers it becomes reasonable value for money, but its not cheap for what you get really, having said that it was nice. There's nothing wrong, but it all feels so 'corporate', its all show and image. Would I go back? No reason not too

Worth the price even with the offers. Easy to order via the website and quick delivery. Love the stuffed crust.

Good stuff it made me feel less hungry than when i had not eaten before that it was very good and made me fill with joy to the BRIM

Typical Domino’s however the amount of ingredients they put on the pizza is very sparse. Quick service, often polite staff.

Ordered the mega mix deal on the app and got a phone call within minutes saying they can't do cheesy wedges and had no chicken strips or kickers, so we had the twisted pepperoni dough balls instead, so in the back of my mind I'm thinking, if they don't have cheese for the wedges do they have any for the pizza? After just over an hour from ordering, and phoning twice, to get a response of 'its on the way' it is delivered and I was correct that the pepperoni half had barely any cheese at all, it was all dried up and not very nice at all, and it was all cold. Definitely will not be ordering from there again considering it's not exactly the cheapest. Disappointing!

Need to consider people in bed when delivering pizza I thought someone was having a party the music was that loud disgusting behaviour at 12 o'clock at night

Food was walm and arrived in good time but hard vile bits in the pizza and hair in the garlic bread! Absolute disgrace

The food is OK, nothing to write home about at all. Its usually still warm when it turns up but the worst thing is the price. For a family of 4 it's absolutely crazy what they charge. There are better places in crewe for pizza and you'll save a lot of money too.

Delivery didn't arrive at the agreed time. After a lot of arguing with the store, the order arrived with 45 minutes delay. The food was absolutely cold when it arrived and the store/driver didn't even apologise for the delay.

Ordered a meal on Tuesday, after four phone calls and them swapping drivers because they could not find our address they delivered our food an hour and a half after the app said it was out for delivery.

Unless you have a voucher that virtually gives the food away, don't bother. The Pizza's are mediocre at best and nothing to shout home about. Even worse is the Customer Services at Domino's HQ. Took 8 days to sort out a refund.

First off ordered pizza and sides for me and my son, the sides were perfect but the pizza wrong.

Normalmente no tengo mucho problema con este lugar pero han sido resbale durante algún tiempo. Pedir comida llegó después de una larga espera y mi pizza no era correcto el adhesivo de la caja era justo, pero no es lo que nos encontramos en el interior. Traté de contactar con ninguna respuesta. Creo que se les da una pierda de ahora en adelante.

Realmente afectado a pedir una pizza vegetariana y tienen 3 rebanadas con pollo. También rechazó un reembolso por el personal! No hay disculpa cuando nos llamó y se negó a hacer nada, sin duda será adherido al pizza hut la próxima vez. Espero tomar nota de cómo domino muchos comentarios este restaurante tiene terrible Es una comida familiar cara arruinada y sin duda aconsejo cualquier vegetarianos de ordenar desde aquí.

Wrong order sent and cold. Was told would receive a refund and would take 5 days then when i contacted again i was told as was a cash order i would have contact store firstly it wasn't a cash order secondly if they thought it was why say refund been processed. Its over day 5 now and still no refund

I have eaten dominos all over the country and have always had amazing pizzas. This was not the experience in dominos in Chester!! On New Year's Day 6 of my friends and I ordered a pizza each and the order came to over £80 the pizzas arrived none of the toppings were on the pizzas they had all slipped off they were warm not hot, the one pizza did have the topping still on the top had little to no cheese on it, some of the toppings were missing. When I had rang to complain I was told we could have it completely replaced (however we had already waited well over and hour and 20 mins) or have £20 off our next order. Was not happy with the service provided or the outcome of the complaint. Will not be revisiting !!!!

Bien. . . No fue así esta particular outlet pero era uno sólo un par de kilómetros de distancia. No he sido de dominos para alrededor de 10 años, así que pensé que le daría una oportunidad.

Pedimos una pizza y alitas de pollo para mí y mi hijo las alas de pollo estaban bien pero la pizza estaba terrible.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it came quite quickly, and was very warm when it arrived also.The only downside to my experience was that when the delivery driver arrived, he announced that he had "forgotten" any money to give me change with, since I only had notes handy and expected that him being a delivery driver, he'd have come prepared. He put on a rather pathetic act of 'I'm so sorry' and 'no change no change', and as a result, I had not other choice than to offer him a pretty hefty tip which I believe he was very undeserving of.I may consider returning, but maybe I'll collect next time.

We regularly order pizza in, when I'm home. We switch between a few different places dependent on offers and what sides we fancy. Crewe domino's always has a good offer on, food is always delivered promptly but I do find there pizza a little on the greasy side from this branch although still tasty.

We order from Dominos in Crewe quite regularly and did exactly that on Friday 5th Feb. We ordered the winter survival deal which was great value coming with a large pizza, garlic pizza bread, potato wedges and cookies for only £14.99 which is a lot of food for the money. Everything was excellent, quick delivery, tasty and cooked well. We find dominos are always very consistent and we know what to expect every time we order from them.

We ordered food at 1800 to be delivered at 1915. It was delivered 30mins late and cold. When we complained we were informed that we would have to wait a further 1 1/2 hours for replacement food to be delivered. The Domino's promise is that Pizzas will be delivered deliciously hot, Clearly not the case!!!

I am currently on my 20th (not exaggerating) trip to the bathroom today. 2 days ago I ordered pizza for myself and my two sons. The eldest(aged 4) didn't have any of the garlic and herb dip that comes with the pizza but the youngest (aged 2) did. All yesterday, my youngest son had diorreah and today I have it! The eldest son however hasn't been affected meaning that the garlic and herb dip is the problem. I won't be ordering from here again as they got my order wrong in the first place aswel!

Our delivery took a little longer that usual and the food was almost cold when it arrives. The nachos were what I would describe as cheesy mush that had been sat for quite sometime...crisps should crunch. Despite the awful taste and appearance of my nachos, I would happily of eaten them over the pizza that was delivered. I was forced to literally spit out a mouthful of pizza after finding a foul powdery substance in my pizza slice. Needless to say the rest of the pizza went in the bin. Although I am aware that this is a fast food establishment, I don't expect food to make me gag.

We was staying at the nearby Crewe Arms Hotel and felt a little peckish late at night. We googled Dominos and placed an order. It arrived quickly and was hot and a great price £20 for 2 pizza and side and drink

Always order from here, excellent service and quality! I recommend the sizzler on thin & crispy base, swoping the jalapeños for smoked bacon rashers!!!! Winner!

When they do it good they do it great! ! - and if they do it wrong they fix it straight away. The staff always friendly on the phone, and don't seem phased by any occurance you throw at them :)

Whenever we fancy pizza for our nights in, we always go for Dominos! Great selection of bases and ingredients and also good 2-4-1 deals all year round!
