Not upto the expectations as they mentionted or agreed. We booked them for ours anniversary live dosa station at our home with 70 guests.They arrived late by 1.5hr and didn't check the kitchen equipment what they needed.Couldn't cook properly and not happy with their services. Taste only dosa and chutneys are good. They couldn't make vadas with the kitchen burner they got and somehow managed to cook with oil soaked vadas . Terrible live dosa service.

Newly opened in Harrow on the hill. Our group of 5 friends visited this place recently , for a get together.We ordered chole bhature , coffee, tea, dosa , uttapam etc. I would say taste wise all the above dishes were okay. Staff was courteous. Ambience good. We had one issue though, there was a couple sitting 2 tables away from us , the man directly came to us and was like you guys are laughing & talking and they r kind of not enjoying it. I mean everybody in the restaurant was talking and having fun. I don't know how we caused trouble 🤔. I just said sorry and the man went away. When we raised it with the staff that if someone has a problem, they should inform the staff and directly come to us. The staff just smiled at this. I mean this experience ruined our get together. Would I go again, not sure.

visited this place two days ago. On Hounslow High Street, there is a tiny eatery with indoor seating. Fast service was provided. A hot, fresh lunch was served. There was a vast menu. The dosas were amazing and well worth the price. The place was decently priced. You must go if you want to try south Indian cuisine.

I booked crispy dosa for my daughters haldi ceremony at home. They arrived promptly and set up very quickly. The service was very good and the food superb. I received many compliments from my guests and will recommend you to my family and friends. We will definitely use you for our catering events again. Thank you again for making our evening special. Not my first choice. thought I would try as close to my house they did give me Some fried chilli which is why they got three stars but needs more flavour for my pallet. Overall OK . Lot of dishes not available. Would go again but hopefully next time they have more dishes.

Disappointed… went to try the unlimited breakfast on Sunday… as it advertised that there is unlimited breakfast on every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am… you can see it in the photo… we were disappointed to see that the place was closed at 10 am…

Just now received food from crispy dosa greenford, please see the attached photo to see the quality of food delivery and such a poor packaging I have never seen. I called the restaurant the lady don't what to give her name however confirmed this is their standard of food delivery. I ordered dosa for my daughter and I have throw this away. The vegetable rice came as combo is spoiled 😡 Please don't waste time with people who don't take food business seriously - food is something we eat and they should respect it. Very disappointed 😞 Following the review, the Resturant apologised and redelivered today @26.07 , I must admit the dosa was fantastic, came in right package and also parotta with gravy was delicious. I'm impressed that Resturant took the review seriously and changed the package, definitely as good as saravana Bhavan. I have attached the pictures as well. I wish the Resturant will keep the same standard and keep the consistency. Thanks for catering manager to sort things.

Food was not at all enjoyable. Idlys were cold and hard, did not enjoy the thaali at all. On the positive side, the lady serving, served with a smile.

Used to be a great place. Taste is still good but hygiene is very poor. Had food poisoning straight after eating here and it’s evident because if the hygiene you see in the restaurant. Tasty food but wouldn’t recommend only for hygiene reasons.

I ordered a live dosa station for my birthday and everything went perfectly. The chef Babu was friendly and prompt and the food was delicious. They were really professional and knew what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Really Worst experience I ever face in restaurant at first place from my order half staters came on the table and after some time half mains come some of my group people didn’t even receive there staters and even the staff forgot to put in some mains to kitchen and the worst thing about my table was if it was busy I can understand but the whole restaurant was empty and it took 1 hr to come over mains some of my group people also have to go home without having there food personally I don’t recommend to bring your group of family to this restaurant.

Worst customer service from restaurant and delivery. Food was delivered after 2 hours of scheduled.

Ordered at 4.30pm..estimated arrival time:5.35-5.55 pm...called the restaurant at 5.55 pm...they had no clue on the order...and told they would check with the delivery driver who has gone for another delivery once he is back...In that case, why should I be charged a delivery and service fee...there is no delivery/service here...you are just dropping the orders as per your convenience . The order was delivered at 6.35pm and almost all the items were cold.

