I consider myself a regular at the deli whether it be for a morning coffee, lunch or a take away. It's a lovely friendly place, with nothing too much trouble for them. Food is delicious and they make a lovely coffee.

I easily had the best sandwich of my life today. The American Club on toasted sourdough. They were very accommodating to my young daughter also. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. Will be back!

Always top quality ingredients, that go into make a super sandwich. Always a great choice to choose from & made exactly how you want it, not how it comes !!! The quality of food is off the chart. Service is friendly and quick. Not going to lie products are the cheapest but the quality-to-price ratio is fantastic. Would I go back? Absolutely

Excellent deli, one of the best toasted sandwiches (reuben) I've had. Pastrami was real deal, not usual supermarket stuff.

I eat here often and always forget to review the place. They do lovely jackets and lunch menu is extensive and tasty. The coffee is lovely and smooth and I love the little home gifts dotted around the place. I came home today with some lovely little Christmas decs to go on the home bar area 🙃

I got salad boxes for the first time today following a friend’s recommendation - how did I not know this local gem is a mystery to be solved! I’ll definitely be returning. The breads are also excellent.

Deli-icious.......I dream about there food, my favorite is coronation chicken with mango chutney and rocket on one of there freshly baked baguettes with real butter of course, trust me the taste is DELICIOUS. The best ingredients, the best welcoming staff and by far the best service . Its definitely 5 stars all the way from me.

Lots of choice including veggie and vegan options, nice tea selection, super fresh ingredients and reasonable prices too. We went on a weekday in the afternoon and managed to sit down but on Saturdays it gets super busy around lunch!

We hosted a family party on Good Friday and decided to order pre-made platters of sandwiches and various other savoury snacks and cakes. Everything was delicious, and a great variety of sandwich and baguette fillings. Would definitely recommend when wanting to take the hassle out of hosting!!

Definitely a place to try and get to on mapperley top. Whether you’re dipping in for a take out coffee and cruffin/doughnut/cake, having a seat for brunch, or a complete lunch, I’ve never had an order which hasn’t been great. There’s always a really good choice, and the staff always seem happy to make up what you’re after on the fly, so you get just what you want. I often go for the more decadent options, but it’s also one of the few places you can seem to go and get something more healthy and still very good. Seating inside can be a little limited, and it’s of course often busy, but that’s just a heads up for forward planning rather than anything else. There’s also seating outside and places not too far away to take out to too.

You can tell these guys are foodies proper lush food and a great little deli too.

It is very rare these days to know of somewhere that you continually want to go back to, because you know that you will get great Bread, Coffee, Filled Rolls and on top of all that Fantastic Customer Service. Unfortunately I don't live in Nottingham and only come up on a Sunday to visit my Mum. Today (Friday) I had to come up because my Mum was not well. So in I go to Deli-Icious a little early! but not a problem still a warm welcome, great service, excellent coffee and lovely bread, back later for some fantastic lunch rolls etc. Thanks To You All Amazing

Myself and a friend had a Toasted sandwich and a coffee. The sandwiches were just the best. They were generous, wholesome and so tasty, a proper sandwich! Many thanks to Deli icious I will see you again soon.

My wife took me here yesterday. I over heard a guy ordering a sandwich. I casually asked him what he was having because I didn't have a clue. He replied the The Meat Manwich. All I can say is I can't stop thinking about her... Do as I did order the Meat Manwich with Jalapenos (if you like them) You're worth it.

We live locally and grab lunch from here every now and again. Sandwiches are amazing and the sausage rolls are so good too! Order ahead if you don't want to wait (or miss out - they get really busy sometimes!)

This is the most under-stated community resource in Mapperley! Everything one buys is of the highest quality. The prepared food is varied, professional, copious and first class. The staff have provided excellent service over the years and throughout the hard times of the pandemic they have continued to serve the community admirably. There is NOTHING I have ever purchased in Deli-cious, from cheeses, home-made cakes, high quality deli items and marvellous bread that hasn't been sourced with quality and affordability in mind. Businesses such as Deli-icious deserve to succeed. Every single one of the staff should be thanked and congratulated. For their professionalism throughout the past year. Just want to thank Louise and her Team Deli for providing a super lunch at our office for our retiring colleagues.Richard was a prompt, patient and polite delivery driver in the face of traffic congestion on site and the food was first-rate.There was an excellent choice of veggie and non-veggie sandwiches and snacks. All provided at relatively short notice despite this being their busiest time of year. Terrific service and I would unhesitatingly recommend them.Many thanks from Ian and colleagues

Really love this place, when lockdown is done I recommend the vegetarian breakfast, I'm not a vegetarian but it's deli-cious! Highest quality ingredients and I miss my mornings off when I used to visit most days.

