Curry House in Bromley

I was disappointed. The name has changed but nothing else. There was no atmosphere and only one other customer in the restaurant and I can see why. From the beginning the service was abrupt, They did t have basic things like 2 of the juices on the menu or more than one bottle of small Prosecco. He made a point of saying we couldn’t use our taste card for the banquet menu more than once even though we were fine with that. The way he said it made me feel cheap. The food itself is not authentic and a lot of it is very greasy, especially the biriysni. We ordered drinks and tap water but the waiter waited until the kids had finished their juice then filled the same glass with tap water. It does not fell Kemi a nice restaurant experience. Would not recommend.

Curry was generic, ordered two completely different dishes and both were clearly made from the same bland, but overly acidic base sauce. Naan was top notch though

The food items were sent randomly instead of what I ordered and the taste is pathetic. The delivery guy came to a random location not on the exact postcode mentioned in the delivery address and called that he cannot come to my building. Terrible service and food.

This is my regular curry house, unfortunately delivery was terrible delivery was estimated 6.55pm and arrived at 8.25pm over an hour late. The food was cold. Dissatisfied, called the restaurant was offered discount for next time but this has put me off ordering again. They agreed to refund.

Attended here with two friends on buffet nights at £12.95 per person The food was okay but when we got the bill it came to £54 We were only drinking tap water so we questioned this and he said that it was £3.50 per glass of tapwater I asked how high his water rates were and he said like it or lump it that’s how much it is God knows how much mineral water would be

Items missing from order. Driver delivered food at 7:35pm within 5 minutes we called the restaurant to inform them we had a naan bread missing. We was told they would give us discount next time we order, no refund was offered and they did not offer to re deliver. We had to ask for them to deliver the naan bread. 10 minutes later the restaurant calls back to say the chef did cook the naan bread and that it was placed in the bag. Again I had to ask for them to deliver was told it would be over an hours wait. Driver never showed up and we was not informed. Quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to give it back. Won’t be ordering again have been ordering from Curry House for years. Luckily ordered through Just Eat so resolved the issue through them.

Chose to collect from restaurant & there was a wait of about 10 minutes which was expected as restaurant had only just opened. Paid in cash & they weren't aware of 20% discount code used. Food was delicious & enough to feed 3 people.

I love this restaurant, I’ve had quite a few takeaways from them and they have all been outstanding. Tonight I had Chicken Jalfraisi and it was delicious.

Awful. Cold, wrong food, lied to about departure, no apology. There are too many curry houses in this area to put up with a bad one.

Not fussed about delay in delivery time as restaurant had only opened 1 hour before & was probably processing lots of orders. Food is always excellent and good value.

Food was really bad. Ordered dal Makhani and while it said dal Makhani on the container, instead of beautiful rich and creamy black lentils, we got some weird brightly yellow, sweet coconut soup...? I don’t know what it was but it was bad Garlic naan was burnt and did not taste of garlic Paratha was thick and heavy - not light and flakey. Tadka Dal, was watery and flavourless. Very disappointing.

Delivery person went to wrong house number, and apparently asked Just Eat for my details and called someone who knew nothing of the order. Delivery driver blamed just eat - poor comms and as a first time customer, I won’t rush back. Small consolation was that the food was really good - but had to be heated up - and was 45 mins late.

Visited the Curry House on a Saturday night with friends, it was there choice. The Curry House is 2 doors away from a restaurant which has achieved curry chef of the year on 2 consecutive years. I have never ever been in a restaurant that was empty apart from us 4. The food was extremely average and considering only guests, they still managed to get one dish wrong, asked for no onion and got loads. Personally I can’t see this establishment surviving, unless they up their game.
