Dinner House in Stoke-on-Trent

Had the displeasure of having a takeaway from here as missis loves your duck ... but alas that's where it ends I ordered salt and pepper chips .. your chef hasn't got a dam clue what the he'll he is cooking... zero red chilli's zero green chilli's zero salt zero pepper ... basically a portion of frozen chips with a couple of onions thrown into pan ????? Really ??? Ended up in the bin where it belongs disgusting ... had chicken egg foo yung .. again hardly any chicken dry disgusting ... this place seriously needs to up its game as this good is total trash

I called up because my chicken was raw and veg was not cooked they said what do you want me do about it, the owner came to the door after and refused to do anything about my order and walked off, no quality whatsoever in the food avoid don't make the mistake

I purchased food. I ordered soup this was so hot the lid exploded the soup ended up being in the carrier bag and soaked everything as I live close by I took the food back. They told me it was the way I’d held the food and wouldn’t do anything so my family and I will not order from them again as they are rude and unsociable and will not correct their mistakes Wouldn’t even rate them one star

Eating the food my partner discoverd an artery in her chow mein................... will never use this take away again

Disgusted to have my food take over half an hour later than my allotted time and when it turns up its stone cold. Very angry.

Food was cold, gravy was bland chips were rock hard! Looks like its been scraped out the bin and warmed up ! had to wait an hour and a half ended up ringing them after 2 mins of them shouting at each other the lady said it was on the way, arrived 20 mins after. don't bother ordering from here

Ordered takeaway through Just eat and, was delivered around 15 minutes early. Good quality was good and hot on arrival, would recommend to anyone in this area or visiting the area for a takeaway

Great food, quick delivery and great value for money. It's a great place for collections if you order in advance. The hot and sour soup is amazing apparently.

we have takeaways most saturdays and dinner house always comes up trumps, hot food, good flavours and delivered promptly and hot, cant fault them

Do not order from dinner house Fenton. We had raw chicken in the sweet and sour chicken balls! Called to state this kept getting told "they are checking order" don't need to check it I've just called within 2 minutes of delivery time to state the chicken was raw. Husband had to take over call to just tell them to return to us as we've packaged all food back up and want a full refund. Waited 50 minutes for them to return and when they came to door all they could do was ask for their free bottle of coke to be returned also hilarious!! Never again

Hmmm very nice but the 20p on the 3 in 1 seems inconvenient? What's the 20p for? It's £3 where I'm from, consistent with the 3 theme

Tasty food, delivered fast. A little pricy and not a fan of the delivery charge that occurs when you withing the delivery radius.

Aunque hemos aprobado este lugar muchas veces, lo único que pude probar que la última noche. Después de algunas comidas de China más local, aunque nos gustaría darle una oportunidad. La comida llegó rápidamente y bien caliente y era absolutamente delicioso! Aunque no parece ser mucho desde el exterior, puedo recomendar el servicio y cocina. Bien hecho la cena casa, volveremos.