I've been on this planet for 53 years so I've eaten a few salads in my time. Tbh, I wasn't expecting much, as salad doesn't really excite me, but I'm trying to look after myself well so I ordered a salad box with chicken and cheese. This turned out to be the most enjoyable salad experience I have ever encountered. I wondered if they might skimp on the chicken, but no, there was ample to satisfy my carnivorous appetite; great quality too. There was a bit of everything so that it wasn't just a meal, it was more like an adventure of culinary discovery. This was indeed the salad to destroy all other salads. In fact, you should name it "The Terminator" because I'll be back!

We ordered a delivery to work today and I cannot emphasize how good the sandwiches are, from bacon and brie to chicken jerk , everyone loved their food. we will definitely going again!

Surly service and mediocre coffee. Coffee slopped over the edge of the cup, tea bag left in teacup with no teaspoon to fish it out. Broken chairs fixed with gaffer tape. Not recommended. [We sat outside at the front - no teaspoons on the tables. I'm all for saving the planet, but those chairs need replacing. Sorry to hear about your mum.]

Delicious food. We normally order some baguettes and cake and have them delivered for lunch in the garden in the summer months. Staff very pleasant and helpful, especially the gentleman who does the deliveries.

Very good breakfast this morning.. well cooked and plenty of it ,only downside is I always feel let down if I don't get a pot of tea ..a mug with a tea bag in..not very ladylike is it ..still worth a visit

The corner of a paradise, this is my second visit at deli-icious ...and again my expectations been beated. The food is fresh like mum would prepare for you, well presented like an french kitchen chef would do. Cosy, in a very good way. Friendly and harmonic in his atmosphere. Many choice , salads, paninis, ciabattas and everything is perfectly combined . I genuinely love this place.

Amigo conocí para el almuerzo. Yo estaba impresionado con la variedad de sándwiches, pero quedé decepcionado con mi elección. Pastrón, Emmental y pepinillos. Era muy seco y los pepinillos cornichons" eran (lo siento si estoy siendo una pedant). Estábamos comiendo 'en', era un cargo adicional de £1. 75 pero te col y ensalada con su sándwich. No me molesta pero lo que me dieron fue una guarnición". Así que no esperes demasiado.El latté estaba bien. Sin embargo, para un café local, los precios eran más altos que el centro de la ciudad de Nottingham. Precio normalmente no me molestó, pero en esta ocasión no porque esperaba algo mejor.

What a wonderful place! Not only did they have fantastic Christmas gift ideas but the customer service is second to none! So friendly, helpful and really made me feel part of the community. Mapperley Top should be proud to have this place!

Hemos ido a Deli-icious la mejor parte de 3 años, y durante ese período se han convertido en amigos con Lou y su equipo. Sí, hay otros lugares en llanuras Mapperley con ofrendas similares, pero no son ni cerca en mi opinión. Tienen comida fresca con una amplia variedad de rellenos y pan. Mi Sábado regalo de un desayuno inglés completo en "Breakfast Club" es algo que después de una semana de trabajo y excelente compañía con otros clientes que también comer allí al mismo tiempo. No he incluso de experiencias y yo recién hecho tartas y quiches en venta!! - Muy recomendable

Un maravilloso lugar para comida fresca sabrosa, hay una buena variedad de alimentos para comer o para llevar. Nos las arreglamos para conseguir una mesa para comer y tuve una chaqueta fritas con queso, colas de cangrejo en salsa de Marie Rose y llegó con ensalada de col y algunos, había un montón de abastecerse y era muy abundante, mi hijo tenía un huevo mayonesa cob, que era bastante grande. El personal es muy amable y muy buena relación calidad-precio, asiduos aquí!

I have been a regular visitor here for probably three years but have never thought to add a review before.Living in the area I often call in either on my own or with my wife when walking our dog, or if I get the chance whilst at work to call in for a tasty sandwich and a coffee.The prices are not the cheapest but I would much rather pay for the supreme quality of the food served here than take a chance on a cheaper option elsewhere.Herein lies the dilemma. There are so many choices of fillings on so many different varieties of bread that I often find myself ordering the same thing rather than hold up the regular queue of customers!The side salad served with the sandwich is lovely, they have their own dressing which adds to the quality, and the array of boxed salads they sell are always full of very good quality product.The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is always nice to sit at the counter near the window watching the world go by whilst enjoying a snack and coffee.I usually manage to resist the selection of lovely cakes and sponges they sell but can't resist the pecan sponge the occasionally have in.They also sell a wide range of very good quality condiments, jams, honey, marmalade and other products. Christmas time is especially good for getting those little extra treats for family members.

