my cream was missing. to go with my cookie waffle

I ordered this for my sister as she had a horrible day at work and asked the staff if they could leave my note on her food. she appreciated both the note, food and fast service

I always get the mystery box. I would love if what you got, came with a label, so if you really like something, you know what to ask for the ext time you order x

I ordered a white choc chip cookie dough with white chocolate sauce. and i thought it would be a white cookie with white chocolate chips in but it wasn't it was milk chocolate cookie dough with white chocolate chips in and white sauce. unfortunately I couldn't eat it as I can't have milk chocolate.

Absolutely vile was burned and rock hard!

Ice cream sundae, waffle and cookie dough were all delicious. Delivery took over 1hr 15 mins which was a little disappointing.

Banana split sundae...sorry but all was totally tastless vanilla? ice cream?. No banana flavour at all. Even the actual slices of banana didn't taste of banana. I threw half away as got fed up. just to be sure it wasn't me, I ate a supermarket banana I had at home, and it tasted of banana, so dunno why this dessert was so tastless. won't order here again.

Ordered via Uber eats on accident as I was only browsing what they had and put an order through by accident and was not able to cancel through Uber eats and phoned up less than 2 minutes after the order went through and I have still been charged and they have kept my money stating they had already made my order. 1/5 absolute shambles

Ordered jacket potato with beans and just got potato with cheese that was melted at bottom wasn’t even on the jacket potato. The steak and rice had been absolutely smothered with mayo with we didn’t even want nor did it say it in description. The milkshakes were nice but one was leaking. So disappointed with our order.

I ordered a cookie dough and it said £1.01 to get this delivered which i added with a can £1.50. They then called me to tell me i had to spend £5 more to get it delivered. He then argued with me when the order had been accepted i said to refund my order which they didn’t do so my partner called to get the refund and they agreed to deliver my order. It then came in 20 mins (i live 15 mins from the store) and it was cold they basically cooked it for less than 5 minutes. Appalling.

Tried to get more money out of me. I’ve never had to pay more for a delivery but all of a sudden they called me and asked for an extra £2 which I refused to pay as I have never had to before. I said refund but they decided to deliver.

Driver rang me to ask me to come down for my food. My partner went down & they said the driver only got out of the car when they saw him. The driver made no attempt to buzz my door. I live in a maisonette.

We ordered 6 shakes, delivered on time, the aero mint shake was watery and lacking flavour, tried the kids biscoff shake which was slightly better. Compared to Moonlight in Bradford the shakes at deli delight were lacking flavour and thickness. Very pleasant service so in all not bad but not great.

The deserts were delicious and beautiful gorgeous taste

ordered jam roly poly. swiss roll and custard turned up. joke man. they should reject and refund rather than send 20pence worth of wrong food.

Wow . Wow. Wow .Absolutely amazing. Hot cookie dough cooked to perfection and come hot!. Carrot cake was soft and fluffy and not dry at all . Biscoff cheese cake light and fluffy and the flavour was not overwhelming at all . I had Red Velvet Galato with it. Absolutely the HIGHLIGHT !! Only thing I would change would be to have the Galato in a pot and not with the cheese cake 🤗

I usually rate this food place. However, on this occasion I have had to rate it 2 stars due to the lack of chicken with meal. Paid £6 for chips, salad, and few scraps of chicken. I have photos

Me and my partner go here all the time if not too much. They’re lovely people and so welcoming and nice and even get to know us personally by name which is the best customer service. We try different things and everything we try we just absolutely love 🥰 delivery is always good and even picking up to dining in all experiences are amazing. Our fave place even the steak wraps 🌶️

At Deli Delight, I ordered the waffle and milkshake. The waffle itself was a fluffy masterpiece, arriving golden brown and begging to be doused in sweet, creamy goodness. And the milkshake? Rude staff on the phone sent food that wasn't what we ordered then he started shouting down the phone saying it was my fault he sent the wrong order out but refused to send me what I payed for just pure rude

Very rude staff I rang just to inform I had received the incorrect order for a member of their staff to shout down phone at me telling me I need to sort my dementia out and it was my fault why I had got the wrong order I explained I order what they advertised on the menu but still he continues to shout calling me dementia. I explained if any thing was to be added to what I order wich i didnt ask for needed to be displayed due to people having allergy or other options with it did not. I understand any one can get thing wrong some time but there is no excuse to be spoken to so rude and disgusting as that this needs sorting.

Was very disappointed. The sundae was horrible the vanilla type ice cream tasted like it had sand in it & the chocolate in the mint ice cream tasted very strange. Like it was old. The chocolate was stale & the cheesecake wasn’t nice either. The milkshake however was ok but the order was disappointing and I definitely wouldn’t order again & those prices it should be good quality

Took a really long time for 2 drinks, when the drinks came one of them was nothing like the description on the menu and was in fact just plain sprite or 7up, (was meant to be a mojito mocktail) not worth what I paid for it. The other one was also quite disappointing compared to how it was described.

The sundae’s didn’t have any fruit in like stated, they only had ice cream and a tiny bit of whipped cream in the top- definitely not worth £6.25 each for ice cream. The crepe was rubber and couldn’t even cut it! It tasted of nothing!

Food missing from order. Shocking service when trying to resolve. Told me to ring back the following day to get the remainder of my order delivered then got accused of lying when I rang back up. Hopefully JustEat will be able to refund me!

Ordered deserts as a treat for our family. Arrived later than advised, but more so frustrating is that the jam roly poly we ordered two of, was actually not even jam roly poly but just a Swiss Roll!! Smallest portion and a tiny slice to add more insult, but ended up not even edible so was thrown in the bin! The crepe for my son was hard and had a weird yellow colour to it, ordered an Oreo one and there was literally less than half an Oreo crumbled on top and hardly any sauce! Requested no cream on the milkshake and came with cream, and the chocolate cake seemed stale!! Very disappointed after spending £40 - will not be returning, or ever recommend to anyone - poor food quality in every way.

Very nice food that arrived quickly and was piping hot (and freezing cold)

Was cold when it arrive and it took 2 hour and 15 minutes to arrive

The food was great and so was the quality of it on delivery. Despite the icy conditions the driver still managed just fine and got here on good time.

Really nice cookie dough and tasty jammie dodger milkshake, definitely worth the money. My only issue was the cookie dough, I ordered the bubblegum one and it says it comes with bubblegum sauce and a scoop of bubblegum ice cream, unfortunately it just came with plain vanilla ice cream and it did come covered with bubblegum millions which I had to pick off but I know for future I will just ask for them without :) other than that. I will be ordering again! Thanks.

We got the mystery box which consisted of 4 desserts and 3 tubs of ice cream. 3 out if 4 desserts were BANGING! Let down by the apple pie 😂

The takeaway experience was fantastic! The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the panini was mouthwateringly delicious. The flavors were on point, and the portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend trying their dishes. You won't be disappointed!

Everything was lovely. If I had one criticism it would be that the waffle was doughy and tasted undercooked. Other than that, spot on!

We order 2 deserts and after near 2 hours of waiting we rang the restaurant and they said that the receipt forgot to print so we was forgotten about. The guy was very polite and apologetic and gave us some extra ice cream and the deserts were lovely.
