Debenhams in Bromley

Desayunamos hoy pero el tocino estaba frío y el resto no mucho más cálido, fue decepcionante. El café estaba bien también millonarios shortcake.

Buena variedad de alimentos y opciones de compra. Se enfría un poco mientras espera la preparación de las bebidas y paga. De lo contrario, un lugar agradable. Podría servir para colocar las bandejas usadas como mesas que el personal no necesariamente borra rápidamente.

Una muy buena gama de ropa para hombres ahora. Compró 3 camisas y 2 pantalones cortos en 1 golpe. Los precios tenían un 20% de descuento, por lo que es aún más una ganga. Mucha variedad y excelentes precios.

Bonita tienda para pasear pero no muy emocionante. Bonita sección de ropa para mujer, pero no me gusta demasiado la ropa de diseño.

Mi hijo me informó que Debenhams iba a cerrar. Como vivo en Estados Unidos, estaba decidido a irme de vacaciones. Fácilmente encontré todo lo que quería y a buen precio.

Many of the franchise brands have either left or downsized their floor space , this is very sad to see the decline and its not helped by the stores attitude to providing a bag for your purchase. I don't understand why they insist on plastic bags which they charge for unlike Primark who are more than happy to provide paper bags and they don't aspire to be a department store. Its also very hard to find any staff to serve other then at the make up counters . It has the appearance of a dying store but then that's not surprising considering what's going on behind the scenes . I do hope that it does not become a victim of the decline of the high street and that its fortunes can be revived as it would be a shame to loose it from the Glades.

This is a convenient place for a break whilst shopping with good food and drink. There are plenty of tables and the service is friendly.

We use this cafe/ restaurant a lot. It is clean and with good quick counter service. Hot snacks can take a little while to be delivered to the table, but it's no big hassle. We enjoy the coffee and scones or cake. Reasonably priced and not overcrowded.

Was shopping for an outfit for my daughter's wedding without really knowing what I wanted. The personal shopper took pity on me and went out of her way to advise me, suggesting things that I wouldn't have thought of. She made the whole process very painless and I ended up with a fantastic dress and jacket And on a subsequent visit I got a bag and shoes that went perfectly.

Came here just before 12 noon and fancied a bacon sandwich but noticed breakfast items were only served until 11.45am. I asked anyway and was told it wasn't a problem. Sandwich was very good and staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend

Debenhams is the only department store in The Glades, but as with everything Debenhams quality counts. The children's meal is very good and is good value for money. We only tend to eat lightly here when shopping overruns or when our little one who needs to eat a little more regulary than us is in a need of a little extra nourishment. We have never been disappointed with what we have ordered.

We often go in to Debenhams café for a snack or just a coffee when shopping in the Glades. The service is usually quite quick and it is clean and the tables are cleared quickly. It is a good place to meet friends for a chat.

well situated next to intu is the best it gets very slow service with not a lot of choice food wise ?? it's okay for a coffe or a cup of tea

Typical chain store eating place. Been here twice this year and everything seems to take FOREVER... so if you are in a rush maybe go somewhere else. Food is very very average aand not a lot of love over the counter either. This space maybe better suited to retailing as in its current mode is very disappointing.

No complaints - lattes were huge and hot, tea good and cheese scones tasty, soft and fresh! Toilets close by - we got there early around 11 am - at lunch time it was very busy indeed.

called in for a light lunch which was jacket spud, and also ordered a gingerbread latte, my money was taken by a till operative and she requested my latte from a male member of staff standing behind, who the proceeded to ask someone else to make it (as there were 3 other female staff members just chatting, ) they then have a discussion as to who will make it, finally 1 girl gets a cup and puts milk in it then "froths" it then puts the cup on the side, meanwhile my lunch had been placed on my tray, after a minute or so the girl gets out the squirty cream, squirts on top of the hot milk and hands it to me, I point out that a gingerbread latte is supposed to have coffee and the all important Gingerbread syrup in to give it the flavour, the staff members all look blankly at one another all the while my lunch is now getting cold, so I ask for a refund on my coffee which is done, without an apology or an offer of a fresh one, I shall not return to them for coffee as the staff are clearly untrained weekend students . the 2 stars are for the potato as this was decent. I visit Bromley on a regular almost dally basis, and the mon-fri staff are ok, but I will remember not to coffee at the weekend here.

Nos llamó un bocadillo rápido para comer cuando visite Bromley por primera vez. El personal era demasiado ocupados hablando de cada uno en vez de tratar de servir a la cola de los clientes. Los sándwiches elegimos eran muy seca y los rollos de pan no hubiera sido cortadas muy profundidad, así que no había mucho abundante en ellos. Después de comer nuestro bocadillo mi marido decidió tener un bollo así que tuvimos que hacer cola y nos dieron el mismo desinteresado servicio, el bollo era también muy seco. Hemos estado en restaurantes los almacenes Debenhams antes y nunca he experimentado esto
