Dane & Port in Bournemouth

No soy de los que escribe comentarios, pero tuvimos una experiencia tan excepcional que quería compartir con todos los que están meditando si les gustaría experimentar Dane y Port. Toda la experiencia fue simplemente excelente. Desde el entorno - la sensación acogedora, el servicio 1 - 2 - 1 del propietario y, por supuesto, la deliciosa comida. Hay tanto cuidado y atención a los detalles del entorno del restaurante desde las plantas prósperas, y las citas en las paredes a los sabores simples y deliciosos e incluso el agua era agua de ósmosis inversa (no hay agua corriente del grifo!). Sientes que realmente les importa la comida y lo que pones en tu cuerpo. También nos encantó Isobel (el propietario), ella hizo la experiencia también. La describimos como una madre de la tierra - enseñándonos mucho sobre los ingredientes, cómo ingredientes como hierbas trabajan juntas, diferentes sales al gusto, etc., pero también sobre cómo hacer y preparar alimentos es una forma de vida para la buena salud y ser parte de la comunidad. Ella también fue más allá para que fuera una experiencia especial para mi cumpleaños. Ella nos sorprendió con un pastel y una diadema de cumpleaños, así como una sorpresa después de la cena. Gracias Isobel, todos tuvimos una experiencia fantástica e inolvidable, realmente lo apreciamos. Nos encanta lo que estás haciendo y representando (que la comida es medicina). Y... si alguna vez consideras hacer talleres estaremos muy interesados. Gracias, Caroline y la pandilla x

Excelente almuerzo. Cuenco nutritivo con sabores increíbles. Sabroso zumo y tarta de queso increíble! Todo hecho de ingredientes frescos y saludables. ambiente fabuloso también

Una muy buena experiencia de almuerzo con Dane y Oporto. ¡Tan increíbles sabores de comida, con un gran jugo y un desierto! Todo hecho en casa e impresionante!

Vivimos en el lugar, pero nunca hemos visto esta pequeña joya antes. Junto a la parada de taxis en Poole Road en el extremo de County Gates. Tuvimos un delicioso brunch y un gran servicio. Personal muy servicial y amable. No estamos basados en plantas, pero tratamos de comer opciones más saludables y esto fue delicioso. Tortilla española con espinacas y cebolla.

Mi tazón de almuerzo de £ 12 hoy fue delicioso. Puedes sentir el amor y cuidado que entra en cada una de las partes separadas que entran en armonía cuando se sirven. Hoy fue dhal de lentejas, quinoa al horno, papas cajún, col rizada crujiente y cubierto con ensalada de col roja. No solo deliciosa y llena, sino también saludable y orgánica. Me encanta este lugar y realmente debería visitar más!

La comida es exquisita. El uso de hierbas despierta las papilas gustativas. El restaurante es pequeño pero no estrecho. He visitado muchas veces y nunca me ha decepcionado. La comida es orgánica, vegana y sin gluten Fui a almorzar tarde con un amigo. No hay menú, se sirve lo que se ha preparado para ese día y hay una amplia gama de bebidas y algunas opciones para el desierto. Tenía el pastel de queso de lima y coco que era mi desierto favorito hasta ahora.

Dane & Port es un restaurante popular en Westbourne por una muy buena razón, la comida es épica. Semana laboral ocupada y descubierta consiguiendo una comida para llevar que era perfecto

Una visita repetida a Dane&Port. Qué increíble comida de comida vegetariana / vegana. Esta semana tenía un chef y la comida todavía estaba a los altos estándares con una gran variedad de sabores. Thanks chris_conscious_cook

What a wonderful lunch. Good, tasty food. Lovely ambience. Very friendly people. Great ethos. Highly recommend it and a surprise downstairs!

I honestly can’t fault this restaurant. I only ever get delivery, but the food is always delicious, great quality, and never ceases to fill the stomach & please the palette. most recently had the Potatoes of the Day, Focca Bread & Black Bean Pâté. to die for 🤤 If you’re ever looking for somewhere to dine, or fancy a tasty takeaway, this is one of Bournemouth’s hotspots. 11/10. Highly Recommended.

This is a phenomenal restaurant in Westbourne, and they also do lunch takeaways. This is an amazing pot of food and a good selection. I look forward to going back to eating there!

Well, this is a little gem of a place. Nice surroundings, relaxed, friendly staff and the food …. Awesome. Really good quality, tasty food. Generous portions. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you don’t visit this venue you are missing a trick for sure !!

Dane and Port provided a wonderfully tasty, vegan and gluten free meal. The atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. The host are lovely and warmly welcoming people.

This place is amazing. We were recommended to go here. Food was yummy & nutritious. Downstairs market area also great. Love the ethos of everything. We booked the latest available time on Christmas Eve -1530. We had imagined that we'd be a bit spoilt with special foods. We ate deliciously but just very standard fare for the restaurant. We felt as though we had to rush out due to family waiting for the host to commence their own Christmas. It was our Christmas meal out. On turning around after leaving we saw the host roll his eyes as he shut the door. Perhaps we just shouldn't have booked thinking we'd celebrate with a festive meal at this restaurant. If the booking was available.........we figured they wanted us there. Sadly we won't rush back.

There are no words that could explain well enough what our experience has been here. We came here for the first time last night for dinner and came back for brunch today. So good was our whole experience that we have changed our hotel to be nearer to here in March. Plant based, free from processed food (incl sugar) and organic. Unique in so many ways. The food is made from what is seasonally available and fresh. Home made food that is so obviously made with love. Both Robin and Isobel were welcoming and their passion in what they are doing is so apparent. It is such a breath of fresh air coming here. We have been to many, many vegan and/or plant based restaurants all over the country and although we can say we have had some great meals and experiences, this restaurant Dane & Port far exceeds any others. Being organic is the icing on the top! Thank you to you both.

All natural good food. Pleasant interior, Would definitely go again. Tried something I’d never had thought I’d try, it was called ‘an Earth Bowl’ was yummy.

We booked at short notice and we’re made very welcome by Robin and Isabel. A delicious two course fixed menu meal followed making our first experience at D and P a total delight. We’ll be back.

To be a gluten free, dairy free and even more amazing sugar free , this is absolutely wonderful for our daughters restricted diet . A great place , great host and great food experience that gets everyone of your taste buds popping. Nutritious home food that warms your heart when you leave.

Evening menu is fixed at £24 per person to include starters (flat bread, dip + whatever is good on the day) with sharing dishes to follow. We had coconut rice with butter beans, celery, aubergine, greens ... Flavours to savour and all lovingly cooked and served - and absolutely delicious. This is relaxed dining in a very chilled and friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely outstanding first time I’ve been to Dan and port & I was blown away - we will definitely be returning as the service was out of this world & the food was delicious in clouding the cold press juices

Went for dinner with 1 friend, nice clean resturant, good service and tasty food that came in a tapas sharing style. No menu to choose from or see what is avalible which is not too much of a problem... But the price was astrinomical, for what we had it was absolutely outrageous!!!!! Shared starter (grated carrott some flat bread style plat based and a pesto. Shared main (flavored kidney beans, rice, pea and green bean mix and a flavored potato dish) 2 mock tails.... Came to almost £70!!!!! 😲 No way of knowing the price as no menu... Left feeling done over.

Excellent evening out, lovely not to have to pick any food! Really nice atmosphere, clearly well loved in the community. Would definitely recommend.
