Fabulous place! Food was 10/10, we went midweek at lunch time and it was nice and quiet, got served quickly and have no complaints! Big portion sizes so worth the price! Great for a special occasion - crispy chilli chicken - double smashed steak burger - chocolate brownie - frozen caramelised peach cheesecake - homemade lemonades

My husband and I went for Sunday lunch for our anniversary, our server was wonderful but we had such a terrible experience with the food and the chef that we had to ask for a refund and left feeling extremely stressed! I’m pregnant so can’t have red/raw meat so asked for the sirloin well done, they brought it out dripping blood so I couldn’t eat any of it. Our server apologised and took it back to the kitchen and we heard the chef explode in anger at the server, swearing about us and shouting at her. We could hear every word and felt extremely awkward. When it finally came out again we’d already finished and left in a hurry feeling like we’d been told off. The food was fine but nothing special. Never going back there for sure, such an awful culture!!

Amazing cheese, you have to try the fondue and tarteflette! A relaxed venue with friendly and knowledgeable service. They also have a cheeky gin and cocktail bar upstairs.

Two of my favourite dishes are French onion soup and Ceasar salad. I had both of these today from the fixed price menu £15.95. They were both lovely and very tasty. The salad had the correct ingredients (you can get all manner of variations) including anchovies. I would definitely recommend d'Arry's. Well done guys!

We had been recommended by a family member and we are so glad we listened to them! The food and service were equally as good, lovely atmosphere and good value for money considering it’s location. The next time we visit Cambridge we will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Great courtyard area for lunch on Thursday in the sun. There is also an upstairs terrace for the evenings. The Wine bar is a couple of minutes walk from the Market square in Cambridge, but great food and good selection of Wine. Very good service too Highly recommend

Food is not great. Ordered crispy chilli chicken with teriyaki udon noodles & got non-crispy strips of chicken breast with udon noodles smothered in sweet chilli sauce with no teriyaki in sight. My partner ordered ribs which were very average. The service wasn’t great either. Would not recommend for food, especially when there are so many other great places for food in Cambridge.

We wandered into town for a look see a we love here we don't often go into the centre. It was heaving and horrible! On the way out we thought we'd try this charming restaurant that has a eclectic air and super friendly staff. The menu was wide and our choices, starters & mains were delicious. As a vegetarian it was also good to get a decent meal too - I eat more than most veggies! Very much worth a visit & we'll be back.

Went for a hen do evening - had a private room which we were allowed to accessorise. Staff were lovely, meal took a while to come (I guess they had staff issues like a lot of hospitality)but well worth the wait. Fish & chips huge portion but had to finish it as so nice - 10/10 for kitchen staff! Overall experience great would definitely recommend ******

The food was amazing so well done to the chefs. However, the service was shocking. We were a large table but other than us there were only two or three other small tables. One of my friends got completely missed for her drinks order, after the whole table had arrived we waited for around 30mins to order our food, when the food came out the wait staff didn't know what they had came out with so had to take some of the food back to the kitchen to ask what it was, they then cleared our plates but at no point were we asked if we'd like any more drinks or dessert, we all just sat there for another 30 minutes before flagging down a waitress to pay. She took one payment and then disappeared again. I used to be a waitress so if someone from the table wanted to pay I would sort of assume others would too? Flagged someone down again and she took another 3 payments, I asked her for a menu so I could work out how much I owe, she gave me a menu and then disappeared again! It was also absolutely freezing in there, we were next to the spiral stairs, is there no door at the top of there? Most of us sat with our coats on all evening, and we could also smell cigarette smoke coming through there at one point. I would go back as the food was great but certainly not before going out to do anything else!

My wife is egg and dairy intolerant and we were walking down King Street looking for somewhere to eat. We were drawn to the look of the restaurant, mainly the logo. We examined the menu and decided it looked good. We went in and were greeted straightaway by a pleasant waiter. We picked sharer bread and olives which was delivered with our well priced drinks. The bread was warm and plentiful and gorgeous. My wife picked the Salmon with Teriyaki Udon Noodles and I went for the Stolen French dipped tender beef. Both were fantastic dishes. We were offered the dessert menu but were too full to try.

We visited here as a group (Hen Party) on Saturday evening. Amazing place, we loved it! Great range of drinks but also great cocktails and reasonably priced for Cambridge. Bit off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Great outdoor space. Definitely would recommend visiting here.