Great food! Very tasty! We all enjoyed it when visiting the restaurant in Watford. The uttampum, dosa and Medhu vada were delicious! Masala tea tasted weird and we weren’t keen on that. I liked how they have so many options and lots if options for Uttapum too. We used them for catering and friends and family thoroughly enjoyed the food! So tasty! It was nice how they made all of the food fresh at our event and according to peoples specifications. Nutella dosa was a hit with the kids! And they made me a pepper and cheese Uttapum just how I like it! Great restaurant and would definitely eat there again and use for future events!

I am extremely unhappy with the way my event was serviced for my sons wedding lunch. Only 2 people turned up and were extremely slow at serving food. I was promised individual serving stations but only A buffet was laid out elsewhere but no one was standing there serving the very slow non existent food. My guests had to go to the kitchen and top up the food, they were supposed to be serving mango lassi but it failed to be served. Very embarrassing and disgraceful service. I will never be using Crispy Dosa catering ever again. Absolutely appalling service.

Visited the place few days ago. Poor poor hygiene standard. Overpriced and stale food. Not recommended. Unfortunately there are negative stars.. wouldn’t give 1 star as well.

I have been coming here for couple of years the standard is on decline. Told the casher last week that it was my last visit ever.

They attempted to deliver the order over 1.5 hours late by which time I had already cooked me dinner as the restaurant was unable to confirm the delivery status earlier when I called them.

Paneer manturian - rock hard Cholae batura - very oily but the girl in cash counter gave a replacement but she was fighting with chef. Waste of money Customer satisfaction- 0 No patience for chefs

Update: After bad experience with small portion of sambhar we still ordered few times and added note for bigger portion of sambhar and we were not disappointed as they do take feedback seriously and work on it.happy customer now. Ordered 4 Dosa and 1 portion of mini idlis. They call this as 5 portion of Sambar. Ordered previously and got more than double sambar for 3 dosas.Called them but they insisted they send 5 portions. Good taste but very inconsistent. Sambar was cold however dosa were warm. Would recommend Saravana Bhawan over this.

Wonderful food. I am from India and a vegetarian. Its a first indian restaurant and food that I loved so much. I have tried food at many places, they were good but the prices were very high but this one is fantastic great food at nominal price. Loved it!

the food arrived very cold and tasteless after one and hour hour of placing the order , very bad service after waiting for so long, and missing items that was ordered . I WANT A REFUND, ( as we hadyo wait for so long and still some items ( medu vada and idly podi wasn’t sent)

I arrived to collect my 'Magic Bag' paid in advance. The app said, "your food is ready for collection." I was immediately told "10 minutes" and they then started to prepare the food. A Deliveroo driver arrived to collect food to take to a customer. He was told "10 minutes" and they then started to prepare the food. A lady at one of the tables asked for some food she had not received. She was told "10 minutes" and told them not to bother. The food was ok - nothing special - but I will never go back.

We had a very disappointing experience with our order as delivery was expected at 7.25-7.50pm and the food was delivered at 9pm. It was cold. I would like to request a refund.

2nd time here small little resturant 100%veg I had been puri and schechwan noodles. Good portion size and good value.

I didn’t expect this service, have been ordering from the restaurant for some time and even recommended to my friends. The restaurant didn’t have the curtesy to call or provide an update the delivery would be late. On food, no complaints. Always good.

Just had the best lunch with my mum at Crispy Dosa in Greenford. I have eaten there with family and friends many times but the service we had today was excellent. Murgesh was so polite and helpful and always with a smile. It was indeed a 5* food and service. Looking forward to going back already.

I ordered mini idly onion dosa and idly poori.. after 30 minutes of placing the order the restaurant people me asked to cancel the order.. I said I didn't cancel the order.. then almost waited for one hour I received only idly with no chutney and no mini idly and instead of onion dosa they send upma... Saddest part is they didn't send the receipt also... No refund nothing.. don't order in the evening time from this restaurant.. even if u order be ready to eat what they send not what u deserves to eat.. worst part is instead of aloo r kurma for poori they send dall...loss of 30 pounds.. instead of fooling the people like this it's better to shut the delivery service....
