I used to go to CUPP quite a lot (not as often as I do now) but I don't have much negativity I can say here, the app is good, ordering is good, and the taste is phenomenal but the prices are a little bit high. The staff are always lovely though.

I visited CUPP on 4/4/2024 to get a drink with a friend after our shopping trip, and we had noticed their system had changed. so I proceeded to ask the member of staff behind if I needed to include the boba with the drink or not, as the drink showed the boba already in it. but they weren't helpful and didn't seem to answer my question correctly. the drink was mediocre, the ice really had watered it down which is sad. so it tasted like iced milk. unsure if i will return

Had to try as I've heard alot about this place.. Wasn't too bad.. Had the banoffee tea and it was enjoyable enough.. Not a bad taste.. Staff was a little slow preparing.. Not sure I'd try again..

The bubble tea itself is ok, but the service is very slow, the people work there are not friendly. I am quite sure I won't be going back as there are so many other bubble tea places to try.

Went here today for the first time, wanted to try it out because there is a queue often. Ordered 1x large matcha milk tea (because I am a fan of matcha) with tapioca. This bubble tea is one of the worst I ever had. It says "milk tea" it's more like "water tea". The only thing I could taste is water and a little bit of matcha if I did my best. And the shop is very dirty and messy, there were ants everywhere!

My favourite bubble tea shop. Lots of great selection of teas and bubbles. Creamy and great quality, hard to beat! I come here regularly and haven’t been disappointed.

I would definitely recommend this place! I had the mango milk tea & mango popping bubbles pearls which was absolutely delicious! Very fruity and tasted like proper mango too! The staff were super friendly & helpful with answering questions as well. £3.80 for a fancy tea feels a little steep (£3.30 for tea, + £0.50 for any bubbles), but it was truly very nice, and there are lots of options for less sugar/ice, different milks etc which is great too.

I really love Cupp bubble tea and vanilla milk tea with blueberry bubbles served warm is my favourite but today when getting to bottom of my drink noticed a sludgy residue that was sticking to side of cup and mixed in with bubbles. Drink tasted fine as usual but what is this sludge? Never noticed it before? This was at Cabot Circus Bristol

It is lovely to see so many Oriental places cropping up serving extremely healthy authentic matcha tea and lattes. i drink matcha because I have a low immune system and it's full of antioxidants, but matcha lattes are really nice! You can have things added, like Basil seeds, on request. I particularly like the taro tea. Staff always chirpy and obliging. This stall is in a particularly nice spot, Quaker's Friars, where it is lovely to sit out with your matcha, fruit, bubble or taro tea and watch the World go by!

Out of all the milk tea shops in Bristol, this remains to be my one and only favourite. Especially the Wintermelon iced milk tea. Their flavouring is syrup based rather than powder so it tastes better. Price has gone up though understandable due to recent price hikes. Loyalty stamps available.

I come here too often. My favourite is green tea with coconut milk and chewy tapioca. The staff are friendly and fast and it's a great place to stop when in Bristol.

They have a lot of variety with their bubble tea and it was pretty decent. However, they not only got the customer’s order in front of me wrong, but they also got my order slightly wrong.

Me and my boyfriend come here every time we go to Bristol! The service is quick and friendly and the tea is better than any I've tried before with lots of different flavour choices.

Cupp is one of our first findings of bubble tea in bristol when we visited back in 2016. We tried again as it was amazing last time but sadly the business and care of the place gone down. We ordered a mocha with tapioca pearls when the guy who's making it doesnt even friendsly as such. When we got our order we its just pure snob and felt like he doesnt want to be there. Anyway, the bubble tea has no flavour as it was pack of ice half full. I was so dissapointed. We tried again for the last time last week as we he might having a bad day, but no! Same attitude and product. The place is just a waste, it has so much potential.
