My recent experience at Damascus Bakery was disappointing. The staff seemed unfriendly, and I had to wait excessively long to be served. Additionally, I was not provided with a proper bill, making it challenging to verify charges. I believe I may have been overcharged. Improvement in customer service and billing transparency is needed.

Lovely customer service and delicious cheese kunafa! The prices are also very reasonable. Excellent value for money! Especially the hot drinks.

Both times I've been, I've ordered too much- there are just too many nice options on the menu. Fantastic prices and the quality is excellent. The second time, when they brought out our order, the meat and veggie dishes we had ordered were all mixed up and touching each other. My wife is vegetarian and although she isn't at all fussy, it wasn't fair for her to have to eat it. We explained the issue and the lady who had taken our order apologized and replaced the veggie stuff for free (note it wasn't wasted, I ate it)! You owe it to yourself to go.

I’ve been here before and was pleased with the food and service. I came back again and found that they’ve expanded their premises into next door. They’ve also expanded their menu to include even more great dishes. We decided to have lunch/brekkie here and tried a couple of of the new items we hadn’t tried before. Food was fantastic and service second to none. The gentleman serving us was super helpful and excellently explained what each of the new dishes were. I’d highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone.

I have been to the store today and I picked up three boxes of cookies and when I took them to cashier she swap them with other boxes of burnt cookies…very crafty! Will never come back again.

Lovely wood fired thin base koftah pizza, with a Meat on Dough.. and amazing freshly made Kunafah. Great service and lovely food. Would definitely go back!
