Really friendly and helpful staff. Food was great. I reserve 5 stars for top quality restaurants hence the 4 ⭐ given but I'll definitely eat there again

Food arrived 2.5 hours after ordering and 1.5 hours later than estimated.

Found via Google Maps. We placed an order before we went shopping. Took a little longer to get back from shopping. The owner recognized me right away. Gave extra papadum and sauces and the food was really delicious. Not very spicy, so good for us!!

Consistently lovely food, usually delivered on time or earlier. Have been buying takeaways from this place for years and have no complaints.

Quality of food great , ordered several times over the years but unfortunately today think there was a miscommunication as just eat app said “enjoy your food” marking as delivered and didn’t turn up until 30 minutes after. Food still warm though and sure tastes as good as always.

One of the worst takeaways I’ve had in a long time went in to order was all okay first thing I noticed that put me off was witnessing the girl behind the till picking the poppadoms up with her bare hands and bagging them up for me after touching tills money doors etc. then after bringing it home it’s all stone cold even tho only live 5 mins away. Curry was all grease I know it’s supposed to have a bit but it’s half a container full. Garlic nann was just uncooked dough with raw clumps of garlic. Only edible thing was the rice. I don’t think I’ve had an Indian this bad

food arrived 75minutes late so factor this in when ordering, food was great although one of the dishes had leaked, the staff were great both the lady on the phone and the driver, to be fair they also included a couple of free items so just let down by the food being extremely late

Great food bang smack on time. The pilau rice not so great tonight, strange flavour but all else was brilliant.

2hrs late and missing an item. That said, the quality has improved, used to be terrible, now ok. ordered due to a promotion offer and to see if it had improved. But not consistent at all 2/5 on a bad day, 3.5/5 on a good.

I placed my order at 17:50 for delivery at 19:15. I was then called at 20:15 saying th driver still hasn't gotten around to my order yet and if I wanted it sooner I should come and collect it. When I arrived I asked for some kind of refund. I was told I either take the food or have a refund.

We ordered for the first time tonight a mix of English courses and curry’s wow the food was piping hot my korma was one of the best I had the portion sizes were amazing the English food usually when ordering from any other cuisine is a bit meh but it was just as fantastic highly recommend

I order from here pretty regularly as the food is nice enough and they deliver. However they are always late and not by just 10 minutes. It’s often an hour or more. When you ring they are fairly unhelpful and I have been hung up on more than once. They really need to ensure that their delivery estimates are realistic or they need to stop offering a delivery service.

Food was very very tasty, we very much enjoyed! Delivery was slightly late but have to add on for all the works happening down Radstock at the moment :) Thankyou!

Absolutely disgusted by tonight’s meal. 1. Missing rice (when I rang up she said my rice will be free in my next order but it’s not free as I’ve already paid) 2. Stale Nan bread, onion bhaji and poppadoms 3. Rude delivery drive 4. One woman rude on the phone to the shop. My list could go on but they limit your letters. Would definitely not recommend this place

Fab food as usual. Unfortunately we were missing our drinks, again. We've noticed that we only have things missing with a specific delivery driver. When I phoned up, I was told it was a new lady delivering when I had a man and child. We had someone else bring our drinks afterwards which was appreciated but it's obvious that the same driver just takes the drinks and hopes we don't notice. This has happened a few times now and the cost adds up. We are regular orders and will continue to order, I just hope the issue is taken on board.

Arrived luke warm after an hour delay on initial delivery time. Disappointed as been ok before but last couple of times not good hence the review.

I will say, I cannot fault food quality, taste and temperature. Unfortunately it was 2 hours for delivery, after chasing twice via just eat, and both curry's were chicken when we ordered lamb. Sadly a long time to wait for food. It was boiling hot so had clearly just been cooked so assuming a rush job. I would order again but maybe collect next time

Absolutely dreadful, chicken looked like it had been reheated numerous times . All food delivered over hour late stone cold. NEVER AGAIN.

Our original time was 8.05pm-8.25pm. We had a message to say it was going to be delayed at 8.15pm. The new time given said it would be delivered by 8.40. When it still hadn't turned up by then I rang. The lady on the phone explained that they were a driver down and she had just packed our food to go, it should be with us in 5-10 minutes, which was fine but over half an hour later our food turned up and it was cold. This isn't the first time this has happened.

After making the decision as a recommend from friends the wait time was long enough which we released, then when it turned up a further 25minutes with no offer or partial discount offered i feel this is disappointing will be using spice lounge as usual!

Phoned told me guy left 15 mins ago my house is 4 mins away complete waste of time

App said 55 mins for delivery took 2 hours. Had to call to chase. Very politely chased up for me with driver. Food quality is really nice just be prepared to wait for the food as out in countryside and houses are quite far apart so delivery times take a while.

Food was about 30 mins later than expected, but the quality of the food is consistently good. It’s worth the wait.

Delivered 2hrs and 10 minutes after confirming order. Food was ok but a certain amount of spillage on arrival and barely warm. Restaurant contacted and refused any money back because in their words 'They were busier than expected'. Not an acceptable excuse for delivering over an hour late from there estimated delivery time

Was very sceptical going by the reviews but thought it was worth a shot rather than cook myself. Glad I did was one of the nicest Indians I’ve had! Will be ordering again.

Excellent as usual.. delivered within hour from ordering.. only issue was couple of mint yoghurts missing and no onion salad.. but apart from that it was perfect..

I don't think the madras had the full madras taste 🤔 But it was pretty good and the rest was delicious

After waiting 70 minutes at the max end of time I didn’t really want to wait any extra as we were white hungry but the quality of the food was delicious. I wouldn’t order hungry again though!

Ordered chicken and chips at 6:40pm. Original delivery time of 720-7:40pm. Then it changed to 7:30-7:50pm and finally arrived at 8:20pm. Cold and dry. Awful :(

After reading the bad reviews we decided to take a risk and order. 40 mins after ordering we had a message to say our order was running late (on a Tuesday evening), so we weren’t holding out for hope about the quality of the food based on previous reviews…how wrong were we?! Food was hot, excellent quality, very tasty. We will be ordering again.

Turns up cold. Over an hour late phone store, get fed aloud of dribble. Manager phones to say nothing they can do. Dont waste you money and time.