Brought my friends here after coming for a brilliant meal in January. This place has gone sooo downhill. Where are all the personable servers that used work here? I was greeted by by a waitress who was slouched elbow first by the till as if she was trying to clean it with her shirt. The place empty unlike when I have come before, half the food items were unavailable and one of my ygroup was served a nut based dish despite repeatedly telling the server that she was allergic to nuts. Overall a horrible experience and I feel pretty lucky to have walked away alive. AVOID!

Since this became Stolen and Liquor loft it has been playing very loud music, deliberately placing its speakers in the upper windows pointing outside, going on until 1 or 2am, keeping residents awake. If you care about the Cambridge environment or social decency you should not frequent this place.

I live locally and enjoyed this restaurant previously, however this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Cambridge. We had to return one inedible dish and the rest weren’t much better. Staff were pleasant enough, but it was clear to all that the food wasn’t up to par.

Recommended by a friend we thought we’d give it a try and we definitely weren’t disappointed. We asked for a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu and it was no issue at all, only thing was that I could’ve drunk more cocktails but we had a bus to catch! Also had the chocolate sourdough loaf, it was delicious, sweet but offset by the berry compote, will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to Cambridge.

Visitamos Cambridge durante el fin de semana como una parada en boxes en nuestro camino a Norfolk desde Londres y descubrimos esta pequeña joya escondida.A nuestra llegada, unos caballeros muy amables nos recibieron con los brazos abiertos, a pesar de que no teníamos reserva. Nos llevaron arriba y realmente no sabíamos a dónde ir desde aquí, así que nos dirigimos al bar cuando un tipo que trabajaba allí dijo que teníamos que pedir en una mesa. Luego les pregunté si tenían uno y me dijo que no entendía la pregunta. Sin embargo, estos chicos regresaron y tomaron una mesa de pie (pensé que solo podía sentarse en un bar) y nos dijeron que había una mesa agradable y acogedora para 2 a la vuelta de la esquina. Habiendo estado decepcionado por los cambios realizados desde que D'Arrys se convirtió en Robado, es bueno publicar una reseña más positiva. Visitamos para el almuerzo; se sentó afuera y tenía un menú de 2 platos Prixe Fixe, que también tenía un descuento, muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sabroso plato principal de bistec de salmón braseado y rarebit. V personal amable y servicial. 4 estrellas en lugar de 5, porque tuve que pedir un menú fijo de precio (anunciado afuera, pero la camarera parecía ignorarlo y no se menciona en el menú que me dieron, esto necesita más trabajo), y la lima y la soda que pedí inicialmente eran un bebida de limonada, cuando pregunté, obtuve una bebida de limonada con gas que no pregunté más. Me complace que el menú dominado por la masa fermentada parece haber vuelto a un menú más equilibrado, más parecido a D'Arrys. Probaré asador el domingo pronto. Avanzando en la dirección correcta ahora, me complace que hayan tomado nota de los comentarios de los clientes.

Thought we’d make the most of bank holiday weekend and ‘eat out to help out’ (ty Boris)! We came for an evening meal and were not disappointed. This is now the 4th time I’ve eaten here and can never fault it, the service is great and staff always friendly. They’ve created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and AMAZING food (recommend the duck sourdough pizza).Affordable, friendly and tasty! Would recommend.

We turned up here for desserts and drinks, staff were very happy to serve us without mains. All were very friendly, gave recommendations. They were true to their word of being able to ask for something not on the menu, and pulled the stops out to make us milkshakes! Delicious desserts, good portion sizes and felt really accommodated. Took a little time to get the bill but this was acknowledged and we were overall very happy customers.

Ella dio excelentes recomendaciones sobre bebidas para todos nosotros y la comida de su extenso menú, que estaba delicioso. De hecho, el servicio excepcional que brindó a mis amigos y a mí hizo que nuestra noche fuera un poco más especial. Sin duda recomendaría a cualquiera que visite Cambridge como un lugar secreto escondido para pasar la noche en buena compañía. Utterly disappointed with this restaurant. Waited over 2hrs from time of booking to be served food. Unappetizing cocktail followed by a nasty burger. Service was awful. Menu options just weird. When I complained to the staff they did not respond and when pressed, told me it was busier than usual (it did not look full). They then tried to make me pay service on an already over priced burger. Added to this they had messed up the table booking. I will not be returning and would encourage others to avoid.

