Nice cafe, Hope they have pancakes and bacon available on the menu again soon.

Lovely spot for breakfast and great quality. Albiet I do find the full english is a little expensive for what you get. Coffee here always is amazing here too. Yet to find a nearby coffee place that offers the same quality. Service is always great too. Highly reccomend.

First time at Coast- always been one of the places i’ve wanted to try. Never been due to parking being a little awkward, but there are a few spaces around on the backroads. My boyfriend and I came in for breakfast. Unfortunately they didn’t have any pancakes which was annoying as my boyfriend is a bit of a picky eater. We both got the breakfast burrito- which was pretty good. We also got coffee and a milkshake. Food was lovely and service was 10/10, the girl behind the counter was super friendly and charismatic. Will return again when i get the chance <3

I've been to Coast twice now over two years, and I'm a bit unimpressed after the second visit. Both times, the food were standouts - the mushroom toast and full English breakfast were cooked to perfection and were a more creative offering than some of the other brekkie places around. The coffee is also okay, and comes out very quickly. My main issue is with the wait times - we waited nearly an hour, after placing our order, to be served our food. To be fair, it was very busy and it appeared as though there was only one chef on duty, but it still should not take that long for what is a fairly basic (albeit nice) breakfast. I saw they were hiring a second chef - maybe hold back on stopping by until they fix their staffing issues.

Hygiene is excellent !! I’m a regular and the food, coffee and service is and always has been brilliant!

First time visit here, perfect for some brunch with food being served between 8am - 2pm and being open until 4pm. We had the Breakfast Burrito, Smoked Salmon Burrito & Açai Smoothie Bowl. The food was fantastic and very tasty. With the Breakfast Burrito the hot sauce isn’t too spicy and is served on the side. They are dog friendly however this is only at the front as dogs are now allowed on inside. The front area is under cover though. All flat so easy access for wheelchair users or pushchairs etc. Only issue we had was finding somewhere to park the car ! Would definitely visit again!!

I've been going to coast for a while, Ben is always chatty and welcoming, it makes all the difference for a "regular". Their Oat Latte Coffee is the best in town. The food is great, could do with a specials board maybe to mix it up

This cafe is very local to relatives of mine who live just a few minutes walk away, so I've been before. Although I reckon it's expensive the drinks are very good, fruit smoothies delicious and healthy freshly made (came to £9.50 for a fruit smoothie and a croissant) the staff here have always been very friendly and it's a good place to come to with young children and with friends. Very popular indeed with locals. Open on Sundays until 4pm.

Me and my family come here a lot and it is worth it every time. Today especially. We went in and ordered 3 x K-bay breakfasts and it came so quick, was so tasty and filled us up at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend booking in advance just do you don't have to wait in a line, but as long as you have patience, thats not an issue. Big thank you to Olivia for her amazing customer service today, as well as Declan in the back who’s always hard at work in the back pot-washing (we haven’t had a dirty plate yet!). Always welcoming and never had a bad time.

Fantastic place for friends and families, we came here for the skate ramps and soft play upstairs, and the children loved their time here. The coffee was amazing, and the food looked well made and served quickly

Rude staff, accused of theft openly across the restaurant. Looking for somewhere to get breakfast with my friends, we came across this bar. I was surprised at how nice it was and how good the food looked as I walked through to my table. Orders were taken, and food arrived after a short time. The food was served to 3 people over a period of around 5 mins making it awkward for people to start, which was disappointing as we all ordered at the same time. Getting further service required getting someone's attention, but it was my belief that my table was being ignored, and I could openly see staff engaging in frivolous conversation with each other, ignoring my attempts to get their attention. The place was reasonably busy. After paying the bill, after a period of trying to get a staff member, I got up and left with my friend only to hear a staff member shout across the restaurant to another staff member "did they pay?". To be openly and publicly be accused of theft when the only reason for this is that staff were so disinterested with us, that no one knew we had paid, as it took me to almost grab a staff member to request the bill. The food was nice and I did enjoy it but the attitude towards me and my friends made for a very unpleasant experience. I suspect that no other table was accused of this but we were the only table of just males. I am a 42 year old man that sat down with 2 other similar aged men who are not accused of theft any other day of the week.

