I happen to eat at amber and mist when was invited by a friend on her bday celebration..Must say the food was delicious...have already planned to go on a saturday / sunday when they have a set rajasthani meal as my mum and sister are visiiting me. Ambience and vibe of the place is very relaxing . Customer service awesome no waiting times. In 10 mins the food was served when we placed the order.. So all in all 5 star experience.

Surprise after surprise, that's my review. First, ample parking.. Then, ambience Then, modern well stocked bar, Then, yummy dishes - too many to name but Kathal Biryani, Chilli Paneer, Dal Baati (on special days).. Uff.. I wish they had subscription and I can come often.. :)

I ordered takeaway from Ember & Mist and I was really impressed - I would definitely do it again. The food was ready at the time they said it would be and they were polite, kind and friendly. I ordered chicken lollipops, jeera rice, plain rice and lamb chops. The highlight was the chicken lollipops - fiery without being overpowering, crisp, with a little bit of a citrus kick, and so tender and moreish. I’d get those again in a heartbeat. The lamb chops were nice, classic lamb chop flavour with delicate spices that paired nicely with the jeera rice. The plain rice worked well with both. Really happy I came here. The portions were fair, not too big, I think one starter, a main and a side per person would be enough. Prices seem fair for what you get. Looking forward to coming back!

Service was amazing when comes to food few thoughts: Chicken Manchurian was delightful but could be more succulent Egg fried rice was way too salty Chicken tikka sizzler was delicious slightly soggy though Great singer - live. Happy cheerful staff and service. Desserts on the house very sweet gesture and delicious if were at right temperature as were frozen. See you again thanks again for our impromptu visit which we enjoyed with our pooch!

Food is very authentic. It gives you the real taste of India. I tried the Jackfruit biryani today which had the perfect aroma, taste, and texture. It was made in desi ghee which further enhanced the flavours. Jackfruit was also well cooked. Ambience of the restaurant is also very pleasant. A very nice place to celebrate any occasion with family and friends.

A huge thank you to the chefs for the delicious food too and to Chirag for being our singer and DJ for the evening. He managed to get all our guests up and dancing practically for the whole night and kept everyone well entertained with a medley of Bollywood and English Music! Can’t thank you guys enough for your hospitality and for making sure all my guests were well looked after! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to organize another event!

Had a great meal at Ember and Mist! The Manchurian was easily the highlight — crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of spice. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Definitely coming back for it.

Ember and Mist is pure magic walking in feels like stepping into a dream, with its soft lighting, warm tones, and just the right touch of mystery. The food is out of this world; every plate is a work of art, packed with bold, balanced flavors that show real passion and creativity. But the real standout for me was the bar the cocktails were unbelievably good, each one a unique experience, and the bartender was a true artist, blending ingredients like a magician and treating every guest like a regular. It’s rare to find a place where everything ambiance, food, drinks, and service comes together this perfectly.

If you are looking for authentic Indian hyderabadi food this is the place to be, chicken dum biryani(it is really dum cooked unlike other restaurants who only market it that way) and chicken 65 is a must try, we also liked chicken majestic, butter chicken and chennai chicken. Good ambience too, it was recently renovated. Great service by Kunal, he was very friendly and a fantastic host!

We went for a quick dinner around 9.10pm, and ordered quickly thinking the kitchen might close soon.. But was disappointed to get the dishes one by one and the last dish arriving about one hour later.. And very delayed service.. It was my second time here cz I liked the food the first tym. We have ordered Daal Makhani and Hara-Bhara Kabab both were tasty and delicious. I said mild spicy and it was perfectly less spicy which I liked most. First time we have ordered and chef cooked perfectly as per our demand. Definitely, will come soon.

I have been to this restaurant for my dinner. It was such a lovely and pleasant environment. Sitting arrangements, music and specially well organised system. Staffs were nice and respectful. Now the most important thing is food; which is too delicious and tasty. I ordered harabhara kabab and paneer tikka masala that was lovely. Overall I loved this place and I truly recommend this place for perfect meal treat!!

We had lunch with our friends over there. Ambience was top notch. We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. Dhal batti was so flavourful and yummy with perfect blend of species . Every dish was a treat, and I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable meal. Had a lovely meal at Social Adda. Nice family restaurant with a very friendly staff and tasty food. Their biryani is one of the best to be had in north west London. Worth trying the butter chicken and daal makhani.

We booked this venue for our Diwali party for around 70 people. It was spacious with an outdoor area and a dance floor. The DJ was okay, food was good and overall event was well managed. Will definitely book again for future events.

We had a Diwali get together of around 60 people. The venue is perfect in terms of space for a get together or any special occasion. There is a "dance floor" as well if you want to let your hair down. There were a fair amount of kids in our party and there was plenty space for them to run around and have a good time. We had pure vegetarian food and everyone loved the variety in flavours of the 3 course menu that was served. The staff was very kind and understanding of our needs and they served us well. We would definitely be back and would recommend it to our friends for any celebration.

Overall, the entire event went smoothly, and all of our guests had an amazing time. Highly recommended for any special occasion!

We got the Chinese Sizzler, which I would recommend, the lamb Rogan Josh, which my wife loved in main. I could have easily skipped my desert. But the live music and dishes made with much love and perfection we had to complete with desert served. Everything was honestly delicious, and I can't wait to go back.

Social Adda is just the place to celebrate, eat great food and enjoy fantastic music and dance. I took my Zumbollywood ladies there and Kunal the manager was so easy going as he gave us all outstanding hospitality and a night to remember. We were there on a Friday evening and they had a live singer who then did DJing. The music was fantastic with a spacious dance floor. The restaurant was really nice and the food and service was excellent. Kunal and his team did a fantastic job…..Highly recommend this place. Just a shame that the music stops at 10.30 although the bonus was that it started early at 8pm 😃

I ordered garlic naan and veg kofta curry from Desi hype. The kofta was extremely less in quantity and the worst part is it had so much salt that I couldn't eat at all. Not worth the money

I ordered food from this place today and it wasn't as expected. The naan was cold, and the "chilli mogo" was just regular mogo with chilli. Additionally, the delivery driver just left the food outside and walked away. I will not be ordering from here anymore. I called the restaurant and the guy said he will call me back, but I still haven't received a call back.

The food has changed for the worse since the last time we ordered. The chicken tikka masala used to be so flavourful and spicy. Now it is just bland and tasteless.

They can learn from even surfing the web, Ordered food through Deliveroo, ordered methi chicken, it was in white gravy with sprinkle of methi! Never experienced that anywhere. Jeera chicken was not good either, very hard, very little flavor of Jeera.

The restaurant appears to have changed hands, the food is not even close to what it was last time I went. The paneer tikka masala is a little tart, and I ended up chewing on a massive piece of ginger, it used to be smooth creamy and on the sweet side last time I went. My wife seemed to like it but I preferred the old recipe. The egg biriyani - the egg had gone grey and rubbery which I think happens when you overcook it and it was quite bland. There are many more varieties however and my daughter had the sizzler which she said was really nice. No beers on tap, no cocktails/mocktails - I think they said that was because of restructuring but should have advised on booking IMHO.. Such a shame, used to be one of my favourites .