Happy hour is great. Pizza is £6. Cheap and delicious. Beef pizza and mushroom pizza is good. Beer is good. Good souvenir.

the atmosphere is cozy then the welcome is perfect with smiling and kind waitresses. to finish of course the food is with good quality and different from what you can see elsewhere.

I’d previously been here once before with my husband for dinner and had a lovely meal. I decided to bring my brother and sister back for a long lunch on Saturday and was hoping it would be just as good. I wasn’t disappointed. The ambience of the restaurant with great music and candles is brilliant. The food was amazing. I can highly recommend the steaks are high pizza and also the salmon. The staff though really made it for us, especially Lauren. We kept our table all afternoon and enjoyed lots of cocktails. Nothing was too much trouble. A really great afternoon. We will definitely be back.

Stolen was recommended by a friend. So we went on arrival were the only lunchtime couple and we had initial concerns that soon went away. The staff were very pleased and obliging. I had the tuna and my wife had salmon our salads we shared. Both meals were lovely. We had to wait while being cooked but that was expected. There wine is supplied directly from Australia and not available in shops. My wife was pleasantly surprised at how ice the sauvignon blanc was. The price was fair for the quality. We will be going again.

Came here for a solo business dinner. I had a duck hoisin burger which was actually duck hoisin in a flat bread sandwich. That said I really enjoyed it and would certainly come again to try other food. Service was friendly and helpful and the brownie I had for dessert was also fine. Overall it was a good meal for a slightly high price but probably reasonable for Cambridge. It was the best meal I had in 3 days.

Came here for a Sunday roast, I would describe it as incredible. You chose your meat then help yourself to as much veg ( cauliflower cheese is amazing ) as you want. Impeccable service and will definitely be returning in the near future :)

the sourdough is really really good. their toppingd were not very tasty. The tonato sauce was sour and also not tasty. You could find The tomato sauce in spoonful of chunks here and there on the sourdough. The fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings were really bad. 5mins after they are served, they got stone hard, possibly they were frozen AND fried for too long. Their wine menu was also weak. Haven't tried the liquor pub but looks nice.

We were served by charlie, the owner. He talked us through the menu perfectly and our sourdough with fillet steak (‘steaks are high’) was AMAZING. I will 100% return to try more of the menu. Plus the liquor loft upstairs is an awesome area for a pre-dinner drink. 10/10

We happened upon Stolen on the edge of the pedestrian center of the city. Their pizza/flatbread and sauces are a big feature. My husband ordered the filet of beef and I ordered a pizza with filet and we have to say it was the most tender filet. Right up there with the best.

I visited Stolen with a large group of about 20 heads for Christmas dinner. We were offered a place to havendrinks, before being escorted to the beautifully decorated room equipped with an Alexa for our own entertainment during the meal. We were served by a lady called Fon who was fantastic. She would frequently check up on us throughout the meal to ensure everything was okay and that no drinks were needed, whilst also giving us plenty of time to have our work-related talks and presentations. She insisted that the room was for us and that there was no rush to leave. Despite the large group, our meals were served in good time and was delicious. Stolen was exceptionally helpful in accommodating my friends and I for a long, chatty group dinner and drinks -- at a fabulous big table right next to the fire place! The staff were wonderful and the food and drinks were completely delicious. We loved the atmosphere of Stolen. The lighting and decor were so well thought out and fun and made the whole experience fantastic!

Delicious meal, great service and fab veggie options. We will be back! Not been since new ownership and we were delighted with our meal. I had the carrot salad and tomato pizza and it was fabulous. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the carvery and my daughter said the triple burger was amazing! The extra sauce (chimmichuri) I had with my pizza is a recipe I’d love!

We visited Stolen for lunch with our son after dropping him off for the next term at uni. Very friendly and attentive service from Charlie, we had a great sourdough Truffling pizza, steak and a burger, with homemade lemonade and beer. Miscalculated and left no room for dessert, will plan better next time!

Visited with my little son for a dinner. Staff was amazing very very helpful all of them and great knowledge. Good was just beautiful delicious and homemade. Great job guys definitely will be coming back in a nearest future <3
