Dee Dees Family Cafe in Luton

Service getting a lot worse,most of the items on the menu they have on got. Some had some soup today which normally come with bread and butter ,but not today . Enquiry about and got a snappy answer No . Better of going to Ms Donald just across the way. Nicer food and BETTER customer service.

I use to go in weekly, on a saturday but have visited twice in the last month. First time their was no milk and today there was 2 sandwiches and sausage rolls in the chiller only. I ordered jacket potato with tuna mayo. The potota was hard in the middle and no salad on the plate. There was also a sign saying cash only. Dee Dee's use to be a nice place but why risk going there when there is no food !

Went to Range Sat 19th did a lot of Xmas shopping decided to stop in the cafe upstairs for a coffee. We ordered a pizza which was awful, coffee two cold drinks.our young grandson has a food problem and doesn’t eat anything unless from his mum. We paid sat down. He opened a packet of crisps that we had brought in. Next minute the young lady came over to us saying you are a thief, tried to explain she wasn’t having any of it, she obviously has a food problem herself would have thought she would be a bit more understanding, Range cafe should not allow their staff to behave like this. We will not shop at Range again or use this cafe.

Went to the cafe in the range today , not very good at all hardly any food available, so orderd a sausage roll, that arrived burnt and dry and a bacon toasties that was only toasted on one side , of white soggy bread only one girl serving who said she had hardly anything in stock or ready , it's usually OK there but gone down hill

Went for lunch whilst shopping in the Range. No one was at the front counter to serve even though it was lunchtime. When a member of staff finally came out to take my order they looked extremely flustered. Food was very average. It is very clear that they do not have enough staff. One to miss !

Shopping at The Range we decided to stop for a coffee and snack to be told they were not serving for 15 minutes... middle of a Saturday, not good.

Went here yesterday while Christmas shopping. Had a really nice cuppa and a lovely bit of shortbread at a good price. Staff friendly and comfy seating. I would recommend!
