I visited D&L beverages with a small group of friends whilst walking in the Cotswolds. We found the customer service to be very poor. The lady who served I was very rude and abrupt. The drinks were very overpriced. I would not visit again.

We held our daughter's birthday party here which included a walk for the kids around the beautiful Slad Valley. The host was very accommodating, even giving our daughter a birthday balloon.

D&L Beverages set the benchmark for how Indian cuisine should be! Fresh natural ingredients made the same day makes all the difference on the palate. If you try one of the authentic sauce curries you will not be disappointed with the flavours and amazing spices. The vegetarian dishes really are flavoursome and delicious and the portions are generous for all dishes, meat, veg and vegan. A fantastic Friday Night foodie option for the end of a hard week! Highly recommended... could definitely make this a regular weekly treat!

After bumping into a super friendly lady whilst stood in a queue at the bank this week, I took no time in googling the yummy sounding home made curries and popped in an order for this evenings curries (2 veggie options and 1 meat). The food flavours are amazing!! I loved the spinach and paneer curry, and the other half loved the beef option. The curries come with rice, raita and a delicious chapati. The curry portion sizes are small when compared to standard mass churn out takeaways, but overall still represent super value for money and pack a flavoursome punch that you just wouldn't get anywhere else. My only suggestion would be to consider offering a "large" and regular versions of the dish which I'm sure people would happily pay a little more for and keep those with a larger appetite or who have worked hard all day building up an appetite smiling a little longer. Thank you for our super dinner!

Our first time - we tried the both Chicken and Spinach curry and the Potato and Spinach curry and thoroughly enjoyed them - really good flavours! The rice and chapatis were really good too. Can't wait to try some of the other menus.

Esta fue una comida encantadora - tuvimos una comida de carne: cordero korma y 1 comida: garbanzos, verduras al curry con arroz, un poco y poppadom riata pot de cada uno.Era fácil a pedido en su sitio web antes de las 6 de la tarde un miércoles y después nos fuimos a recogerlo el viernes por la noche en la hora de nuestra elección.La comida era muy deliciosa y bien presentada, así que nos hizo disfrutar mucho y se lo recomendaría a otros.

Good very tidy in nice surroundings and quiet location also i coulden't help noticing the decking and tree house lovely touch to such a lovely location food superb would come back again

We had our first curry from them last week..excellent communication and delicious food. This isn't your usual Indian takeaway with huge volumes of food.. just the right amount of delicious morsels food. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Really enjoyed a very tasty, perfectly spiced, Tandoori Chicken from D & L. Produced from their 'cottage industry' kitchen with love and care and clearly sound experience of curry cooking. Very good value at £10 per head which includes the main dish, the rice, a chapati and raita. Service with a smile and very easy to arrange a collection at a convenient time. Check out their website for other food/drink options available from this pretty barn in a very natural setting. Happy to recommend a visit and a delicious takeaway curry on a Friday night.

Our family gets this curry almost every Friday as a treat as we all love it! We have had all the different curries now and have really enjoyed them all. Authentic, fresh and wonderfully spiced Pakistani food. We really like the fact that you order a couple of days in advance so you know the food has been cooked freshly to order on the day of collection. It makes our Friday nights feel really special!

We love authentic Indian vegetarian cooking and the vegetable cutlet starters were excellent. Very tasty and spicey - 10/10. Unfortunately the main veg dish was a bit disappointing - not much flavour and the paneer had no taste (bit like tofu). We would have preferred something a bit spicier. Rice and chapatis were great though. This was the first time though, so might well try them again in the future.

Really lovely meal which introduces you to authentic Indian cuisine. The flavour and spices were amazing and leaves you wanting to sample more. The presentation was good albeit it a takeaway with nice little touches and communication good with delivery as arranged and very friendly staff. We will definitely be ordering more. Thanking the SN&J; for introducing us to you as we didn't know you existed until we read their article!

Unlike other Indian curry's we've had..this was by far the most flavoursome and unique. We had three courses although by time we got to the strawberries we were full.

