Waited 3 hours, phoned them 3 times. They said they had attempted delivery, which they had not [having checked our ring door bell video] Cancelled our order & hope to be refunded asap

Pilau rice outstanding quality. Pathia dish perfect heat level plus depth of flavour.Tikka chicken succulent and superb and not pre-cooked. Naan dough was slightly heavy could do with a lighter mix. Overall tho fantastic. First time I've tried this place. I've cooked and eaten Indian and Pakistani dishes for years and decades. This was truly up there with the best. Highly recommend so far.

Very poor food. Chicken tikka was terrible, bland and overcooked. Rice, dull. Cook your own meal and save £13.

Have had two curries delivered from this takeaway and on both occasions the food was very good. Madras and vindaloo are both very tasty with enough difference depending on your taste buds. We are stopping in a lodge so the delivery did take a bit of time, but worth it in the end.

The chilli chicken masala curry I ordered was gone bad..very disappointed..

Ordered Lamb Tikka Madras with Pilau rice and the Lamb was very chewy and overcooked. The sauce was not spicy and had very bitter chilli peppers in the sauce. Pilau rice was cold and overall wouldn't order from here again. Very disappointed with the quality of the food. At least the delivery was quick.

Curry Kingdom on Denton Street is a solid, straightforward curry house offering good value for money. It's a good place for a casual meal, but those seeking a more authentic and nuanced Indian or Bangladeshi culinary experience may want more.

Even though it was late as the guys were down a driver which I understand still by far the best food in Cumbria

everything swimming in cooking oil or grease, onion bhajis were dripping , had to throw the whole meal away. very disappointed

Usual place was closed on a Monday so we tried here instead but what a stroke of good luck on our behalf as it was brilliant! Eight people aged from 25 to 92 thoroughly enjoyed their choice!

Ordered chicken tikka biryani but got chicken tikka starter, called the restaurant explained the situation, came to conclusion that must be with just eat error but didn’t help with anything, Ended up with 2 chicken tikka starter for 26£. Worst customer response and service.

Good quality and amount of ate with bread

We ordered six different curries and various starters and sides tonight and I have to say it was the best curry takeaway we've ever had, bar none. Piping hot too! The only place we'll use in future. Can't recommend highly enough.

Exceptionally good Madras curry, rich tomato sauce with a good whack of heat. Recommended. Nice spicy flavoured tandoori mixed grill, with mild sweet curry sauce to complement it.

Cracking food, but sadly following the trend of all Indian takeaways regarding price, it's fast becoming a rare treat rather than a standard weekend option. Almost double the prices of other takeaway foods eg Chinese or pizza

It took 2 hours from ordering to getting our food. Didn’t get the main we ordered but was so hungry we just ate it. Wouldn’t order again.

We seriously cannot fault, delivered 20 mins early and 40 mins before Just Eat told me driver was on their way!! Food was steaming hot. The lamb was tender and super tasty. Onion rice is the best. Aloo Gobi amazing. Best curry in the area. Definitely recommend.

Pakora was stringy and dry. No chicken breast of any quality. Mixed kebab wrap was dry and half of it went in the bin. Won't be ordering again I am afraid.

Ordered based on previous reviews .. not impressed at all for the money paid . Peshwari naan was so dry the contents just fell out making a terrible mess poppadoms must of been made night before they were soggy … had two curries one with chicken and other a special the chicken in both of them was totally different id say one was frozen strips the other chunks lamb was fatty and inedible sides the panner was far from fresh and resembled halloumi couldn’t eat it so that was left bombay pots passa

Original estimate delivery 20.45-21.05. I phoned Curry Kingdom at 21.10 to find out where my order was, to be told it's just left, it's on its way. Then I get a refresh on the just eat app... estimate delivery 21.55?! The restaurant obviously lied to me on the phone, it doesn't take 45 minutes journey time. So, no apology for being late, no free poppadoms as a 'sorry'. First time ordering from Curry Kingdom, not a great advert....Shame, because the food was terrific!

Disappointed with what is usually a good takeaway. The chicken pieces were tiny and few and far between when it's still full price. And think the naan bread had been aloud to look at the cheese. Overall not it's usual standard.

Flavours were altogether good, chips left a lot to be desired. Butter chicken and Korma were too similar in taste. No option to choose salad or sauce on the mixed wrap but still tasty.

Lovely meal however unfortunately they missed the poppadoms off the delivery I rang and they said they would send them out but we would have finished our meal by then so I asked for a refund , nothing received yet but hoping it’s just because it might take a couple of days

First time trying them. Excellent, hot, tasty & delicious. Egg fried rice was perfect as was the paneer. Finally mint sauce that has an authentic flavour and isn't green. Fantastic my new go to Indian takeaway place👍👍👍
