Amazing ambience, staff behaviour, and great food. We had breakfast and the innovation was impeccable! Be it spicy egg dosa or salmon kulcha or the naanwich - it was perfect! Highly recommend.

Superb food and atmosphere - sitting in the externally enclosed environment adds to the vibe. The catch is the price tag compared to any other similar cuisine, but the counter to that is this place isn't similar, it is a real step up.

My 5 year old had the best time this-morning making shortbread and naan bread at the cookery school. Getting to see his naan cooked in the tandoor oven was a highlight and it really encouraged him to try new food. Butter chicken is his new favourite !!

We booked this place for a private birthday party for 35 people. Everyone loved the food! It is so different to traditional Indian restaurants and explores other culinary delights that India has to offer. The service was amazing, so polite and accommodating. No request was too small. Tonight was my 3rd visit to Bombay Story. The whole experience is always amazing. You are greeted warmly at the door, lots of help is offered even the menu if you need it. The food is absolutely exquisite and served in amazing dishes in perfect quantity. The staff are so well trained. They are so attentive, helpful and polite and are an absolute credit to the manager who is a charming and humble man. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to you. It ticks every box, quality, ambiance, taste, service and so on. Well done Bombay Story, don’t change a thing!

Went with group of 9 and had booked. Got seated in the smaller upstairs area, which was nice. Very attentive service all evening from our waiter Chris, who patiently explained the dishes on offer as well as house specials. All food was amazing! We had lamb curry, butter chicken, vegetarian curry, prawn curry and sides of rice, naan breads and chickpeas. Very tasty and recommend.

We had an amazing New Years Eve experience at Bombay Story. The food was delicious and 6 courses was a real experience. We visited for the first time as few weeks before and loved it so had to return for New Years! And we’re just ordering a take away now too! We will be back. It’s pricey but the best meal ever!

We visited on a Tuesday night without a booking and the place was very busy. We were found a table by a very helpful member of staff. The menu is different to most UK Indian restaurants we have been to and was very interesting. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly. Only one niggle prevents a 5 star review; They add a "discretionary" 12.5% service charge to every bill. I was not sure if that goes to the staff in addition to their wage or if I am paying towards their wages in addition to the price of the meals on the menu, which are quite expensive anyway. I prefer to leave a tip in cash at the table so that I am sure that it goes to the people that I want to reward.
