Dolci Ricordi in Broxbourne

We had recently ordered a birthday cake for me so we went for a coffee and small cakes. Highly recommended for the cakes and superb coffee.

You have to restrain yourself from buying too many cakes. The choices are difficult but nevertheless gorgeous and so satisfying

Thank you soo much for the most wonderful wedding cake we could have dreamed off. We could not believe how beautiful the cake was, and our guests could not complement how different it was to a traditional, heavy stoggy wedding cake. 3 layers of a beautiful cream pate, with 4 layers of the lightest sponge covered in thin, sweet icing, with the most beautiful, bespoke, delicate and handmade roses and pearls. We knew it would be great, as the owners had made a small trial cake for us, but in our wildest dreams we could not hope for this amazing cake. It was definitely the highlight of our wedding and it brought tears of joy! I cannot recommend highly enough the bakery, the skill of the baker and the kindness of two ladies in the shop. Great place to enjoy Sicilian sweets and cakes. There is a Mini Store and the Patisserie together. Staff is very friendly and there are a load to chose from. They hand make the traditional Sicilian Arancini on the same quality (if not better?) as you would get them in Sicily. Highly recommend.

I visit this place everytime i can, everything is good from a true espresso which is hard to find in this country to fruit tarts, cannoli, ricotta iris. You can eat a good pizza or arancine which are very tasteful. Very friendly stuff too, you can order cakes for events too. I recommend this place for anyone who is in the area

I visit this place all the time but have never left a review,so thought I'd better write one...... You cannot get better Filled Rolls locally, Ive had chicken escalope, Seafood mix & chicken/bacon & sweetcorn. Every filling is ultra fresh & the salad is really crisp. The pizza's amazing & can't even tell you how good the cakes are!!!! Staff are lovely & so reasonably priced..... Keep up the excellent standards & thank you

Bought home made fig biscuits which were for myself and my family. We enjoyed these biscuits the ingredients was fresh. Plenty of cakes and biscuits to choose from.

This coffee shop is regularly used by local Italians and always quite busy. I've been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly and polite. The cakes are to die for and very tasty. I've gone off their pizzas as they don't use as much toppings as I'd like and the pizzas are too thick for my liking, but this may just be me? I find the rice balls a little greasy too. Parking can be a pain due to parking restrictions. They also have a large section of Christmas and Easter cakes to choose from, I would still return here.

Great coffee, great pizza, amazing aranci & savoury pastries. Cakes are to die for. Great service, oh! I nearly forgot to mention the gelato ! Sooo good. Fab!

Traditional family run Italian cafe / restaurant. Sublime selection of patisserie and savouries, add to that on request 2-3 days notice they make some of the most delightful cakes, eye catching too. Staff are always friendly and polite

Como ha sido a Florencia y dimos demasiada comida quería probar algunos manjares italianos una vez más. Tuve fogotten existía esta pequeña joya. Así que me fui y no esperando para revivir mis vacaciones pero para mi asombro el Cannoli era como el cielo!!! Dios mío!!Si quieres disfrutar de pasteles italianos le como un niño en una tienda de dulces!

Little Italian coffee shop that sells great cappuccino/latte and absolutely marvellous cakes and pastries.

Tasty Italian snacks just had a ham and mozzarella arancini, really filling and their dessert counter choice seems to grow every time I go in. I also buy parmazan pasta and other Italian food products from their little supermarket next door, prices are very reasonable.

La calidad de los productos de panadería aquí tiene que ser visto y probado que verlo para creerlo. Las recién preparada en la panadería en la parte de atrás la gama de productos dulces -italianos pasteles y galletas de especialidades - es mente boggling. Hay menos productos alimenticios pero son tan sabroso es difícil no para mimarse y dejar espacio para el postre. El café es fuerte y sabroso, y te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en otro mundo con italiano por mayoría de los clientes. No puedo recomendar!! Sólo 4 mesas, 12 cubre, pero es, sin duda, una cafetería, Esperemos que abrir un restaurante pronto!

This place is a gem in London. It's quite a hike from the city centre (take the train to Cheshunt from Liverpool Street station or one of the stations along the way and get off at Theobalds Grove in sunny zone 7). You won't be disappointed. If you are passionate about Sicily and most of all Sicilian food, this place is for you. It's a very basic, simple bar in the Italian style where service is non existent or as lazy as it is cheerful so you shouldn't expect anything fancy. But even walls are genuine here, and you won't regret the trip for the arancini are super tasty and the cannoli… ooooh… the cannoli are to die for. I didn't even like cannoli in Sicily as the taste of the ricotta was too strong for me. But these ones are just perfect, the ricotta is tasty but nor overpowering and it's not too sweet but sweet enough to make me drool just by thinking about it. They have plenty of other food but I haven't tried it and frankly not everything looked as nice as these two specialties. Arancini and cannoli.Last but not least, it's all very cheap. I ate like a piglet (2 arancini, 1 cannoli, 1 bottle of water, an espresso) and I spent £7. You can take stuff home as well. Enjoy.
