Deniz Kebab in South Oxfordshire

We made an order asked for little amount of sauce they said they read it wrong and put loads on there it was swimming we rang they said sorry and said they would replace it they then never picked up the phone or replaced the food after it was inedible . go Didcot kebab better food and faster service

An hour after the order was accepted, I then got a notification to say it has been cancelled. If order cannot be fulfilled, why not cancel straight away. Won't be ordering from here again, awful service

Second time this has happened. Ordered takeaway and 45 mins after placing order, received notification to say our order has been cancelled. If you’re going to cancel an order that you can’t fulfil, cancel it straight away. We’re hungry!!

Horrible food I find a long black hair in my kebab then chicken was very dry and taste less Salad was soggy and tasting funny So this was my 1st order for a very long time from here but I think it's going to be my last forever 🤮🤢

Waited nearly two hours for my food and when I called up asking for a refund I was verbally abused down the phone and sweared at multiple times in an aggressive matter , and the food overall was poor quality and came stone cold.

waited nearly 2 hours for my food although it said 40 - 50 minutes on the website, called them up asking where it was to which they replied saying they were here (they were not). 10 minutes later they come by not even to our door but to the flats across the street, to which me and my friend had to go get them. we then called them asking to get a refund, which he then screamed at my friend, calling her awful words (especially for an underage teenage girl). not happy with this service and will never order again.

Sorry to say that but this burger for £5 has not even salad on it nor cheese and it’s called “ cheese burger “. Fries for £3.85 with no salt nor vinegar and customer service at the lowest possible… Under new management but this place looks like to be closed anytime soon if they don’t change anything and this kind of behaviour I have received whilst being served… I hope my review will have some kind of impact on improvement as I was never asked wether I would like any salad in my burger or salt on the chips….

I have been charged 24.80 snd not received my order and i want a refund. I ordered on there website and i was waiting for the order to be accepted but it wasn't so i called as the shop was still open for 30 min but they didn't answer the phone...then the shop closed so they took my money even though they never accepted my order. Ive emailed and had no reply and not answering the phones not happy...

Went extremely down hill. Kebab from deniz USED to be good and always consistent. Lately it has taken a nose dive and poor quality food late delivery. AVOID !!!!

The wrong food was delivered, I called the restaurant and the two men didn’t want to know despite calling them when I made the original order to confirm what I wanted. They are now refusing to answer the phone. Petulant staff, will contact just eat for a refund. First and last time ordering here.

Found that the sauce was weak and seemed watery, chips were great and service was quick and friendly. Wouldn’t suggest if you wanted something with a kick.

Wrong delivery. When I called they said they would send correct food. After yet another hour of waiting I called again and again. On the 17th attempt they answered but no one was speaking, the phone was put on the side. Rude af. Not to mention the food that did arrive was very poor quality and cold. Deniz kebab is by far the worst in town. DIDCOT KEBAB ALL THE WAY, so much better. Unfortunately didcot kebab are closed on Tuesdays so decided to use this poor excuse of a business. Never again. Absolutely awful in every way. 0/10 basically robbed me of £25

Always ordered from Deniz through JustEat. Saw their website was up and running, obviously prices was cheaper. Order 2 hours before supposed closing time. Order still confirming after 50 minutes, called business 20 times, no answer, we had to order else where, after 2 1/4 hours the website confirmed order after business close... Terrible from the kebab house we love! I'm sorry we'll go else where next time! Asked for refund we'll see what happens.