I work in the centre of Nottingham, but if I can pass by Mapperley top, I make a point of nipping in for lunch. If work colleagues know I'm going, then I have to buy for them too. Not cheap, but worth it.

I always eat in Deli-licious when visiting Mapperley , Nottingham. Today I had a bacon baguette with sun dried tomatoes - wonderful! The service,cafe hygiene & food was excellent. Well worth a visit by anyone wanting a proper cup of tea & real food.Marie

First time visiting this place and it provides a good range of pickles,chutneys etc. Its almost like alittle deli aswell as being a cafe/eatery. Its a good little spot in the heart of Mapperley centre. Well worth a visit!

I often buy take away baguettes from here. They offer a huge range of fillings, good quality ingredients, very freshly baked bread, each baguette made up to your own preferences, the service is provided by friendly helpful staff, and at prices you would expect to pay for a good quality supermarket sandwich. They also sell an excellent range of locally baked bread.

I visit Deli-licious quite often - all of their food is lovely and the shop stocks some gorgeous things at reasonable prices. Their jars of jams, sauces etc are very nice too.

I highly recommend Deli-icious. They excelled themselves for our special gathering of 80+ people yesterday at St Marks, Woodthorpe. Nothing was too much trouble, they provided yummy sandwiches & beautifully presented cakes and served tea and coffee which everyone enjoyed. My family and I are very grateful for everything they did for us and will recommend to all our friends in Nottingham. Huge thanks again.

Went there twice and had lunch inside... There is a huge list of sandwiches with different fillings and they are good and inventive. The eating area is a bit cramp and not very clean (tables not being wiped between customers) and the floor needs to be renovated, hence the 4 stars.

A warm welcome from Louise, Andi, Clare and the team, the best bacon butty on beautiful bread, fab homemade cake, all served in a buzzing atmosphere and with some great chat and a smile.What more can you ask for on a Saturday morning?

On a miserable cold rainy morning in Mapperley, Deli-icious‏ was a rare treat. I was welcomed as soon as I came in and told to sit down and make myself comfortable - so I did! This intriguing mix of deli, gift shop and café is a delight and what makes it for me, over and above the excellent breakfast (smoked salmon, creamy soft scrambled and hot granary toast) and friendly service, is the fact that there is a regular clientele who come back again and again. This was evidenced by the number of people who came in while I was there who were greeted by their name as they asked for their "usual" and then fell into conversation that could only be those that are between people who know each other well. Next time, you're in Nottingham, give this place a try as you'll feel that much nicer (and fuller!) when you eventually leave!

As always its nice to take a friend somewhere that you've been raving about and for them to be delighted too. At lunchtime it is busy more often than not, because the discerning customers are prepared to wait (not for an unreasonable length of time) for top quality food served by dedicated staff in pleasant, quirky surroundings.My friend had the scrambled free-range eggs with smoked salmon and I had a lovely egg sandwich followed by a Welbeck bakery's delicious toasted teacake. Delicious coffee (from the folk at 200 degrees?) with some nice fellow customers with whom we had a good natter.The sandwich menu is extensive, everything is prepared freshly and is always, always deli-icious!Give it a go, please!

Deli-licious is one of the best eating places I've ever been to . You can enjoy high quality tasty food without the exorbitant high cost and pretentiousness of similar dining and takeaway establishments. It is a place of genuine friendliness and has a great feel to it. Not the most spacious of places so it has an intimacy and cosiness that i really enjoy. It makes a refreshing change to the formulaic chain of franchises every high street seems to have these days.The food choice is phenomenal and you are always made to feel welcome- best olives in the world! We first went in deli-licious on a sheep hunt through the precinct. The staff were so welcoming and friendly we have been back every month to try a cheesy treat. Not sure its for you ? They are happy for you to sample a small portion which for my cheese loving daughter is brilliant.

I love this place, the menu, the food, the staff & the pecan buns...absolutely brilliant. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Deli-icious make and bake their baguettes fresh daily on site, and use some absolutely top-notch ingredients for their sandwiches, wraps and salad boxes. You will see few (if any) factory-made fillings here, and the result is absolutely divine!Somehow, they keep their takeaway prices only pence more expensive than some of Greggs equivalent, yet Deli-icious are in another league.For eating-in, they'll bring you a generously filled baguette with 'posh crisps' and homemade coleslaw for under a fiver, and have many home made cakes and fresh coffee and tea available also. My only criticism is that the place is quite small so has few tables, and the lack of proper aircon means it can get quite hot/stuffy inside, but I can't let this take away from the five star rating I have to give them, rather it's a bit of constructive feedback if they happen to read this. Well done, guys! Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you for all the lovely baguettes so far :-)