We stopped by for a quick coffee before meeting family for lunch. This place is an absolute gem and a great spot to take the whole family, not only for coffee but lunch and even dinner. The coffee was fantastic, unlike most establishments you could tell the barista's were actually trained. The coffee was perfectly extracted and full bodied and the milk was a nice texture and a sensible temperature. Whilst we didn't order food, the plates that were saw looked marvellous - I would have happily have stopped for lunch. Upstairs is perfect for children with a small soft play and skate park - 2 hours is £7.50, under 6m go free. We shall definitely be back and I'd recommend you stop by too!

Probably the vibiest spot in Sandbanks, cool shop, good food and service

I had the Breakfast Burrito from the brunch menu, it was really good. But the kitchen took awhile to serve. Then ordered the Salted Caramel Smoothie for take away, also took awhile to serve. While the food and beverages are good, have the patience or come early to avoid lunch time.

A really poor visit with friends on Bank Holiday Monday. Arrived at about 1.30 and it was nice and bustly so thought it must be good. Found a table and found they stopped serving food at 1 and had a really small selection of pastries and cakes instead. Ordered our cakes and drinks. The cakes were given to us in a paper bag.. we asked for a plate which was begrudgingly given. My teapot arrived without a cup or milk or saucer or spoon. After asking twice for these a cup was brought and a shot glass of milk. No saucer or spoon. By this point it wasn't busy, but the service was absolutely shocking. The tables were dirty and the whole place felt a bit scruffy and un-loved.

Just stood for 10 minutes at the front counter being completely ignored. There was nobody in front of us and without even being acknowledged we walked out. Just plain rude

Nice vibe, very chilled. Decent pizzas, smooth latte. Good service as surprisingly not too busy for a Sat evening. Great looking around at all the surfing gear. Large screen on silent which was great showing surfing etc. Ideal for families. Needed the cushions for our chairs otherwise great.

Went here for breakfast from our air bnb around the corner. Coffee was lovely with a decaf option too and the food was delicious. We had the avocado toast and a full English breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

So disappointed and annoyed. Have been quite a few times but waited for ever for the pizzas which were then poor (not the quality we've had before). Staff seemed disinterested, failed to advise of time issues or apologise. They've lost us now. Hope they get themselves sorted

For some reason I've persevered with this place for a few years. The food is pretty good and it has the potential to be great. Unfortunately the service lets it down so much. The amount of times I have had to wait ridiculously long for food and the staff never seem too concerned. It's desperate for someone to oversee how things operate. My latest visit was no exception, over an hour wait for food as the 'ticket' went missing. To me it often feels chaotic and stressful. Staff often make you feel like an inconvenience. I won't return again...Try Miiko up the road if you're in the area, the same owners I think but completely different atmosphere. Mainly due to the friendly staff. I hate writing bad reviews but I feel the owners need to be aware.

The cafe has the potential to be a fabulous place to eat. Unfortunately for somebody who likes his food hot my meal was only warm. I was also disappointed to see the guy making the coffee handled the cups in a way that wasn’t hygienic, (fingers inside the cups). Parking in the area isn’t easy.

Coast is one of my go to coffee locations in poole. They are clearly going through a poor staff phase, closed s lot in the evenings and struggling to get food out. K bay breakfast was a mixture of temperatures

Excellent food and lovely outdoor seating with heaters . Recommend avocado on sour bread and the smoothies. Busy and buzzing!

Hopefully this won't come across as keyboard warrior stuff! This is such a nice venue, great decor, cool n trendy, bike and surf theme... food great, coffee amazing. One thing lacking - No atmosphere and below average customer service.... it's like the staff are doing you a favour! Needs friendlier service with a smile, more enthusiasm to please the customer, 'nothing should be too much trouble' kind of attitude. The place would be absolutely rammed ! Morex Custom House - Rennes, France - same idea on a slightly bigger scale. They have absolutely nailed it. Lunchtime, people are queuing outside the door for a table. Staff remember you, they smile and make you feel so welcome, are attentive and always have time for a chat. This is what makes us return time after time. I only write this as being a local I want to be proud of my local venues and want to 'want' to bring friends in but tbh I only go here couple of times a year purely due to the poor service and lack of good vibes.. When I do visit I always hope that customer service has improved but sadly still waiting... :(

We have been coming here for years and always make a point of nipping in for a breakfast whenever in the area but unfortunately it's gone downhill in a big way. The pricing was always quite expensive but we were happy to pay due to the good quality food and good service. Now, however, it cannot be justified. The quality of food is substandard, the service isn't what it once was, there is not the same vibe anymore and generally. Massive shame. I truly hope they can return to what they once were amd I wish them all the best but until that time, I shall not return.

