Lo recomiendo encarecidamente el cordero patia venía con ensalada. El arroz también es excelente, al igual que el pan nan (ajo y simple) y el baji de cebolla. El precio fue genial. Definitivamente se volverá a usar pronto.

Curry was pretty good and the best takeaway Indian we have found in the Bath area. Not bad value, and delivery was around the estimated time.

Food was incredible but took longer than expected to arrive so bear that in mind if ordering here. Absolutely worth the wait though, and will definitely order from here again!!

Warm but not hot food. Not the most generous portions compared to other curry houses. The food tasted good.

Paneer was good but the pathia was overly sweet

Food was average, lacking sauce. We specified a time in the future for the delivery (not ASAP) as the holiday apartment we are in is underground and no service. I waited up by the front door for over half an hour for the food to arrive, not how I wanted to spend my time. Called the restaraunt and they were not apologetic nor were the delivery drivers. Shouldn't offer specific delivery times if they can't be adhered to.

Food was over an hour late and was Luke warm. The chicken in my madras was dry and salty and tasted of lime. The vindaloo was bland not spicy and also had an overpowering taste of lime. The naan bread was stale and so were the poppadoms. Both clearly not fresh for today’s service. Definitely won’t be eating here or recommending them again. In all we had poor service (I don’t mind it being late if the quality of food is good, as that’s worth waiting for) and poor excuse for food. I didn’t phone to complain as when I called to ask how long my food would be the guy just said ‘it’s out’!!!! And we still waited another hour past our delivery time.

Este es un excelente hallazgo en Bath. El precio es muy razonable en comparación con los restaurantes en el centro de la ciudad de Bath. Este restaurante de propiedad bengalí ofrece comida. El personal fue muy amable y educado con todos sus clientes. El tamaño de las porciones de comida es grande y muy sabroso. Realmente me gustó su puré de gambas; estaba casi libre de aceite. La carne biryani era muy agradable y venía con un plato de verduras.

We had a takeaway last year for a family gathering and thought it was good. We tried again this year and were very disappointed. The food was over-salted, the sauces thin and watery and the food had little flavour. A poor chef? Or just an off night? Who knows? By the way, the box our food was delivered in was marked 'Argentinian frozen chicken pieces'. So make your own minds up regarding quality of produce.

We have only ever picked up a takeaway from here as we live local and can honestly say we have not had a bad one. Owner is always very friendly and service is prompt.

Possibly the Best curry take away in Bath. I know a lot of curries are made up to please the English taste but there are a few on this menu that are real.

Just had a wonderfull experience here,beautiful freshly cooked food,by far the best Indian food in Bath.Great service,great atmosphere, nothing to much trouble,excellent value and byo which is an added bonus.Would highly recommend. Will be back soon.

Takeaway arrived bang on time. Food was hot and delicious - the meat platter starter is one of the tastiest I've had from a takeaway. Food wasn't greasy and generous portions of meat in my curry.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and whilst one order was wrong (that was remedied eventually) and a few orders have been slow at being delivered we keep on coming back for the quality of the food. Veg side dishes generous and not at all oily like other takeaways; prawn dansak fine; wasn’t so keen on king prawn dishes (but that might be down to personal taste); haven’t tried meat dishes. Onion bhaji starter very generous - 4 pieces. This is out Indian takeaway of choice - others are closer to us and we’ve lived at our present house for 7 years.

Ordered on a Saturday night, aware it would be busy understandably. Wait was said to be just over 1 hour, ok. After 1.5 hours I give them a call, 'Food is just waiting for a driver to come collect, ready to go with you in 20 mins max'. Annoying but again, ok. Finally after another phone call and a total of 3 hours waiting it arrives. Stone cold, and pretty bland. Disappointing at 11.15pm! Called to get a refund and was told no, only with further persuasion they gave in. To get this money you have to call just eat, which i did and they tried to refuse the refund again! Awful awful service, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The food used to be really good but the delivery wait has always been ludicrous. Last time, I waited an hour and it finally arrived. Wrong vindaloo (the have two on their menu) so I rang and told them, asking for the right one to be delivered which cost about £1.50 more than the one they delivered. Told me I didn't know what I was talking about and what do I know about Indian food (I know they're not Indian for a start). They refused to send a replacement. Last time will ever use my local curry house. Morons.

Good curries and quick service for a Saturday night! Poppadoms were pretty stale and garlic naan didn't taste of garlic though!

Minor hiccup with the order, was resolved with no issue at all. Food was fantastic and the chicken was cooked to perfection!

Delicious food but 1 hour late!

If I had known it would have been so late, I would have collected in person - food did not turn up until 9.45pm, it was ordered through just eat just before 7.45pm. Called to find out where it was and the guy was very polite but offering to be sorted out on next times bill is not really good enough as I doubt it will be remembered and who knows when I might order something from there again a something should be offered off of this bill. The order was also incorrect as I got vegetable samosas instead of bajis but that was minor compared to the time I had to eat the meal!

Really great food as always. No complaints. Looking forward to my next curry!

Ordered a delivery from this restaurant, I am a big Indian food fan and have tried just about every Indian restaurant and takeaway in Bath, however this is by far the worst Indian restaurant that I have ever experienced. The order was estimated with a 45min wait, which was fine, the order finally arrived two hours later!! Cold!! I expressed my disappointment to the delivery driver who for some reason became very augmentative. Food wise, I enjoy hot spicy curries however my vindaloo was extremely mild and lacking in any sort of flavour. I rang the restaurant and spoke with the manager who refused to refund me and vaguely apologised. No customer service, avoid at all costs!!

