Excellent, value for money breakfast, coupled with great service and friendly staff. Ticks all the right boxes for me

We had breakfast here on two occasions during our weekend stay in Poole. Two adults, two children. Absolutely lovely! Freshly made to serve breakfasts. The milkshakes were a bit hit with my girls too! Very friendly staff, clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely re visit if we were in the area again. Thankyou

Been in here a few times it's a basic outlay which is nice but the food is fantastic and I'm well fussy it comes out piping hot and quick and the prices are very reasonable with a lot of choice I highly recommend this cafe if your hungry

£5.20? I regret to say that my experience with the bacon and egg sandwich was disappointing. The bacon to the point of being nearly inedible, resembling more of a charcoal briquette than a savoury breakfast meat. The egg was bland and rubbery, lacking any resemblance of freshness. The bread was an embarrassment, in fact I was served a seeded burger bun. Detracting from the already lackluster ingredients. Overall, it was a regrettable combination of poorly executed elements that left me with a less than satisfied palate.

Crumbles is an Ashley Road institution. Huge place. Very popular. Basic but immaculately clean with all the normal cafe favourites on the menu. Fantastic value. 5 stars is mainly for the staff because they're absolutely lovely. Excellent toasties.Cash only.

I decided to support local businesses and to give my custom to a local cafe which I did and unfortunately I have to say that I was not impressed at all and will not be going back. The lady who took my order didn't smile once and looked really unenthusiastic and just not interested at all in her job. Food arrived quickly and wasn't that great quality wise so not great overall. Sad to say that I would thoroughly recommend you don't visit this cafe. The only positive saving grace is that it's cash only which in my opinion cash is king so good on them.

Really disappointed nearly £20 for breakfast for 2, left most of it, sausages pure fat, eggs not cooked, just no love for thee food being sold, and the cook had a don't care attitude

It was a little cold for somewhere to eat, but being fair, the low marks for atmosphere were because it is situated on a busy road and there were very few customers due to the time of day. I was presently surprised as it was very clean, staff was super friendly and the breakfast was way better than it should have been!

In this day and age value for money is rare, but here it is alive and kicking. Excellent breakfast great service and as I said Excellent value for your hard-earned cash.

Don't bother if you're vegan, vegetarian or have food intolerances unfortunately they won't tweak the set menus to accommodate you. The vegetarian breakfast shows no imagination at all not even a vegetarian sausage.

Been going for over 4 years, all was good until last Saturday when I had 2 long hairs in my food , was so let down, now my partner wont go back there, such a shame as friendly staff etc🙈

We drive from ferndown to this cafe. And on a Saturday we drove from Romsey 45 minutes away. The reason is. The food is hot. The food is very good. Affordable. And so clean. The staff are superb. It's the same quality every time. We need to keep people like this in business.

I have been visiting Crumbles now almost weekly for the last 5 years for their Crumble Special Breakfast. I travel a 20 mile round trip just to go there for breakfast & I have always found the food to be excellent & their prices to be very reasonable. Over the years i have taken many friends & family there & never had a bad experience. The Staff are always friendly & provide a great service. Highly recommend.

A very enjoyable breakfast with a good cup of coffee

Overall the place is like a school cafeteria from the 80s, it's a bit run down and the tables are very close to each other so it gets loud. Food was good, bacon was cooked well, beans were a generous portion and the eggs were nice although the poached eggs were a bit overcooked but I was still happy. They completely forgot about our coffee so we sat through most of the breakfast without a drink until we went up to the till to ask, the waitress checked the ticket and realised she forgot. At least we got the coffee in the end so all's well that ends well. Overall I'd give it a 4/5, I come here a few times per year and the quality remains the same.

Absolutely awful !! This is by far the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Don't be fooled by all there fake reviews! The staff were so rude and horrible. It left me feeling quite uneased and upset. Furthermore, the food cost £20.70, so I handed over £22, but they did not even give me my change. And the receipt was faulty stating I gave them less cash than I did. The food was dirty and horrible. The man who cooks the food was so arrogant and rude. It felt like quite a hostile environment. I felt unwelcome and a subject to their terrible moods and attitudes. I am really not about this. Anyway.. this is mine and my girlfriend's experience. Good luck !!

I go to crumbles once or twice a week, lovely food and the staff are friendly. Food is served really quick aswell which is a bonus. So I would highly recommend eating out at this cafe.

We've been going to Crumbles in Upper Parkstone for a few years now. The place is lovely and clean, the staff are friendly and the food is freshly cooked, good menu, great value. Choice of all day breakfasts, sandwiches, baguettes, small meals and "specials" board. Precautions taken during lockdown, screens, fewer tables, hand wash, staff wearing masks.

Stopped in for some food whole passing through, lovely service and good food. Cash only, but ATM over the road.

found a piece of bacon in my vegetarian breakfast. told the staff and they said it must’ve been from the grill - don’t advertise a vegetarian option if it’s not truly vegetarian. being cooked on the same grill means it’s cross contaminated with meat!!! i haven’t eaten meat in 5 years and now i feel quite disgusting 🤢

Popped in for a coffee with a friend but ended up ordering a meal. Excellent food, great value, extremely friendly and efficient staff, spotless too. What more could you want, what a refreshing change from so many contemporary chains. 10 out of 10. Will definitely return.

It's our go to place for a decent breakfast! It is cash only but tgeres cash points over the road so it's not the end of the world!

I was impressed by the service, all smilling faces and a happy crew. The best coffee I've had in a very long time. They seam to be popular with the locals, families and children are welcome. Well done! If you ran the same type of caffe where I live in would frequent them every day.

Honestly This is a honest to good cafe. Good fry ups and classic cafe food. Roasts are pretty good and I've just had lamb shank. I didn't think it would be that good only costing £7 but i was pleasantly surprised. It's not often I give 5 stars but when balancing out the cost to quality it's a good deal.

This little family run cafe on parkstones high street may easily be overlooked, but believe me when I say that once you try it you will be sure to return. A friendly staff team welcome you upon entry, you sit and decide what you want from the varied menu and order. The food is cooked to order but takes no time at all. Everything I've ordered has arrived looking great, smelling great and tasting great! Once you have finished the staff are sure to wish you well on your departure, what more could you want?

£5 for some cold watery beans. Ignore every other review. Crumbles was hollow. Not so friendly staff. Didn’t get a thank you on the way out. Possibly the worst breakfast I have ever had. Certainly won’t be going back. Portions were small. Toast was also cold. I’m struggling to actually find something positive to say about this place.
