Dee Dee's Family Cafe in Peterborough

First time at Five Guys, was served by Ayesha, she was so friendly and explained the menu. She was also very efficient with the ordering process. The food was lovely and I'm glad me and the wife got a small chips between us as we still didn't eat them all 😂 the burgers were lovely too! I like that you have more flexibility in choosing the topping than you get with other places.

Great dinner out for Mother’s Day! We ordered full rack of ribs (really yummy), Margherita pizza - cooked to perfection and I had beef lasagne with a side salad and fries. The beef lasagna was amazing and a really big portion! Really good desserts too - a cheesecake, the chocolate fudge brownies and I had my favourite apple crumble and custard. We were stuffed! This Frankie & Benny’s is always great, has very attentive staff who want you to have great service and really yummy food! We do think we preferred the large menu choices before ' known but understand why the menus have been reduced. Prices have gone up too but no different to everywhere I guess. Compared to Wildwood, where we went tonight, F&B’s is 100% way nicer! Really good vegan menu too!

I had an order and the fries were missing called the restaurant they dropped my missing utem within minutes I can't fault them thank you

I made an order an hour ago for collection, we came to collect the 2 pizzas. I’m very sick, i wanted to order delivery but they don’t provide delivery for the area where we live, so had to come and collect it. Now we came, and they said ‘they gave our pizzas to someone else by mistake, because they had a similar name. They are sorry.’ I asked how can this happen? They said ‘they had a similar name’. I asked ‘don’t you ask for their order number when collecting the pizza?’ Their reply was ‘no, we don’t, it’s his mistake.’ Then they asked me for the order number I clearly said I ordered an hour ago so they have time to make it as I don’t feel well, I don’t want to wait for it in the car. Then now, they told me they will make it just now. I’m very disappointed about this service!