Can't recommend this enough. The food is so good and I can also strongly recommend the Mango Lassi - fruity, refreshingly delicious and a perfect accompaniment to the curry. We always have the vegan and veggie options - always well cooked and with brilliant flavours. The curries come with rice, chapati and raita - so a really good meal for a really reasonable price. All in all mouth wateringly good, all I can say is now Friday night is definitely 'curry night'.

Very tasty and good portion size will be having again. The rice is the best I've tasted. Will be recommending to friends and family in area.

Five weeks since discovering "Rehana's Authentic Friday Curry" and we have ordered every week so far! The dishes are so tasty and seem like they have been prepared just for you! There is always an option available for vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommended.

Chicken curry was on offer, along with a vegetarian option, the week we ordered. We were impressed with the quality and flavour and will certainly be ordering again and trying other weekly options.

This is a great place for an authentic curry take away. A great idea, great flavour and real passion for authentic cooking is guaranteed. However...... you are served tons of rice but just a little curry which makes it all a bit dry. I have sampled these curry delights twice now and it was the same each time. Just a little less rice and a little more curry for a winning combination. I'm hoping to be a total convert next time.

If you live in the 5 Valleys & want a Friday night meal with a difference then you should definitely try this service. Delicious authentic home made curry (choice of meat or veg) with wonderful fluffy rice and moreish chapatis - collect from Slad or delivered to your home for an extra charge. Great price for the quality, taste & flavour which far surpasses anything from other local take-away's.

So easy Friday night curry just sit back and enjoy this superb tasting authentic food cooked by Rehana using fresh ingredients, we have now had three and each time they have been superb and cannot fault them for us living in the Cotswolds this is the perfect solution, we order online on a Wednesday and pick it up freshly cooked ready to eat.

We've had several meals from here. Always very good home cooked style Indian food. Excellent authentic flavours and not over spiced. We will definitely continue to use on a regular basis. Great local takeaway service, but you do need to order in well in advance. Menu although limited changes every week. Also very reasonably priced for this quality food.

We often choose to have these delicious curries on a Friday night. It is all home cooked by such friendly people. The whole experience is easy and fun.

Friday curries locally prepared in a truly authentic and traditional way are an unexpected delight in this tiny Cotswold village. Excellent friendly and informative service. A choice of different curries on a 10 week rolling programme means that we try dishes that we might not otherwise have chosen which adds to the experience. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended.

We loved our curry here. It was nice and fresh. Not very strong and spicy (personally I like it a bit stonger/authentic ) much better cooked and with much better quality ingredients than we experienced in the few Indian take aways we tried in the area.

This is such a great idea. Call to order your home-cooked curry a few days ahead and then collect from D&L; Drinks in Slad on Friday evening. Each week there's a choice of a meat or a veg curry, with rice and other side dishes. It's so refreshing to be offered curries that are different to the ones available in Indian restaurants - we've been really impressed so far.

We really love our Friday curries... have been ordering the vegetarian choice and it is delicious.. every time! It's full of healthy flavours, simple yet so tasty. The rice and chapattis are great too. Ordering is easy and its definitely worth the 8 minute drive to the village of Slad .

What can I say we went down had coffee which was brilliant, then we brought a curry home best curry ever!!!

Over the last few Fridays we have really enjoyed Rehana's authentic curries - each one extremely delicious, and a novel way to enjoy a takeaway - just a short walk down a beautiful country lane to collect our pre-ordered curries. The quantities are just right (it always looks as though there is going to be too much rice, but we always manage to finish it!). Now we have our loyalty card, we will be very keen to eat our way to our 10th (free!) curry.

Wow, delicious! Tasty rice, freshly cooked chapati and really yummy curry. Unbelievably fresh and good ingredients. Friday night curry's have now taken a change, no need to drive down into Stroud and wait, order by Wednesday and collect with ease. Meal selection changes each week, one meat one veg option.