Thought be a bit cheeky on ordering a weekly treat the day before we go & see Coldplay at Cardiff. Food itself I ordered was present & correct. I had the butter chicken was tender & Tasty. & my wife had the chicken korma she said that was nice the chicken was again tender & tasty the vegetable rice was really tasty. I ordered some extras poppadoms & naan bread was perfect. The delivery driver seemed friendly & gave me the correct change. Food was half an hour late and they tried to charge me an extra £1.50 on top of the £1.50 charged. Miraculously, the food was still warm, although the chicken was dry and the naan was overdone. However, flavours were otherwise good.

So because of my own fault my food was very late but unlike what the other comments have said, the man over the phone was very polite and understanding once realizing why I didn't answer the door. They then gave me fresh food and delivered the food again. The food was great my spicy dish was delicious and the korma was good as well! Thank you for the good food and being so polite! Pompadoms wernt crispy, I could actually bend one of them in half without it breaking. One or two pieces of chicken was dry

The worst food I have ever seen! Had to return it as it was total slop! £11 for one meal that looked like and tasted like river water! Spent £30 and the very rude and stuck up management would only refund £14! Worst place I have ever ordered food from!! Avoid so many better places in Bath!

Ordered some food, waited longer then hour, gave them my right phone number, the food didn't arrive so we called, and the dude who was on the end of the phone said I gave him wrong number when clearly I could read off from the receipt lol dumbest people. They swear and hang up the phone if you ask for a refund , ridiculous, my first and last time trying this place.

It is very sad to know that the person who took my order lied to me about giving them the wrong phone number when in fact they didn't even check the receipt properly so my food never got delivered and when I called I was blown with an attitude on the other side of the phone, and when asked for a refund they just hung up on me. So no first time trying this place for a take away, never again.

Comida para llevar, y tuvimos que pedir la entregaron. Vivimos en Peasedown y entregaron a nosotros, lo cual fue genial. Tuvimos que pagar una tarifa de entrega, pero mereció la pena totalmente. La comida era deliciosa, sabrosa, y no en grasa. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo para un buen curry! Hallazgo genial!

We were delivered the wrong order, had to phone the restaurant who then phoned the delivery driver who came back, collected the wrong order and went away for a while before bringing our actual order. To be fair they did sort it out and this hasn't happened before, though the delivery driver has got lost in the past as well.

This restaurant is fraudulent regarding refunds. I did not get my order and they refused to refund me. Will never order here again

Food was late and cold. Tasted fine once we reheated it.

Restaurant were good to call ahead to say delivery would take a while. House hard to find so had to meet driver at nearby pub (easy landmark) to pick up food albeit a bit late.

Overall the food was great, however we found what looks like a charred 1 inch piece of wood in our rice.

Whilst the delivery was on time, the food was very overpriced for the quality. All 5 items we ordered were bland and tasteless.

Piping hot food, delivery was quick and she messaged me like asked to let me know when I needed to be by the door. I had korma it was such a lovely sauce and delicious rice! Naan a bit burnt but it didn't spoil anything I just ate around the burnt bits! Will order again!!

Having never used Just eat before I wasn't expecting much! First contact was a friendly call to let me know there'd be a £1.50 charge on delivery from the new curry garden, which I knew as it was clear so no problem & nice of them to call & confirm. We put delivery ASAP & fully expected to wait, but about 20-30 min later food arrived! I was pleasantly surprised, the curry was good, big chunks of chicken, great sauce. For a takeaway I'd definitely order from here again. Naan was a bit soggy but I assume that was due to it being hot & in a bag, apart from that, all good!

I am a regular user of Just eat, and I can say without hesitation that The New Curry Garden is by far the best restaurant in terms of quality of food, freshness of ingredients, customer service, and attention to detail. My wife and I will be using them again, and again, and unreservedly recommend them to the discerning foodies of Bath! Adrian Snell

Food quality: everything seemed to taste overly sweet. Masala lacked much flavour, but was very salty. Peshawri Naan was too sweet. But, the portion sizes were big, it was delivered quickly and it was cheap. Plus it was the only Curry House open at 11.30 when I ordered.

Forgot to deliver a naan bread that was charged for, apart from that all good.

Often order from here, food is very nice, curry dish seems to always be about 3/4s full so it would be even better if you were to top it up a bit ☺ friendly delivery and very nice food

I could eat hear everyday, but thats extreme so I have to limit myself to every other day. Amazing quality food and very consistent. You cannot get better. Have tried most of Menu and never been dissapointed.

People at restaurant very rude when rang to inform there was an additional charge to the £1.50 we had already paid to Just Eat. Not sure why we were charged more as we had already paid. Person on phone became quite aggressive when I explained this was not clear on the website and questioned why we were paying the delivery fee twice. This is very unfair and inappropriate as I would not have ordered from this restaurant if this was made clear as there are plenty of restaurants with good food and polite staff who do not charge a delivery fee at all or only charge once not twice- not at all satisfied with attitude of people in restaurant - I will never order from here again and will advise friends not to either- appalling customer service.
