We got bored with thai/ chinese / pizza, so we ate in at a take away restaurant for a bit of a change. The food is well done and plentiful and of good quality considering the low price. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My son and I wanted a quick tasty snack after a busy day out in Carlisle. We easily located the Cumbria Riadt Company near the market hall. Fast cheerful service for a delicious Yorkshire pudding pulled beef wrap with horseradish and pigs in blankets for my son. Both hot and delicious. A small area to eat in and toilet facilities were clean and tidy. A great alternative to the big franchise restaurants.

Little gem of a find! This cafe serves 'street' food in yorkshire pudding, take out containers and, if you are lucky enough to be able to sit in, plates! Oh my gosh this food was among the best beef dinners I have ever had. Succulent pulled beef, gravy, vegetables and mash/roasties. I opted for the 'plated' version. Food came hot and delicious (soo delicious). Staff are friendly and happy to make whatever you decide to have however you decide to have it! Thanks guys for your great service and lovely food

Attended a reunion with friends here, private dining on the terrace, the service was appalling, they had 3 large parties and obviously insufficient staff. The starter arrived some 25 minutes late, tepid soup, not very appetising, then a 55 minute wait for the mains, overcooked beef and lukewarm veg, no gravy, the a wait for sweet, sticky toffee pudding, can't go wrong with that, oh yes they could, pudding had sort of crust on it and was served with a miniscule portion of ice cream. All in all a huge disappointment and not what we expected, they really need to up their game.

Lovely visit for a quick lunch with the dog. Service was friendly and efficient, and the food is tasty. Highly recommend the soup - homemade and delicious! Will definitely visit again

The best coffee in Brampton! We love coming here for coffee and breakfast. Very friendly owner, Emma and her lovely baristas work hard to get your order just right. There are a great range of coffee, tea and home made cakes as well as savoury hot food. The place is often bustling with cosy chat, interesting art work on the walls (Emma has artist’s displays each month) and it’s also dog friendly too. Just a great place.

Accommodated a last-minute booking due to poor bookings at other local eatery. The food was exceptional and plentiful. Staff were very welcoming and nice to chat to. Bar was fully stocked, and overall, the price was very reasonable for a couple.
