Hey peeps, we often visit Loz & Babs for a Sunday breakfast. Well where shall I start. The atmosphere is electrifying, the service is outstanding and the food, well, the food is out of this planet! We can’t wait to go back for our usual!

Warm greeting. Ordered a take away Suasage bacon and egg sandwich. Cooked a little quicker than expected, bacon was burnt, and with the quick service food wasn't hot

Fab cooked breakfast, decent tea and very friendly and efficient service. Decent portions and excellent value for money. I can see why they have so many regulars. Would recommend a visit.

Well, this is just great. Cheerful service, a bacon and egg bap which was nicer than it needed to be, cheerful service, very pleasant coffee and generally giving off a vibe of a lot of fun with good honest food and obviously loved by quite a few regulars. A joy.

I feel this is the best breakfast in the U.K. reasonably priced and nicely cooked. A must visit when in the area. The staff are really friendly and hospitable. Though I reviewed it last year but can not review my post.

Stumbled across this place on our visit for wife's birthday. Brilliant food and staff who couldn't of been more friendly. Waitresses made you feel welcome and had good banter with their regulars which made you feel warm and part of it. Definitely recommend. Good portions and prices. Open all week.

Three of us had the full English breakfast which was spot on and cooked perfectly. The tea was a decent size mug and had been brewed. We were especially impressed with Lauren who gave excellent customer service and had built up a relationship with many of her customers who she regards as friends. This is invaluable to people who live on their own and need to get out and have a friendly face to brighten their day. Highly recommend

Back on July while back in the UK I spent three nights in Seaford and my friend introduced me to this heat little cafe, run by a very welcoming and lovely lady and colleague. Full breakfast was so good I persuaded my friend to go back another two times. The photo of the breakfast reminded me of the great breakfast, how I wish I could return now, sadly I can’t but I promise next time I’m in Seaford I will do so.

Visited twice fior breakfast and have had a lovely well cooked breakfast both times. But what makes this place 5 stars are the 2 ladies who run this cafe. Brilliant customer service and so welcoming.

We have literally just walked out of this place and what a good feel, very friendly commented on my sons haircut (he was very flattered) and as I had to get a train made sure my baguette was as quick as it could be, I’ve started eating and it’s so yummy! Just want to say thank you and my sons little goodie bag he keeps saying how kind you are!!

I have recently travelled around the Seaford area on a weekly basis looking for nice places for my Breakfast when I came across this small, unpretentious café with a wide and interesting menu. I tend to do a write up on Tripadvisor on my experiences Here the Staff are very welcoming and friendly, A very, relaxed atmosphere. I had the large Breakfast this morning which I enjoyed (except the tinned tomatoes.) Sorry guys would have preferred fresh fried tomatoes instead of the watery tinned ones. But other than that it was very nice. Love the bubble and squeak The price was very good for the quantity of food Thank you for an enjoyable Breakfast Mel

Great little classic "greasy spoon". Staff wonderful. Lovely atmosphere. Great to sit outside early in the morning on a sunny day.

Barbora and Lauren (the owners) are friendly and the food is cracking I can highly recommend this place, they have limited seating and always really busy, which didn't surprise . Go if you can.

We had travelled for a while on the road and really fancied a cooked breakfast, having passed several places that didn't really entice us in We were pleased to stumble across Cup A Cabana. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was spot on and ticked every box, between the two of we had a vegetarian cooked breakfast and a meat cooked breakfast and we both thoroughly enjoyed these meals that were served hot and full of flavour, and not dripping in grease. Highly recommend here and can't wait to return on our next drive through.

Great little shop in seaford, very welcoming, always happy and really well priced, though it's quite busy this is good, and they've done all they can to protect everyone during the pandemic.

Stopped for lunch the food was fresh hot and delicious. Good portions loads of fresh salad. The waitress was polite and enjoyed a bit of banter too. Cleaning was also spot on too.

Been coming here for a while now, and cannot fault the service, food and prices of everything. We like things our way and the ladies here are always accommodating with our requests. Eggs always perfectly cooked and great well done bacon as we ask for it. A good choice for breakfasts, snacks and lunches. Well worth a try, always good value too.

Words cannot describe how fantastic this little cafe is !!! From the moment you walk in its like you have come home. The lady of whom greets you is so welcoming and accommodating she is like a pocket rocket lol. All dietary requirements are available and you are not made to feel a burden!! Went there on a Saturday morning after a heavy night,found the staff to be very friendly,place was busy but well organized, ordered a big breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Left feeling very full.

Greatest little cafe in the area, and better than just about any comparable cafes I’ve been in anywhere....and there have been a few! Take my disabled son there regularly and they always make us welcome and make a big fuss of him and he absolute loves going there! Service and food are both excellent...a great cafe!

I visit the Cup a Cabana and take in the lunch that is that of a west end hotel. The meal is prepaired by a lady who knows the way that people like there food, nothing fancy, nothing taken out of the freezer time and time again. Their are a number of sweets available to suit your palet'.The lady in the front of house is as cheerful and bouncy as someone prepairing to run a marathon. Their is no 20 or 30 minutes waiting to be served, in fact you are treated like one of the family. Food is hot and the coffee something to be dreamed of. Their is a large menu of food available, and this can be changed to add or take away with what your need is. If you want to go in yourself or with friends, or perhaps as a family, you are always welcome. This café is 5 star all around.

The two women who own and run this place are a joy to meet. The one who serves is about four foot nothing and is a human dynamo. She greets all her regulars by name (you're classed as a regular after your first visit), Once she knows what you drink of choice is it's on the table before you take your coat off. So many regulars populate the tables you feel you are part of a big family. But it's not only the friendship, the cooking is truly outstanding. OK, there are thousands of greasy spoon breakfast and lunch cafes throughout the land dishing up breakfast and lunch grills, but not so many where every single item is cooked to absolute perfection. Eggs particularly require the cook's concentration to get absolutely right as a few seconds, either way can take scrambled eggs from perfection to overcooked or too runny. Tell this cook how you want them and they come to the table exactly as requested, as does everything else, each item to perfection. We stayed in Seaford for a week, intending to try a different breakfast each day. We didn't make it, we enjoyed our experience so much at the Cup A Cabana that we didn't want to go anywhere else. If Michelin gave stars for breakfasts then this place would have three.