Nice coffee but unfortunately the service is well below standard. Long waiting times and little to no communication between the staff and the customer. After waiting over 10 minutes for takeaway drinks, I raised this with the server who did not respond but walked away to speak to her colleague. Our drinks arrived a few minutes later with no apology or explanation.

Lovely place for a sunny day, I like the cakes on display and tried the brownie which was really tasty , recommended But coffee is so ordinary high street coffee shop style…. Plastic artificial greens do not fit to all decoration.

Great atmosphere and damn good pizzas!

Enjoyed brunch in a different casual setting. Noticed clientele were mainly happy young couples with babies & young children as well as families with friends & well-behaved dogs. Service was good. The Burrito with Scrambled, Egg, Avo, Potato & Bacon was delicious. My fiancè enjoyed the generously filled Bap with Bacon, Sausage & Egg.

A very pleasant atmosphere with great pizzas. Staff very attentive and food arrived not and tasted great. Only downside no dessert menu but after a starter and pizza not really a problem.

I used to love this place and been coming here since it opened. Now all the staff has changed and the service is not what it used to be. It no longer has a surfer Atmosphere. Its a massive shame.

I love coast for the location, great food, environment and selection of drinks. However a long queue and wait for all of these apparently because of a new till system, and staff who need an overarching manager to help task them.

Definitely in my top 3 coffee shops. Big fan, staff are great. Clothes and other products are alway very good. Recently there wood fired pizza have been excellent. Can’t recommend more. However would love them to do some more methods of coffee, like arepress or a dripper.

Some of the best pizzas in town. In fact all their food and drinks are lovely...spectacular milkshakes (worth the £6 as a special treat). And if you are able to get a table outside (in good weather) I'd probably rate it 4☆. But they really need to rethink their takeaway set up. There is inevitably a wait for most things (food, coffee, smoothies) yet there is no system for what to do once you've ordered. You're not allowed to sit in the booths there, understandably, but they don't call out numbers and it's pretty much a free for all. The smoothies and shakes come out of one little window for takeaway and table. I witnessed a (particularly irritating ,very self centred) man roll up and grab two smoothies out of the little window and let his teenager drink from one before saying to the guy at the till that he'd actually asked for two goldcoast (peach and strawberry) smoothies (his daughter was sipping a green one). When he realised his mistake he put the green one back and it was delivered to a lady at a table, as my protests were unheard. I'm sorry I didn't chase the waiter out but I'd been waiting 20 minutes at this point and was not risking anything similar happening to my order. They need to have a better system...maybe call orders out so grabby so and sos won't just help themselves? It's a shame because on most other points, Coast does really well...quite welcoming, great food and drink, funky relaxed surf vibe, fab little shop at the end. Hoping they do something to make takeaway less painful (and sitting in safer!)

I hate posting an average review particularly as businesses are finding their feet again. But the barista was doing drinks for tables and takeaways so was really rushed. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for two drinks. Latte was £3.30 which I have no problem with when it's top notch but it was really average. However my husband's hot chocolate was lovely. The seating outside is lovely and I'm sure the food is great but on this experience I wouldn't return. .

Probably the best takeaway wood fired pizza locally. They are 2 for 1 at the moment and opening their outside area on the 11th April!

Just had the most amazing pizza and coffee from this place! Gutted I have only just discovered this now and not earlier during lockdown- the perfect weekend treat!!! 100% recommend. I shared the chicken pizza with my girls and we all gave it 10 out of 10! 👍🏻

We tried out that “2 for 1” pizza deal and we were delighted! The staff in the store were so friendly and personable and happy to help. The store is set out really cleverly to adhere to COVID regulations and the store is very contemporary and looks great. Finally, the pizzas were delicious. We went for 2 primaveras which were the best. The dough tasted really fresh and the sauce was great. Who can argue with £14 for 2 pizzas? Will definitely be returning to try out the other things on the menu.

My wife and I shared a spontaneous pizza for lunch. We had the four cheese one and we can honestly say it was one of the best we’ve ever had! Thin base and super flavoursome! Staff were great too!
