Order all wrong. Cannot call them wont connect

Booked an afternoon tea for mother's day, the food was absolutely delicious, cakes, muffins and pastries all home made, hospitality was wonderful. Highly recommend and will be going back for more cakes.

Just had my delivery and I can’t believe this has been sent to me. The first time I had cruffins it was amazing and now I’ve ordered for the second time and I honestly can’t believe I was sent this. Not only was it missing half of my order but my crepe came wrapped in tinfoil and when I opened it it looked like this. I then tasted it and nearly was sick. I’ve been on the phone but no answer from the restaurant and I will be getting my money back. Horrendous. They just lost a customer!

Place was dirty and greasy. Toilets filthy no toilet paper toilet with wee stains on. Will not recommend it.

Well ordered food through Uber eats, because the restaurant was unable to secure the package correctly. When it arrived the entire milkshake was spilled is all over my entrance floor.

Went here today with the family for what we thought would be lunch. Very plain and unthoughtful decor, seems like they couldn't be bothered. My downstairs toilet is better decorated. Felt a bit grimey. Best of all, the lady managing the shop had no idea of a 25% discount being offered via Meerkat Meals. We looked through the menu and thought we'd give them a chance and see what the food was like. So when we were ready to order we were told "oh the guy who cooks the food isn't here yet, he maybe another hour". This was at 2pm. So why not tell us this before seating us and giving menus. We got up and left and glad that we did. This place just wasn't right. Won't be returning.

ordered 2 item, waffle pizza and waffle fruit. The pizza had unseasoned chicken, with raw red onions and not melted cheese. Both waffles were cold and soggy. The delivery package were not suitable for the waffles size too. what was even more disappointed was it took an hour for it to arrive. Ordered at 17.35 and came at 18:33. (for raw onions and unseasoned chicken just rude)

Great customer service and items are made fresh. Very impressed and I'll definitely visit again and recommend to my friends and family. Let's promote our local shops :)

Second time ordering vegan panini -first was delicious- this time it tasted disgusting. Think something in the panini might have been off.

We visited here yesterday and what a great experience it was. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the Vegan burger is the best I have ever tasted! Very welcoming and will definitely visit again, thank you!

The chips very oily and chicken wrap has no taste at all. Good mocha though

Delivery packaging very poor. My panini was smashed by my milkshake in one bag.

Independent little joint - the pasties are tasty and the cakes seem to be homemade which I personally appreciate. No frills, but worth a visit if you're passing by

OMG I just had the best brownie of my entire life 😋😋 It is as good proportion as the price 🙈🙈 Couldn't believe myself. Its size is 4 times bigger than high street ones. The taste is best part of it, it is really soft, smooth and very balanced. I loved it tooo much. Please try one 🙏 and must enjoy the fullest 👌

Great service and great food. Really reasonably priced, lots of options on the menu including Vegan choices. 100% recommend visiting and grabbing a waffle or crepe and a coffee.

Lovely little lowkey café. We were excited to try bubble wrap waffles, as they are sold at very expensive prices in China Town. These were half the price and tasted even better! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, plus they were fresh. The ice cream was lovely and portion sizes VERY generous, unlike other dessert places. The Nutella Cruffin tasted amazing. The taste of the Cruffin itself was like having fresh croissants from France! It would be delicious even without any fillings. Definitely recommend eating in to have everything hot and fresh.

Have eaten some of the cakes from here amazing cakes and they do a good range of vegan treats too. Visits to here are a must.

I have been a Cruffins customer for long. Last time I went there, I ordered a waffle pizza after a friend recommended it. It looked very professional with tomato sauce & mozzarella base plus mushroom and pepper. I had my first bite and fell in love with it. The texture and taste were so yummy. The atmosphere was perfect. I also like their signature item cruffins. I would 100% recommend this bakery shop to anyone looking for something different than the traditional bakery and patisserie items.

Lovely place to gossip and food is delicious. Polite behaviour from stuff. Specially,I wanna say about Ice-cream and coffee. Totally Awesome teast

Really dirty place. All the tables needed wiping down and the floor was covered in plaster it needed a good mop The girl serving was very pleasant but dont go there. Awful

Really disappointed with our delivery. Chocolate Cruffin did not have cream inside as stated on the menu. Chocolate mud cake was extremely dry and inedible. Cupcakes definitely not worth £1.99. They look nothing like the images on your website and are really dry. The only nice thing was the crepe and ice cream. Unfortunately won't be ordering again.

They bake the best quality cakes, and all foods are fresh, i visited them with my family many times and they satisfied me every time. I ordered 2 cakes from them one for my wife and another for my son. I recommend my friends about Cruffins

Cream is tasty but croissant is average.

Cup cake 🎂 and Victoria sponge cake and yes ice cream too they are the best and my new favourite in the town :)

Nice ice cream and cruffins available here. Its really yummy. I personally recommend to try it.
